노보텔 베이징 신차오 (Novotel Beijing Xin Qiao) - 베이징

특가상품은 외부창문이 없어 매우 답답한 느낌을 가질수 있으며, 특히 밀폐 공포증이 있는 사람은 약간 비싸더라도 창문있는 룸을 선택바람. 지하철역(숭문역)에 거리 15m 정도에 있어 지하철이용하기로 매우편리함. 아울러 지하철 지하도를 이용해 맞은편 신세계백화점이 있고 그 백화점 지하에 대형슈퍼가 있어 필요물품을 쉽게 구할 수 있음. 또한 5층인가 푸드타운이 있어 외식에 유리함.

내가 이용한 방은 작았지만, 비교적 만족한 호텔이다. 호텔 내에 기차항공예약대행처가 있어서 다른지역 이동 차편도 편하게 예약할 수 있었다. 호텔 건너편에도 간단한 식당들이 있고, 한블록 정도 이동하면 KFC같은 패스트푸드점도 발견할 수 있다. 호텔 옆에 빵집도 괜찮다. 교통편도 좋다. 위치는 천단공원에서 그리 멀지 않다.

우산 호텔스닷컴은 언제나 정확한 예약을 해주어서 감사합니다. 노보텔 베이징 신차오는 지하철역에서 올라오자 마자 있어서 무척 좋습니다. 우리는 걸어서 천안문 광장및 자금성, 왕푸징까지 이어서 다녔는데 왕푸징에서 호텔로 돌아올 때는 걷기에는 다소 먼 느낌이었습니다. 왕푸징 주변에 있었으면 모든 것이 가까웠겠지만 그래도 지하철 역도 가깝고 위치는 전반적으로 괜찮습니다. 호텔 건너편으로 가면 엄청큰 신세계 백화점이 있습니다. 나중에 보니 건물이 하나가 아니고 2~3개가 이어져 있었습니다. 우린 거기에서 간식 거리도 사고, 식사도 두끼 해결했어요. 이 호텔에서 3박을 하면서 마지막 밤에야 호텔 식당에서 식사를 했는에 왕푸징의 고급 […] 식당(우리가 간곳은 "순봉")보다고 오히려 저렴했어요. 북경오리를 먹었는데 더 양도 많고 가격도 저렴했고 더 친절했구요.굳이 먼 곳까지 갔나 싶어 후회도 되더라구요. 호텔식당이 더 비쌀 줄 알았는데... 방은 이코노미룸이라 창문이 없다는 것 만 제회하면 흠잡을 곳이 없습니다. 그런데 창문 없는 방에서 3밤을 지내자니 다소 답답한 점이 있긴 했어요. 그래도 이만한 가격에 좋는 호텔에 묵을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 욕실에는 욕조는 없지만 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔구요. 하우스키퍼가 청소할 때 일회용 슬리퍼도 다시 채워주어서 좋았습니다. 중국 여행하면서 느낀 점은 영어를 못하는 사람들이 많다는 것이 었는데 이 호텔 직원들이 영어로 의사소통이 되었고, 친절합니다. 더 보기

카포크 호텔과 신차오 노보텔 호텔 중 많은 고민을 하다가 위치때문에 신차오노보텔을 선택했는데 정말 후회없는 선택이였습니다. 2호선,5호선 전철역이 바로 앞에 있어서 전철 이용하기 넘 편했어요. 5분거리에 신세계 백화점이 있고 바로 옆에 있는 빵집의 빵도 넘 맛있어요. 아침 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 객실도 깨끗하고 아늑했어요. 담에 중국여행을 하게 된다면 또 이용하고 싶네요. 위치에 가장 큰 점수를 주고 싶어요.

3성급 호텔이여서 비지니스 호텔 느낌이 납니다. 일단 전반적으로 영어가 잘 통하는 느낌이여서 편했습니다. (카운터 직원은 영어를 정말 잘하는 데, 일하시는 분들은 전혀 할 지 몰라서 애먹은 적이 있긴 하지만...) 여행자를 위한 데스크도 따로 있어서 여행하기에 편리합니다. 가까이에 신세계 백화점, 베이커리 등이 있어 호텔에서 먹을 식사 또는 생필품을 살때 매우 편리하고 지하철역이 호텔 바로 앞에 있어서 중심지로 나갈 때도 좋습니다. 기본 적으로 호텔 위치도 좋습니다. 호텔 친절도와 청결도는 매우 좋습니다. 조식이 맛있게 생겼지만, 꽤 비싸서 먹지는 못했습니다. 제 룸의 단점은 다른 건 다 좋았으나 창문이 없어서 폐쇄증이 […] 있으신 분들은 창문 있는 한 단계 높은 방을 선택하시는 게 좋을 것 같습니다. 호텔 내부 시설은 구볼 거리가 크게 없으며 전망은 그저 보통인 거 같습니다. 창문이 없어서 못봤어요. 더 보기

이틀밤을 보냈던 호텔이었습니다. 중국에 대한 지식이 전혀 없어던터라 찾아가는것 조차 걱정되었었는데 여기는 위치가 너무 좋더라구요. 지하철역에서 내리면 바로 옆에 위치해있었어요. 지하철역에도 표시가 되어있습니다. 노보텔 신 차오. 예약 당시에는 창문없는 곳으로 예약이 되었는데 도착 당시엔 방이 다 차서 프리로 방을 업그레이드해줘서 어쩌면 더 편하게 보낸건지도 모르겠습니다. 금연층이었으나 담배 냄새가 조금은 났지만 그래도 괜찮았습니다. 깨끗했구요 편안하게 잠잘 수 있었습니다. 가격대비 괜찮은 호텔인거 같습니다.

