The hotel key cards deactivated just by being in the same purse as a cell phone or any electronic device. Actually had to have them reactivate card 4 times and finally kept card in pocket instead of purse. Never had that problem at any other hotel! When we got our stuff to the room it looked fine until we entered the bathroom and saw black smudge marks […] on one of the towels from a previous user. We were using the sleeper sofa and despite the description on the hotel coffee table of the room inventory, linens and pillows for the sofa were not in the closet and we had to call multiple times before we actually got the linens, we were informed they had no extra pillows. We also requested extra towels, which we actually had to go down to the desk to acquire. The "grab and go" breakfast left a lot to be desired. If you don't want pre packaged muffins smaller than a fist and coffee (which I don't drink) it is not worth crossing the parking lot for. The staff seemed friendly enough but I was annoyed that requesting linens and towels seemed like a chore and if we wanted them we got to go to the desk and get them. For our plans it was midway between all the things we were doing on our trip and fairly close to the Manchester, NH airport. We were visiting friends and family in Londonberry, Dracut, Lowell, Boston, and Braintree so the location was indeal. We went with them due to their location and rate. If we had to do it over, we would have looked for a different hotel. 더 보기

We were very happy with our stay at Towneplace Suites. The room was clean and roomy, and the front-desk woman was very pleasant, having set up the crib for our daughter before our arrival and checking on us after we got in our room. Incredible selection of TV channels as well! Well done!

The staff ranged from friendly to very friendly and helpful. A cold breakfast was supplied with a variety of foods., Despite the fact guest frequently took a lot of food at once the staff worked constantly to keep it restocked. There was a computer with a printer in the lobby that was very helpful in printing maps to places we decided to visit. The […] in room kitchen could have had a more complete assortment of dishes but I think if we had asked for a baking sheet one would have been found so I can't complain. Breakfast should be better

Price was right. The room had two bedrooms which is great traveling with teenagers. We we're there for a college visit. The only problem is that the hotel is listed as offering breakfast, we were very disappointed as only coffee,juice, granola bars and muffins were served. Was surprised at the size of the room for the money I paid Very quiet - my room was located across from the main lobby

Très bon hôtel, mais plutôt difficile à trouver (2 autres Marriott juste à côté); seule chose: le frigo extrêmement brouillant (il nous faisait sursauter toute la nuit en s’arrêtant); autrement - parfait et proche de Boston (30 minutes en voiture, près de l'autoroute).

Très bon rapport qualité prix, si vous ne voulez pas toujours manger au resto, cet hôtel offre tous les commodités dont vous aurez besoin pour vous faire des repas. A environ 40 minutes de Boston, et 35 minutes des plages de Hampton et Sallisbury. Très satisfait du service. Je le recommande.
