방이 좀 더웠던 것을 제외하고는 서비스, 시설, 방의 청결함 등의 모든 면에서 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 패딩턴역과 연결되어 있어서 히드로 익스프레스를 타기에 아주 편리했습니다. I will be very happy to stay here again next time.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, returning because of the location, service and standard of the property. The staff are very polite (if sometimes a little "robotic" - going through the motions) but the hotel is everything you need from a central London, business orientated property.

Good room, attached to the Paddington station via walkway (look for the signs coming off the Heathrow Express). Internet fast, bed comfortable, room on the small side, but I was never there. Probably the most convenient hotel in London. Change currency across the street to avoid the service fee (3 shops to chose from).

From the valet that greeted and opened the door for you to all the rest of the staff everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would definately recommend and stay there again.

This hotel is in a perfect location with easy access to all sorts of major transportation. Being located right at Paddington Station makes it very convenient for travelers coming in from Heathrow airport. Taxi, bus and the underground are all within the immediate location of this hotel. The executive lounge also gives the international traveler a place to relax when checking into the hotel on those early morning arrivals. This place is worth it if only for the convenience to airport and everywhere on the tube. Its right in the station. The staff are really helpful (let me check out late when Indian suitcase broke and took trolley back to station which I should not have brought into hotel). The breakfast is the biggest Ive seen anywhere

20 minutes to Heathrow - can't beat that

I stayed at the Hilton for two days; the whole experience was excellent from when I arrived at reception to when I checked out. The staff was very good on check in, getting me into my room quickly. The room I had was on the second floor and I was actually surprised of the size – huge twin-room, marble bathroom and all the facilities you would want in […] your room. The noise was minimal as there was double glazing. If you are travelling from Heathrow, best to take the Heathrow Express and use the internal walkway at Paddington station. really good location if arriving/departing into Paddington station meaning you can get on with enjoying your London break. Only small criticism is that the rooms were really hot and the windows only open about an inch - and that was February.

I chose this hotel because of the good standard of Hilton hotels and its proximity to Paddington station. I was not disappointed on either issue. A very comfortable room, excellent food and service together with the perfect location for using the London Tube and Mainline rail services. Altogether an excellent choice.

Great hotel. Only issue was when you pay for internet service, don't bother selecting the 24 hour option. The internet will go down overnight and you essentially pay for non-existing service until late morning. Additionally, the need to buy service in advance from the reception desk, rather than getting direct access (or paying with direct access), […] is pretty backward for a relatively good hotel. 더 보기

The hotel is very convenient for people traveling in and out of the UK through Heathrow, the staff are efficient and meet Hilton standards. The hotel is very nice. The location is great, as is it attached to Paddington station. That makes it very convenient to catch the Heathrow Express, which departs from Paddington station to Heathrow Airport.

It was just perfect - starting from an early check in at 7am without any problems. The location is perfect and I could not find one thing I would have to complain about.

My husband and I used this as a base and found it easy to get to all central parts of London. Very nice hotel and worth upgrading to the Executive lounge as peaceful surroundings, whilst viewing the frenetic activity at Paddington.

This hotel was located right next to Paddington Station which was very convenient for my family and I. There were also a few good restaurants in the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

To be a business friendly hotel, I think they should change the policy and stop charging for the use of the internet. I've stayed @ tiny 2 star hotels that had better business centers. The location is the best part about it. Arrived Hilton Paddington Hotel on 27 Dec 2011 and this is the first time I stay in ...surprise that it's location is just a minute walk with a footbridge attached to the Paddington station (which is ~15 minutes ride to airport). Infrastructure is quite old but keep in good condition and neat in looking. Location is the best thing going for this hotel. Needs a bit of a facelift though. Our first room did not have a working toilet so they had maintenance come in quickly but then were told they had to replace parts. I had to call for another room as there was no telling how long that repair could take. They put us in the only other room available. I stayed at the hotel on December. The heater didn't work. So I called the front to fix it. But they couldn't fix it right away, so they offer me a small portable one which was not worm enough. they could've change room...

Very nice hotel. What I would expect from a Hilton.

Hilton is a well known brand, that's why i choose to stay. It was very nice location and easy access to the underground. Service was not too bad. However, no slipers in my room so i had to call them. The kettle was not working. Most important thing, i saw someone's hair in the room........i can tell the room was not really clean...

My only quibbles are that one has to pay about $20 US/day for Internet and the hotel staff were somewhat ineffective (there was a loud occasional beep in my room from a fire alarm that I had to call about 5-6 times before they finally disabled it). But I would otherwise say the hotel is a great value for London.

This was a very nice hotel in a very convenient location. However, I found some of the hotel staff to be rude and poorly trained in customer service. I was frustrated by the lack of wireless Internet in the rooms. There was wired available but it was very expensive by comparison to other hotels in the area.

Booked this for our last night in London for its obvious great location to catch Paddington Express train to Heathrow airport. Also good for those who want a luxury hotel with large room/bathroom but not the extreme prices of being in location near shopping and/or tourist spots. If being frugal, Paddington Station itself offers a lot of great eating […] options (sandwiches, soup, etc.). Only complaint in our one-night stay was that we had the cool air cranked to high and yet it was still too warm to sleep comfortably. I was awake most of the night. perfect service and perfect location

Good, but not great location. Great location for Underground and Heathrow Express. Below average dining options in hotel (really only one facility was open). Very helpful concierge and staff. Clean and comfortable room.

A good choice for quick link to Heathrow Airport. Arrived early and room not ready - luggage stored for us which was fine. Room was a good size and well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate with a very good selection. Unfortunately the cooked breakfast was cold. Staff did offer to replace & advised Chef. Overall a satisfactory stay