교통이 편리한 곳에 있어서 좋았습니다. 가까운 곳에 신세계백화점이 있어 지하 식품관을 이용할 수 있어 좋았고 아침을 간단히 드실 분들은 호텔조식 포함하지 마시고 호텔 옆엔 사뽀로 빵집이 길 건너에 북경의 파리바게트라 할 수 잇는 미다미 빵집이 있으니 그곳을 이용하시는 것도~ 미다미 빵집은 커피와 함께 앉아서 먹을 수 있는 곳도 있으니 좋더라구요~ 한가지 조금 아쉬웠던 점은 첫날 배정된 방이 아침 조식바 로비 바로 위의 방이라 새벽6시 부터 울려퍼지는 조식바의 음악과 그릇소리, 사람들 소리 덕분에 잠을 잘수가 없었다는것... 그리고 함께한 일행과 100m이상 떨어진 방을 줘서 매번 오고가는데 100m달리기를 했다는거... 다음날 […] 바꿔달라고 요청했더니 A동에서 B동으로 바꿔주더라구요~ B동이 아마도 새롭게 리모델링 한 것 같더라구요~ A동보다 훨씬 좋은 방을 주더라구요~ 예약하실분은 B동으로 배정해달라고 요청하심 좋을듯~ 그리고 중국은 보증금이 있더라구요~2천위엔을 신용카드로 결재하고 채크 아웃할때 취소처리해주더라구요~물론 현금으로 하시는것도 가능하구요~ 이런 보증근 관계에 관해 좀더 자세한 안내가 되었다면 좋았을 텐데...말도 안통하는데 좀 당황할듯 합니다. 물론 저희 일행은 중국어가 되는 관계로 잘 넘어갔지만요~! 그리고 호텔에서 만리장성과 13능 하루 투어패키지가 있어서 다녀왔는데 영어 가이드가 괜찮으시다면 강추입니다. 다양한 나라의 여행자들과 함께한 하루...즐거웠습니다~! 즐건 여행되세요~ 더 보기

굉장히 편햇어요.. 객실도 항상 깔끔하게 유지되었고 조식도 아주 나쁘진 않았어요. 다른 무엇보다도 위치가 좋아 또다시 이용하고픈 호텔입니다^^

다른 관광지와 가까운 점, 총원먼 부근에 백화점들도 많아서 쇼핑도 쉽구요, 푸드코트에서 식사해결하기도 좋아요^^ 이그제큐티브 룸에 3박 묵었는데요, 가격에 비해 전반적으로 서비스와, 방이 좋았습니다. 프리미어 라운지를 사용할 수 있어 좋았어요~ 라운지에 음료들과 저녁쯤에는 케익,간식들도 마련되어있어서 이용해 보시면 좋으실 듯해요^^ 아,그리구 체크인과 체크아웃도 빠르답니다^^ 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶어요~

Prompt and friendly service, good sized rooms with plenty of extra amenities. Appreciated the dedicated check-in on floor 12 for the Executive Rooms. Post Office in hotel was appreciated and staff spoke excellent English. Only complaint was waiting for 50 minutes at the front of the manned hotel taxi queue while passer-by's hailed taxi's from the street […] - after a while the staff stood closer to the road to hail cabs but by this stage there was a long queue behind. the location is so great. To the South is temple of heaven, to the North is Forbidden city. It's close (3 mins walking distance) to new world and GLory mall for food and shops. We had booked a budget room and knew that we'd probably get a room without a window. However, when checking in, we got a really good room, with window and bath tub - which was extra important. The location couldn't be any better. There are taxis right outside the hotel, and hotel staff will help you get one and tell the taxi driver where to go. The staff was very helpful and they all spoke english, which is more than I can say for the rest of Beijing. The only less positive thing was the prices in the restaurants in the hotel, or in the shop in the lobby. I spent ten days in this hotel with my old mother and young daughter. The staff was very helpful in a couple of tricky situations. Reception staff accompanied me in a clinique when I got sick. The concierge service rescued by daughter's favourite toy by courier mail from another hotel in Xian where she had forgotten it. One has to keep all belongings in your suitcase as there is NO drawers or cabinets to put any clothes etc. Free wireless in each room is a plus. The Chinese restaurant (Tang) is expensive, even charging each patron a fee for not drinking any beverage, or boiled water (not bottled water, which is extra). Breakfast (buffet style) is good.

Centrally located, good staff and friendly. Overall a good hotel. Our rooms in B wings had no windows which was a let off. Be carefully before booking rooms, read between the lines.

