After reading some of the reviews online, I was nervous about what we would find upon our arrival. I was pleasantly surprised! The room and bathroom were clean.and in good codition and the staff was friendly. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Stayed there for 2 days for the mothers birthday. "OK" hotel and good service. NOTE: the SPA HOT TUB is broken and has been that way for months.

Don't leave anything behind they won't call you to let you know you've left it! We left our laptop in error and the hotel never called us to let us know. Housekeeping tried to keep it! Make sure you leave nothing behind!

1. Room was great, except "air condition" was not working that well. Very stuffy. 2. I prepaid my two nights, however in reviewing my credit card transactions for the last couple of days, a charge for $20.00 has been placed on my charge card. WE did not charge anything to the room, except we did make two (2) LOCAL calls, would they charge $10.00 each […] for this? Please have them get back to me on this. 더 보기

The hotel service was very good

We had a chance to stay in a few Holiday Inn Express hotels recently and this one, like all others, did not disappoint. We know exactly what we're getting (clean, friendly staff, good location and decent amenities like free wifi, clean pool etc. Hotel is situated close to a main strip with restaurants, stores and more importantly it's just a few minutes […] off the highway. Definitely recommend. Staff was busy but always pleasant. Only disappointment was the breakfast - at another HI Express we stayed at they had fresh fruit, and some other options this didn't have. 더 보기

Overall good quality and deal. Got a King suite IPO of 2 Queens somehow for the same price but it worked OK for 3, my son took the couch.

I travel each week on business and have seen my fair share of hotels; the good and the ugly. The photos and star ratings are not a reflection of the hotel. The halls and room smelled, the water in the sink wouldn't go down the drain, and there were crumbs and food all over the bed and floor. It hadn't been cleaned in weeks!! When I used the shower, […] the little bit of steam coming from the water set off the fire alarm. Not acceptable. I've eaten better breakfasts at my kids school cafeteria. The murky pool and excersise room out of 1982 left much to be desired. The staff however were nice, and I feel sorry for them because they can't change the way the owners or company runs that trepid establishment. The Holiday Inn Providence, Woonsocket was easy to find and close to downtown Providence. My husband participated in the Amica Ironman 70.3 on July 10, 2011 and the hotel was close to the events that took place. I was not happy with the noise factor of the teenage guests that were running up and down the hallways in front of my room at such late hours. […] Also, there was a mildew smell in the bathroom, so we asked housekeeping for an air freshener. There was a receptionist who was new and had no idea what she was doing, but she was pleasant during her contact with me. She assured me that her manager would contact me as soon as he came to work. Very convenient to Bryant. Worked fine for us. Rooms were a bit underwhelming and pool water was Green, but a great price and good location.

The hotel was very convenient for everyone who traveled and easy to find. It had all the amenities you would expect, including a great breakfast!

Good location if you are visiting CVS HQ. But don't leave your room too late because the cleaning service only works in the morning.

Clean, Comfortable room, Indoor Pool, Wonderful Sunday breakfast, easy to return to highway to continue our trip.

Close to Providence and only about 2 hr to Newport. Perfect for me going to Newport and Providence and back home to Troy, NY

This hotel was perfect for what we needed, a one night stay near family. It was better than clean and comfortable, and was great for the money. The pool was dimly lit and smelled strongly of chlorine, but was adequate for a quick dip before sleeping. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I WAS SURPRISED OF THE HOTELS CLEANLINESS. THE TOWELS WERE THE BEST SURPRISE FOR THE PRICE I PAID, THEY WERE THICK AND FLUFFY. GREAT BREAKFAST CHOICES. WE WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK. THE ONLY THING IS THERE WERE BIG GROUPS OF KIDS DURING OUR STAY. MAKE SURE YOU'RE NOT ON THE SAME FLOOR AS THEM.
