제가 묵어 본곳 중 수영장 시설이 괜찮은 호텔 중 하나 였습니다. 그런데 객실 수압이 좀 약하더군요. 참고하세요.

대체적으로 좋았어요. 호텔 셔틀버스 덕분에 이동이 편리했고, 귀여운 수영장, 간단한 아침 뷔페까지. 우리가 머물었던 5월 초순에는 가족단위 손님들이 많았다. 호텔 분위기는 복잡하지 않아 괜찮았다.

The very positive thing is that they have free shuttle service available for popular places

good breakfast. free internet and bottled water. supermarket across the road

Overall, we had a lovely stay.. Staff was very courteous and helpful...will stay here again in the future....love the emails from pinky ho and kimmy kook regarding the weather. Before arrival..it helped us prepare for that leg of the trip.... Thanks to you and your staff....regards!!!!

The main Mong gok area is within 15-20 min walk. However, the hotel has a shuttle that runs every 30 min to Mong Gok and Tsim sat sui. There is not much around the hotel but a few restaurants and a grocery store. The buffet breakfast was not very good.

The hotel was conveniently located for public transport, shopping and to restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Our room was very clean on arrival and was kept that way by very efficient and friendly staff.

A great Hotel, great staff, excellant services and courtesy bus every 30 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay there.

This is my second visit and its service is still excellent as before. the only thing needs to be corrected is : they need to do a better job on cleaning the carpet.

The room should have more facilities to place the 2nd luaggage. Maintenance of the furnitures is not very good. The room sometimes have small insects flying.

Not what I though the only thing enemy good was the shuttle bus

This hotel is located a walkable distance from Nathan Road and Ladies Market, Mongkok. The rooms are clean and considered large for HK. The free Airport Express Ferry Service K5 drops you off from Kowloon Station, and the hotel provides its own (almost half-hourly) shuttle service to Mongkok and TST. I will certainly stay there again!

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nites with kids in Mar 2012. Hotel location is not as convenient as expected. Hard to carry bulky luggage and hotel staff not willing to help. Shuttle bus always full and must go down early and there is no queue to go in to the bus. HK mrt station do not have an escalator/lift everywhere, must carry luggage to go down to the […] stairs to take the mrt. Arrived at the Metropark Hotel Kowloon on Sunday lunchtime, for a 6 night stay having got a very good price for the Club rooms, this included, breakfast, 'Happy Hour' Which is 2 hours of free drinks and snacks in the evening, free wireless internet and use of the club lounge. so it actully paid for itself. Check in was ok, though a little slow, the […] service in general in the hotel was very good, but occasionally we found one or two members of staff, sadly lacked the customer service element of the job. After a kip, we ventured to the club lounge for Happy Hour, which is beer, some spirits, juice etc and snacks. The snacks varied by the day. Drinks were topped up and service again in general was good. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was a shame, but the weather for the duration was not 'swimming pool' weather with the exception of one day. The rooms were fine, normal city break size, LCD telly, mini bar, complimentry bottles of water suppiled. Breakfast could be taken in either the club lounge, which was more a continental affair, or downstairs in the restaurant, which is a greater selection. We tried both and the quality of both very good. As was the cake shop on the ground floor. Locally as many have mentioned is a 7/11 and circle K store, a Macdonalds and some local restaurant. Ladies Market is 5 minutes away and the MTR station about 15 minutes. We walked to the waterfront at Tsim Sha Shui in 45 mins. I would recommend going through Kowloon park if you can, a) for the relief from the traffic and b) for the relief from the 'copy watch' 'tailor' etc hawkers. Hong Kong park is also very nice. We used the hotel shuttle bus to Tsim Sha Shui once and it was fine. Booked the airport bus back to the airport with little problems. So overall a really good value stay, one or two niggles, but nothing major. 더 보기

El hotel esta bien ubicado en la sona de centro Kowloon muy seguro ,pero el unico defecto que no tiene wifi en la habitaciones solo en en lobby lo recomiendo

We were there during the recent Chinese New Year Holidays. The Hotel's location is excellent. Although walking to Mongkok shopping district is a mere 10 minutes,the Hotel provide 1/2 hourly shuttle service to Mongkok Fa Yuen Street and continue to TST Hankow Street. Be prepared tho as the rooms are small by international standards.Concerige staff are […] excellent and you can also get some local travel information from the tour desk on the GF. Overall excellent stay and the biggest dissapointment during my trip to Hong Kong is Disneyland which is small does not feature much themes. Ocean Park is a better choice. 더 보기

Very nice hotel service, good size, and wonderful location. Buses to Tsim Sha Tsui are just out the front door. Easy access, and food is pretty good as well.

The location is good and the price is fair.