The room do not have window, the air condition is not good,but the hotel is very good loaction and transportaiton for business and travel.

My overall stay was satisfactory. I had purchased a n economy room which I did not realize had no windows and the heat was suffocating. I requested a change which they were nice enough to accommodate me with an upgrade with windows. I was able to sleep much better staff was friendly and spoke english

horrible smell to cigarette

Hotel is in good location near subway and 5 minutes walk from modern malls and restos. The walk to major attractions such as Forbidden City, etc. is very long, and much more pracitical to take the subway which is well organized, cheap and modern. If you take a taxi, make sure you use meter or agree on fare beforehand. Room rates are reasonable, but […] resto and gift shop in hotel is way, way overpriced. You are better off eating and shopping outside. The doormen are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we were impressed with their willingness to help the guests. I didnt regret to choose this hotel.Great location and well kept room.The only minus point is room quite stuffy during winter time as they switched off aircon.Had to open one of the small window but it was directly above the breakfast area, so quite noisy in the morning with guests having breakfast downstair and music is quite loud.Overall happy with […] my stay.Will definitely come and stay again. 더 보기

Location is good and very convenient to access all the MTR station. Reasonable price.

We stayed 4 nights in feb 2012. The property could be a 5 star with some room upgrades. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable.The service, information and location is excellent. If ever in Beijing again we would stay at the Novotel. We enjoyed are stay at the hotel. Rob And Nick, Canada

this hotel is great. traveled a lot to beijing in the past couple of months and always stay there. staff is very helpful, location is good, my only complain is that during the winter they only turn on the heaters so room tends to get very hot at night. but will definitely be going back on my next trip

this was my 2nd time at this hotel. The location is excellent for proximity to Tiannamen Square and the Forbidden city, a main shopping street is adjacenta dn a subway station is right outside the door giving easy access to other attractions. Near to the train station Chongwenmen, and Wangfujing. Hotel is very comfortable and considerably spacious. Hotel reception lady was rude though when we check in, but when we approach the concierge staff twice on different times, both were helpful and understands English. i would stay here again.

Location is good , close to shopping centre. Non-smoking room comes with smoky smell but they are willing to change room for me. Rooms are spacious, people there are nice and helpful.

Me and my family has stayed in many Novotel before and this is the most disappointing one. First of all, the decription of the location is misleading. It clearly stated in Beijing City but it is a long way from the City Centre. Staffs are new and in experience to provide proper guide and direction to us. There is no local map even just to borrow to […] look at our location. We booked for a non smoking room but was given a smoking room when we arrived. When I check out, only one person on the counter. The receptionist had to call for assistance so that she can bring me to open the safe deposit box. It takes almost half an hour before the safe box can open. The staff was using the wrong key and another staff try but do not know where is the correct key keep. I am in the Locks and Doors business and if I did not tell them it is the wrong key they may have to force open my deposit box. Overall, we shall not return to this hotel again. 더 보기

This hotel is in a perfect location for everything, You can take the airport express then the subway to exit Chongwenmen and the hotel is there on the exit. This hotel's location is very convenient. Located right in front of bus stations and subway station. Just within minutes to the New World Shopping Centre which is a great place to shop. I was just told that the booked room has no windows when check-in, even i was arranged to a room with a windows which is towards the dinning hall, the it's quite noisy...I won't choose this hotel any more

This is undoubtedly one of the best, well managed hotels in Beijing (and trust me there are a whole lot of terrible ones). The staff are generally nice and helpful (and more so if you stay on the executive levels). The area is also very convenient for dining and shopping, and has 2 cinemas.

Had a great time here and the service was great. Everyone was polite and they even let me check in early without any questions or anything. Location was perfect to access the rest of the city and I will be using this hotel the next time I am in Beijing.

I booked this hotel purely on location. Take exit B1 from the Chongwenmen subway metro stop and the hotel should be facing you. I arrived at night and location made it easy to find. Service was excellent; staff had enough english to help with any of my needs. Location on a map indicates that hotel is close to major attractions (e.g. Forbidden City, […] Tiannemen Square, Temple of Heaven) and can be walked to. However, this is a little deceptive as the street blocks are long, busy and complicated with underpasses. You probably can walk but realized it is so much easier to take subway. Flat 2 RMB rate! If willing to do a little planning, pretty much all the major attractions can be reached by subway. Even Badaling Great Wall can be reached with public transit. Get hotel bell hop to direct taxi to Dongshemen bus station and take bus no. 919 (Green and white bus). The door should say 12 RMB on it. This will take you to Badaling Great Wall. Take 919 back as well. It's a little more work but you can explore the Great Wall at your leisure. That's what I did. With regards to the hotel, my room was clean and comfortable. Bed was soft, thank goodness. One complaint is that the hallways smelled like burnt butter and showed signs of wear like an aging hotel. Tip: ask for a room that doesn't hover over the court yard of the bar/lounge. There is a fair amount of noise that comes from the bar. I would have asked to change but I was so tired everyday from the site seeing that I slept pretty easy and fast. But the noise from the bar is noticeable. I would stay at this hotel again if the price is right based purely on location and staff service. 더 보기
