Very convenient to train station but a very noisy and dirty neighborhood. Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel was under construction.

If you're looking for a place to sleep and take a shower this is a great place. The hotel is very clean but the room is extremely small. The room was a single bed with 1 meter on each side to the wall. All in all good value for the price and location.

Convenient location close to Metro, cafe's, small market, etc. Good bed but very small room.

The shower bath do not have good water shelter and floor becomes all wet easily after taking shower. CAnnot login to the free wifi, don't know why.

The hotel was hard to find, and you better understand the difference between Gare de lEst and Gare du North. Excellent, restaurant across the hotel by the way! The first night, they said that because of the rain, some rooms were damaged and we were given the tiniest room you could imagine. With only 1 twin bed, we could barely open the bathroom door […] and open our luggage, not to mention the window was left opened and the carpet in that area was soaked so the damped smell was extremely uncomfortable. The next day, they did give us a new room, which was more comfortable, but the bad experience cannot change how we feel about this hotel. 더 보기

We spent three nights here and felt that it was a good value. The rooms were very small and lacked A/C, but they were well appointed and extremely clean. Staff were as polite as anyone we met in Paris! :-) Location was good - walking distance from the train station and also just half a block from the Metro. Overall a good value for Paris.

A very good deal for the money. Great place to stay if you are between flights at Charles de Gaul airport and/or the Eurostar train at the Gare du Nord. Great bathroon - immaculate and furnished with all new pieces and parts! Highly recommend this hotel. In town briefly for a wedding and Hôtel Gare de l'Est Francais was ideal. Located right next to a metro station and although Paris is the safest city of its' size in the world, the neighborhood was great. Concierge would speak as much or as little English as needed. Hotel was clean, friendly and convientent to Gare du Nord and Metro. However, cleaners and staff were extremely loud (louder than the hum of the Metro!) A/C was broken for 2wks prior to our stay and throughout but staff provided fan upon request. Great for short stays. Must be willing to walk through a rough area towards the tourist spots. I was suprise how nice and clean it was. It had a quaint touch to it and the customer service was great. Upon arrival I asked if it's possible to get two beds instead of a double and with no problem switched. One of the men in the front desk knew spanish and english which was convenient! there were spiderwebs in the lift, and the hotel room was extremely small. We only stayed for 1 night so the fact that the room was so small was not too bad. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in for a long time. Location: in front of Gare de East and right by the metro exit. Surrounding: many restaurants and stores, safe environment. Room: clean and small. (I don't know Paris normal room size, but it was very small). Well maintained. Backside room was very quiet even in the daytime (I slept from 11am to 5pm without interruption). Hotel en travaux, pas de clim, bruyant, chambre trop petite

Cet hotel ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles. La chambre que nous avions est très, très exigüe (a peine la place de tourner autour du lit), les doubles vitrages laissent passer les bruits, ils ne sont pas phoniques. Pour prendre le papier WC, il faut se contortionner, La douche est très étroite, on bute partout. Toute la salle de bain est au chausse pied.

Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van Gare du Nord en Gare de l'est. De kamer is klein maar netjes en wordt goed schoongemaakt. In de omgeving van het hotel vele mogelijkheden om lekker te eten tegen redelijk prijzen. En met de metrohalte op 5 min. afstand zit je zo in het centrum van Parijs. Små værelser, men renlige. Lille hotel, men venligt personale. Hvis du alligevel er rundt i byen fra morgen til aften - rigtigt fint til overnatning.

Nous avons été réveillé par des travaux à 8h. Pas d'excuse de la part de l'hotel. Confort rustique, loin de l'affichage 3 étoiles.

Undvik detta hotell till varje pris! Fullständigt ointresserad personal i reception, smutsigt, dammigt, (till viss del beroende på ombyggnation). Vi hyrde enligt beskrivning ett "standardrum" och erhöll ca 8 kvm! Med nöd och näppe kunde man gå runt sängen. Stora fuktfläckar på tapet på väggen mot badrum.

To Hotel Gare de l' Est Francais ήταν πεντακάθαρο, σε απόσταση μόλις 400μ. από το  Gare du Nord όπου φθάνει κάποιος παίρνοντας το τραίνο από το αεροδρόμιο  C. de Gaulle για να πάει στο Παρίσι, επιπλέον στον ιδιο σταθμό υπάρχουν πολλές γραμμές του μετρό για να επισκεφθεί κάποιος αξιοθέατα του Παρισιού ή να μεταβεί σε 'αλλους σταθμούς τρένου απ'όπου μπορεί […] να πάει σε άλλες πόλεις της Γαλλίας. Επιπλέον δίπλα σχεδόν στο ξενοδοχείο υπάρχουν και αφετηρίες αστικών λεωφορείων με τα οποία μπορεί κάποιος να πάει στον Πύργο του Αϊφελ, στην Sacre Coeur, το Μουλέν Ρούζ ή να πάει στην Note Dame, τους κήπους του Λουξεμβρούργου την Σορβόννη ...... 더 보기

Vastapäätä Gare de lÉst asemaa, kävelyetäisyydellä Gare de Nord asemasta. Sijainti loistava. Vieressä ravintoloita ja ruokakauppa. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamupalabuffet keskinkertainen, lähinnä leipää, leikkeleitä ja muroja. Vihanneksia ja hedelmiä olisimme kaivanneet. posizione facilmente raggiungibile. Camera decisamente piccola e troppo basica (non attrattiva). Colazione decente. Per un prezzo inferiore sarebbe stata ok. Ma decisamente troppo costoso.

