Personnel were attentive and pleasant. Lobby area where coffee was served in the AM was cramped and although it was posted 'no smoking' there were several people in the coffee area who were smoking and no one enforced the posted restriction on smoking. The price of the room was very good. Overall our stay was good.

Super * Kent is a good value for the money, esp for business travellers. I was working in downtown Akron but have been warned about some the crime issues and rougher neighborhoods there so I stayed in Kent (which I was familiar with) and it is a great town, the Super 8 is RIGHT off the interstate and was very affordable compared to most other hotels. […] If you are vacationing this probably isnt the spot for you but if you are on a buidget or travelling on business, I highly recommend it. 더 보기

I wouldn't sleep in this hotel if you paid me! Complete waste of money, since I refused to stay there.

I think this would be a good deal it it cost 10 dollars. The non-smoking FLOOR smelled like a tabacco house and the bed had ashes in it. And, spots of blood on the bathroom floor never give a good impression. There are two hotels, literally, across the street, stay at one of those instead.

This hotel isn't fancy, but it's clean, comfortable, right off the highway, and the staff is very pleasant and cheerful.

Our bed was the most broken down mattress that UI have ever been on in my life. I can not believe that any hotel would furnish someone with such an old mattress that was obviously in that poor of condition. I sincerely would rather have slept in a tent on a cot.

They would not honor that I had pre-paid through Hotels.com and I ended up being charged twice for the worst hotel I have stayed in since I was stranded in Mexico with $50 cash. The outlets were malfunctioning, only the bottom plug of the three outlets had power, so only one light, if I wanted to watch the tv and use the refridge! The hairdryer overheated […] 20 seconds after I got it on. The place had suspicious white powder all around the base of the bed (bug repellent???) the ac unit rattled and clanked. Everytime I used the bathroom sink I smelled strong chlorine, it was not the water, I was very careful not to lean on anything lest my clothing become bleached. I am not picky, but this was absolutely NOT worth the price. The reviews I read had me thinking this would be ok, basic, but ok...SO NOT OK. The staff was friendly, but no knowledge of how to not charge me for what I had already paid for, I had to wait until 9am for the manager to arrive, putting me 2 hours past my schedule. 더 보기

Not the Ritz, but a nice place to stay and rest. Wifi was down for a few hours, which sucked, but overall was satisfied with everything.

Room was very small, bed had crumbs or coffee grains on comforter,worst was it was supposed to be non smoking and it was so bad in there because the next room was not non smoking.We might as well had a smoking..

Very nice room for the price. We were at the Hartville Flea Market and the location worked out fine for an overnight. Very clean and comfortable.

We just wanted a convenient place to stay that was inexpensive while traveling. This hotel did all that. The room was ok for the price, about what we expected.

Our stay was as a one night stopover and the hotel was right off the highway. It was a clean room with a comfortable bed at a fair price and there were very good eating options nearby. The person at the front desk gave a couple of very good recommendations of restaurants. This hotel smelled old and musty. The sheets were stained with "patches of yellow" We ended up not staying there and headed across the street and stayed at another hotel.

Poor condition and very very dirty carpets and overall worn out and rusty.

This is a basic no-frills hotel right off the highway. We just needed a place to stay on our way to our destination.

We were going for a reasonable priced hotel and Super 8 provided just that. The room was pretty clean and the hotel is in a good location.

We were dissapointed that we had a third floor room with no elevator with no elevator-- I am partially handicapped. The clerk would not change our room even though we had two room changes at different hotels booked on hotels.com The hotel was fairly clean with a tiny breakfast area. It was OK for an overnight stay.

The hotel was clean and quiet; staff was very nice; furnishings were nothing elaborate (somewhat dated) but completely adequate. Hotel is somewhat hard to get to but good value for the price.

I absolutely love this hotel and will always stay there when I come to Ohio...the only thing I don't like is the internet service...that would be the only thing I think needs improvement.

I have stayed here a number of times and prefer it to some of the others nearby. It is clean and safe. You can not compare it to a trendy hotel with the expensive name - it gives you a good room for the price.

The carpet in our room needed sweeping. Other than that everthing was very nice. I have stayed here several times over the past several years.

The hotel was very clean, and looked good inside. The continental breakfast could have been better, but then for the low price I paid I didn't expect anything more. I'd certainly go back.

Good deal for the money. In town for a horse show and my daughter and I just needed a place to sleep and shower. It was certainly clean enough inside and out!

The hotel is a good place to stay. Not much to see but all you need is a room with a hot shower.

I read many bad reviews about this hotel and was very worried about what it was going to be like. I was surprised to find that the room was clean, didn't smell bad and had a refrigerator, microwave, safe, hairdryer and a bed that was comfortable. Some of the reviews I read said they had bed bugs, I did not see a bed bug and no one in my family was bitten […] the entire 3 nights we spent there. My guess is that there was some one was upset at the hotel for some reason was making false claims about the bugs. The only problems we encountered was that some one set off the fire alarm at 11:00pm and we had to wait in the parking lot until the fire department gave the okay (not the hotels fault though). The wireless internet was kind of slow at times too, but overall for the price I paid this hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. 더 보기

This place is filthy- bed bugs are complimentary with your room. Stay somewhere else!
