The only negative was the breakfast...they ran out of fruit by 10am...(breakfast was until 11:00am)...and the tables were left dirty by previous diners and no one seemed to clean them off before others sat down...the limo service was great!

Provided limo service to and from Mohegan Sun - The clerks at the front desk were very kind and helpful in regards to finding places to eat in the area. Overall, this is not a 5 star hotel, but it's well work the money.

I did not like that there were smoking floors and smoking rooms. You did get whiffs of smoke at times. Everyone was very nice and overall the stay was very good.

I stayed at the best western because it was close to the mohegan sun,and I had tickets for a show at the arena.Well the best western really exceeded my expectations!! Nice,clean hotel and the rooms were great.the limo service was the cherry on the cake.

We stayed here for a 25th birthday trip to Mohegan Sun- perfect location and the limo service to the casino was very convenient. Everyone we interacted with at the hotel was helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious and clean. The non-smoking room we booked did smell like smoke and upon telling the front desk, they sent somebody up to note that it smelled […] so we didn't get charged which was nice. The Best Western Cristata is conveniently located to Mohegan Sun - literally right around the corner if you know the back way to Mohegan Sun. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. It is a bit of a hassle to have to wait 15 or 20 minutes to check in however, especially if a guest already has reservations. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the rooms! Very clean, nice and close and the limos service was great! The pool was nice, but a hot tub would have made it even better!

It was a nice time

Service and convenience excellent. Limo to Mohegan a very nice touch. Very personable and helpful staff. Pillows uncomfortable. Need a jacuzzi/whirlpool by the pool. Didn't rush/kick you out at breakfast - waited for folks to finish up after closing.

Much cheaper than Mohegan Sun & they have a FREE limo service that drops you off & picks you up at Mohegan and it goes until 4 am. It's great!!!!! The place is clean & convenient. Recommend!

I was very surprise to find a separate living space with a refrigerator and microwave. Room was very modern and clean

we had a great stay - the room was great - the complimentary limo ride to and from Mohegan Sun is wonderful - very convenient

We had a reservation for 4 nights. The Lobby was dishevelved. On the way to the room there were people sitting in their rooms/hallways with doors propped open and drinking and as soon as we looked at the room we checked out. The room was what you would expect for the price, but no problems. The Limo service to the Casino was very convient.

Excellent hotel. Very broad selection for breakfast. Appreciate the smoking rooms in this day and age. Close to the Casino with Limo service that stops at 4 a.m. (We didn't catch that part, but easily got a taxi) I would definately stay there again and recommend it to my friends. Took my swimsuit and never made it to the pool.

I liked the Best Western Cristata because it was a nice hotel, close to the location that I was visiting, and the price for my room was very affordable. The staff was very nice. Also the free limo service to the Mohegan Sun Casino nearby was a big plus! Though it would have been nice to be able to utilize that perk all day long, instead of just in the […] evening, it was nice to have. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet. Great place to stay when visiting the Casino. Limo ride took just a few minutes

Recently stayed at the Best Western. It was a great stay and hope to return again soon. Very close to the Mohegan Sun Casino.

Very friendly staff, hotel and rooms are very clean and comfy! Continental breakfast had a huge varienty, i.e. bagels, muffins, danish, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt and even pre-made omelets. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks!

our stay was great ! the room was comfortable and clean and the limo service to the casino was so very nice. The only thing that was a problem was that the walls were very thin you could hear the people in the next room talking all night.. :(

The room was spotless, pool wonderful and the buffet good as usual. The Limo to the casino very convenient. We will definitely be back.

This hotel was a good value for the money. I would stay there again for the convenience of it's location. It was clean, well maintained from what I could easily see. Staff could have been a touch warmer upon check in.

We checked in and were very happy how pleasant the staff was. It's family owned and the pride in ownership shines. The room was beautiful, clean and roomy. Had a little incident with the bathrom light not working but maintenance was there within 5 minutes and it was only a circuit breaker. Free continental breakfast was awesome. Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. The room was large, well furnished and clean and the continental breakfast was good. The limo service to the casino was quick and convienent. We enjoyed our stay.