Man sollte sich nicht von den Bildern im Internet täuschen! Erstmal konnten wir das Hotel nicht finden, da es nicht wie im Internet "Hotel Gare de l'Est" sonder "Hotel Francais" heißt. Außerdem hatte ich ein Doppelzimmer Komfort gebucht und als ich dort ankam sagte man uns, es gäbe keine mehr und wir müssten 2 Einzelzimmer nehmen. Diese erinnerten an […] eine Zelle: Teppichboden mit Flecken, graue Tapete die abblättert, dreckige Laken und unser Bad stank nach etwas, das an Urin erinnerte...! Vielleicht sind die Doppelzimmer besser, aber: Hände weg von den Einzelzimmer! Auch das Frühstück ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen (die Bäckerei schräg gegenüber eignet sich besser zum frühstücken)! Der einzig positive Aspekt ist, das Metro unmittelbar am Hotel ist und man so alles leicht erreichen kann. Fazit: Ich würde niemals wieder dieses Hotel buchen. 더 보기

Rommet var ikke stort, men rent og hyggelig med en god atmosfære. Rommet lå ut mot gaten med tilhørende trafikkstøy, som vi hørte svært lite til pga god isolasjon i vinduene. Dessverre var både aircondition og safe defekt, noe de lovet å ordne dagen etter. Noe som dessverre ikke ble gjort. Som plaster på såret foreslo jeg å få dette kompensert med gratis […] frokost på hotellet. Det ordnet seg- en svært enkel men velsmakende frokost ble det. 더 보기

This hotel near the train station Gare de I'Est, only 5 mins walking distance. The English friendly reception.

We had a great stay. The room wasn't big, but big enough if you're primarily going to sleep in it. It faced the quiet back yard and had a safe (no extra charge), a minibar (with room for some extra bottles) and an iron and ironing board. Both the room and the rest of the hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were polite and helpful. The hotel serves […] breakfast, but there is a grocery store (Monop) right next to the hotel, and a bakery on the other side of the street, providing all you need for a picnic in the nearby Jardin Villemin. The entrance to the metro station is just around the corner, the train stations Gare de l'Est just across the street, and Gare du Nord just 500 m away (no problem walking with a suitcase with wheels). Line 4 on the metro brings you directly to Île de la Cité, the Latin Quarter or Les Halles. The square in front of Gare de l'Est turns a bit shady after sunset (like every train station in every big city), but we still felt safe, and the walk to and from the metro is really short. We both prefer to keep our bedroom well below 20 degrees Celsius, so for us the room was a bit too warm. We turned the thermostat down, but it did not seem to help. 더 보기

Hotelzimmer sehr klein, in Paris aber wohl üblich. Gegend eher nicht die Beste. Gerade am Bahnhof Gare de l'est und U-Bahn Station. Sehr lärmig, Fenster kann über Nacht nicht geöffnet werden. Die ganze Nacht hört man Busse. Gibt sicher bessere Hotels und Gegenden.

worauf kommt es denn an? Lage - sehr zentral Matratze - sehr gut bei offenem Fenster - Straße ist laut

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Personal ist freundlich. Einziger negativer Punkt: Frühstück war nicht im Preis inbegriffen.

Muy buena relación calidad/precio

Verkehrsmässig exzellent erschlossen, 35 Minuten mit Bus zum Fhlf CDG - in 30 Sekunden in der Metro, in 5 Minuten am Gare du Nord! Zimmer und Service sind vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis her gesehen sensationell! Das Hotel kann sehr empfohlen werden!

sur ma réservation un grand lit étais prévu, je n' ai eu qu'un petit lit

La chambre pour un couple était très très petite. Elle devait être attribuée en single habituellement. Un seul jeu de serviettes pour deux. Pour une nuit, et très peu de bagages, nous nous en sommes accommodés. Merci de préciser la superficie de la chambre quand vous faites une offre. Le personnel a été charmant!!

hotel tres acceillant,tres propre,nous avons prefere la chambre qui donnait sur la gare que nous avons eu la premiere fois...la chambre cote cour nous a moins plus ,(plus petite).mais c est un hotel que nous aimons beaucoup

propre, confortable (douche robinet thermostatique), bureau et rangements bonne qualité, frigo.. personnel sympa leger point négatif : la chambre n'était pas tres grande (mais comme j'étais seul, pas gênant)
