Staff was very good and helpful, give them a raise !

Very nice hotel, comfortable room, spacious, love having the kitchen. Nice location, we always stay at the Hyatt's. Great breakfast, not just donuts and bagels.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Walls were very thin such that I could hear every car on the street. The breakfast was the worst ever! Super Eight motels have better breakfasts! The waffles looked and tasted like they came out of a bag. They were stored next to the bacon, which made them taste like bacon (I'm a vegetarian). This was a fantastic hotel. We stayed in a King suite and it had everything we needed. The room included a walk in closet, couch, king bed, large flat screen tv, desk and a full sized kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop and microwave. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable even for a child. I made the reservations telling them there would be someone using the pull out, so this was disappointing. Everything else was fine, good breaks fast.

a clean suite is always better than a clean room. well worth the slight cost difference. a true full hot breakfast. best we"ve had at a cost inclusive hotel chain. evening wine beer and snacks (could be a full meal for some) an added bonus( mon. thru thurs.) Our room was super clean and very nice. It looked exactly like the pictures online (unlike alot of other hotels I've stayed in...) If I could afford it, I would move into this hotel. Room was great. Continental breakfast was not. Hotels.com room pictures were all the same, so I had to call to get the different room amenities for each room price point to really figure out what I was paying for.

This was our second trip to this hotel in 13 months. It is very convenient, but we noticed intermittent noise from a nearby train (actually several) that we hadn't noticed last year. Our mattress needed replacing, and I mentioned it to the front desk as we checked out, recommending replacement. The complimentary breakfast was good. This hotel is located directly in front of an active railway, so it seemed like every hour a train was flying by our window. The rooms are also not well insulated for noise level. We paid for one room and got another. It took 20 minutes to be met at the front for check in. When we were finally assigned the room we paid for we were given keys that didn't work. The place was way understaffed. It didn't have a restaurant or bar. Overall it was one of my worst experiences in a hotel and one of the highest prices I have paid to stay […] in a hotel. Great hotel, great rooms, great breakfast. Hotel was sold out and they must be under staffed in the housekeeping dept. Room was pretty clean until I hit the bathroom and found all the hairs and tooth paste that someone forgot to clean. Hair on the furniture too. It was like we stayed in the room after a yetti and they forgot to vacuum. Staff tried to […] make up for it. But we couldn't change rooms. My room was on the 1st floor and the people in the room above me could be easily heard walking around. I believe that there were kids in the room who were sometimes running and jumping, creating a lot of noise, but the point is the floor/ceiling is way too thin. I would not stay here again unless I was on the top floor.

whenever we called the front desk to ask for anything they delivered whatever we needed immediately. Also everyone was extremely helpful and kind

Super nice staff! Wow, a pleasure. Pillows are HORRID so bring your own. No restaurant! The Hyatt Place is just down street with restaurant. Hotels.com had it listed as 13 miles away but it is not.

Was a wonderful room. The staff was very courteous. Their breakfast and afternoon finger foods were wonderful. Wish every hotel would offer what they did...

the hotel is overall very nice and in good condition. the only problem is there is a train track next to hotel and make big noise in the night although it's not all the time, but several times in the earlier morning and later night.

This hotel provides practically everything at no charge.....internet, breakfast, and newspapers. Worth the money for quality, convenience, and price.

Large room with a comfortable bed. The room had a big couch that made it much easier to watch TV and relax and the desk provided plently of space to work as well. Room was clean.

The hotel is very nice. Great set-up for a couple that doesn't want to eat out every night. Only issue is that the highway and train tracks run right next to the hotel and would disturb light sleepers.

Our only complaint was when the air conditioner kicked in, it was extremely noisy. Also, there was a train right outside our window (we had a room on the far end) that went by all hours of the night. It didn't bother me, but since my husband is a light sleeper, it always woke him. Overall, the room had everything we needed and more, and the location […] was perfect for our stay. the Hyatt Summerfield is a decent place to stay. The internet was mucho-slow but that's the only real thing to complain about. I'd give the hotel a B-

Oh dear. Started out fine but then the trains started. Every 15minutes throughout the night a long coal train rumbled by and yhen the empties cam the other way. What madness builds a hotel withimn yards of a railway track? Especially a Hyatt. Sorry avoid this hotel.

the summerfield hotel was a great place to stay. The size of the room is very wellcoming. We had alittle kitchen and we could cook our own food that was helpful. The room is modern and they cleaned it very well. The neighborhood is nice with the mountains in the back ground and you can reach all the nice goals in about 20 minutes. This hotel was just what we needed. It enabled us to cook for ourselves and not have to eat out. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. It was a little different having to turn in by the bank to get to the hotel but in the scheme of things that doesn't matter. At first glance, the hotel looks really nice. When we got to our room, it also looked nice, however, after crawling from the door to the sofa, my daughter's knees looked like she had just crawled across a garage floor. The microwave did not work, which is a major problem when traveling with babies who need bottles of milk warmed in the middle of the […] night. We used the stove top, but for the price we paid to stay there, we should have gotten another room or a microwave replacement. The room had one 2X2 inch bar of soap for everyone to use in the bathroom and kitchen. We left at 9am and were gone for most of the day and returned to find our maid just getting to our end of the hallway. Kids needed naps, so the room did not get cleaned that day. The next day I requested a cleaning before noon and was assured it would occur...it didn't. The front desk clerk actually brought us some more soap and a couple of clean towels. The carpet finally got vacuumed too (although the vacuum was not much more effective than a broom). There was a ton of kids roaming the halls the entire time we were there. Which made it very noisy and hard to sleep. I asked several to please speak quietly when they walked in the halls, but kids are kids. The front desk was no help. With so many kids staying there, the pool should have been cleaned more than once per season...GROSS! The continental breakfast was not worth the hassle. There were so many people picking through everything and kids running around and dropping food, that we opted to go eat breakfast off-site. The staff did a poor job of monitoring who ate there...we overheard a family admitting to calling their friends at another hotel to come eat the food at this one. I could go on...but you probably get the drift. The location was good and the front lobby looked really nice, but I have had much better stays at much less expensive hotels. The hotel needed the manager to be in for the busy time that they had. The things that were unappealing were because there was not a manager around to troubleshoot and direct staff to priority needs. The hotel it self was fine...the details such as a dirty and disarrayed pool area were obviously due to their short staff problem. However, the front desk […] staff did accommodate our requests even though they were completely overwhelmed with guest arrivals and rooms that were not ready even 2 hrs past the supposed "check-in" time. 더 보기

Room was nice and well equipped, would have appreciated an extra blanket for the pull out sofa because our kids got cold in the night. Also, was disappointed to find that their outdoor pool and hot tub were still closed for the season in May. Would stay there again if in Colorado Springs but only in the summer due to the outdoor pool.

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced for the area.

It was a nice hotel with a great staff. I would stay there again.