The Metro Park Hotel (Kowloon - not the other 2) is mid-range in price and location but suited us perfectly. The Mong Kok surrounds are diverse and teeming with small eateries and bazaars, yet we were only 7 min. walk to the MTR and 2 stations from downtown. Our room was clean, cool and mid-range spacious. Breakfast - included in the room price - was a reasonably diverse buffet, better than our searching for delicacies, as we did for the other meals, the formal Chinese restaurent very good. It lacks the baubles, luxuries and views of the expensive waterfront hotels, but from there on a more modest budget we happily explored - even bush-walked - and would do so again. Room is spacious. There is still space to move around (with a comfortable couch and coffee table) even with a queen bed in the room. Pleasantly surprised. Location is convenient too.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The complimentary hotel shuttle made getting around extremely easy. I communicated with the hotel several times prior to my arrival about several questions I had and the staff responded thoroughly and very quickly. I decided to eat at the restaurant and they served me a bad egg on top of my nasi goreng. The resulting poisoning left me with dysentery and I haven't been well since. Wouldn't recommend it

I picked this hotel after reading other travelers' review and I was not dissappointed. From airport to Kowloon, I took the airport express train and rode the free airport shuttle right to the hotel. Stayed at the 16th floor in a Club Room. If you chose to stay here, definitely get a Club Room. Before choosing this hotel, we read a lot of reviews claiming that other rooms were muggy and had a mouldy smell. A guest staying at the 8th floor asked if uor room smelled as mouldy as his. The hotel offers free shuttle service close to Mong Kok MTR Station […] and Tsim Sha Tsui. You get to the MTR station in half the time it takes to walk all the way. We had some clear sunny days, so we used the roof pool for sunning. Not a big pool, but great for a cooling dip on hot days. You also have a exercise room by the pool that has a Nintendo Wii. The breakfast spread on the 1st floor was great compared to the Club breakfast, but there was a lot more noise. Now, the not so good parts. Each morning the bathroom smelled strongly of sigarettes(you're allowed to smoke in the 15th floor Club rooms). But if we kept the lights on, the fan in the bathroom kept going and the smell disappeared. One night(1.30 am)a member of the hotel staff rang our door bell, the only thing he said to me was: "Smoking?". I answered that there was "no smoking in our room", and off he went to the next door to wake our neighbours. No apology offered. Granted, the hallway smelled like an ashtray, but the staff needs to think twice before they go waking up the floor in the middle of the night. All in all, I would recommend a Club room at this hotel with complementary water each day, free use of computer with internet access and free shuttle service. Also, don't take the public bus from the airport to the hotel. It dosen't stop any where near the hotel. 더 보기

This is a great hotel for the price. It's not a five star hotel but that does not mean the staff does not try. I found them very helpful and friendly. With a little more training I think they could become better. I would stay here again. It's a few block from Nathan & Argyle Streets, I love to walk when I away from home so enjoyed the stroll to the […] more populated areas; was also nice to get away from the more populated areas when I headed back to the room. Hong Kong can get very hectic. That does not mean this hotel is not busy, it is was full at the time I was there with folk from all over, China, Germany, Australia mainly. I book a Club Leave room which was quite nice and clean. It has all that I needed to enjoy my stay. Over all the hotel could have been a little cleaner in the public rooms, in terms of daily dusting and polishing. The management chooses to use plastic plants instead of real ones. Which I found odd for a hotel in a such a warm climate, one would think that it would be easy to have and grow some nice plants. Perhaps it is a labor issue. I ate only in the Palm Court restaurant and the food was just fine. I would stick with ordering the Asian fare. 더 보기

Most of HK people not familiar with Metropark kowloon, end up we went to wrong Metropark Mongkok, then take taxi from Metropark Mongkok to metropark kowloon.The hotel is a bit too far from Mongkok station but the shuttle service to mongkok and Tsim Sha Thui is a plus. My daughter and I stayed in your hotel last week. We found the staff courteous, and well informed. The staff in the Club Room were lovely and happy to meet our requests. The food was plentiful and tasty and the wine good. We were impressed by the lovely carpets and decorations in all areas and the coffee & pastry shop an added bonus which helped us […] start our day. Their services are good. The staffs can communicate in english. The best thing is their free shuttle service to mongkok and tsim sha tsui for to and fro trip. The stop at tsim sha tsui is just a stone throw from the mtr which can take you to the peak, disney, Buddha....very convenient. Mongkok market is easily reached by walking. the hotel is in a great location, 10 minutes of walking distance from lot of good restuarants in Mong Kok area. the staff are very polite and helpful.

Travel to HK 3x a year and usually stay at Metropark hotels- this experience has been particularly disappointing. Twice now we have come back to the strong smell of smoke and the mgr (Edmond) claims not to be able to smell it! I would recommend finding another hotel that has better value for money than this one.
