Not a 4 star hotel, at best 3 star. Very convenient location from the train station- only redeeming quality. Whatever you do, do not waste your money getting the Wi-Fi. They charge 19 euros for 24hrs and it does not work. It's so slow, freezes for no reason, considering you are paying so much money, you would expect better connection!!!!

right off the train station / bus station / underground, two blocks from the Haydn House, lots of shops and restaurants nearby

The Intercity Hotel Wien is located very close to the railroad station.

Great location. Good price. Got free metrocard during the stay. The internet usage in-room is way too expensive

location is great. and the hotel gave me the two days' public transportation card which will allow me to take metro/tram/bus for free! the hotel is very close to the westbahn, so you can take metro to anywhere you want. BUT the service was just ok...the staff were not very friendly...they don't smile...actually i find many austrian don't smile... ?!!! […] not just hotel staff, the bar servants, cafe waiters...jeez...i paid for being treated with their long faces...and they still expect tips?!!! i don't understand... 더 보기

This hotel is situated in the middle of a busy street. The restaurants below the hotel were in party mode all night and the noise from these places toge with people yelling all night was very loud. This, together with the fact that the hotel dd not have any air-conditioning was unbearable. At one stage during two of our nights there, I had to get up […] and soak a bath towel in cold water and put it over myself with the dinner plate sized fan that they provided, blowing onto the towel to try and cool myself down. As for everything else - three days with no sleep due to the heat and the noise does not help the mind determned whether everything else was good. WIFI was provided at an unreasonable price of 19 euro for 24 hours .They did provide a computer in the lobby that was so slow, it was rediculous. We ended up finding an internet cafe down the road which, we used and it was very cheap. The room was small. On this bases I would not recommend this hotel, especilly in the summer months to anybody. They claim this is a four star hotel, how they got that rating with no airconditioning and paying exorbitant prices for wifi is beyond me. 더 보기

On the positive side, the location is fantastic. It is very close to the Westbahnhof train station. Unfortunately there are also a number of negative points. When I arrived late at night my non smoking room stank of cigarette smoke and the shower door had fallen off its runners. How the housekeeping staff had missed both those things is beyond me. When […] I complained I got a new room quite quickly. The breakfast was good but outrageously expensive. The breakfast staff were very good but the reception staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. It is difficult to get a good hotel room at a reasonable cost in Vienna but there are far better hotels then this for the price. This hotel is in a perfect location, just a 5 minute walk from the rail station, The rooms were good size, very comfortable and clean, plenty of room for open suitcases, beds were comfortable, do ask for a second pillow when you check in tho. Free internet in the lobby, nice little bar in lobby too, staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was […] not included tho and a bit pricey. However there is a great little coffee shop just around the corner on the way to the train station. They had the best ham and eggs, it's a plate of ham with 3 cooked eggs on top, very reasonably priced. the hotel staff is friendly. because of my check-in time is earlier than the regular time, they check me into a double single room, after my enquiry the front desk staff checked me into the right room. Nice hotel. Next to West Train Station as well as subway (U Bahn) stop so it is easy to get to the center of town. Clean hotel, very nice staff, good quality for money. They even give you a subway card for free when you check in. InterCity is always a good brand of hotel to choose.

The hotel is centrally located in an up-market shopping area and is about 5-minute walk from the west bahnhoff metro station.The famous must-see sights of Vienna are all within easy reach; just a short metro ride away from the hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located. The services, however, are very bare. Be prepared to pay for even basic services. For instance, I don't remember the last time I was in a hotel that didn't have a basic coffee/tea selection in the room! This was especially inconvenient for me since I drink coffee/tea throughout the day and it was a pain running […] outside to get it. The hotel does offer it on a vending machine but it's overpriced. Similarly breakfast, internet are all offered but are overpriced. All in all, I felt the hotel was good because of it's location (room was clean) but they nickel-and-dimmed on everything else. 더 보기

This would be a good transit hotel because it is right by Westbanhoff, the train station, but it was a little bit of a walk to the museum district. It was right by a lot of shopping though, so if that's what you are planning to do, then this is the hotel for you. The rooms were nice, but no aircon during the summer was not that pleasant. otelin konumu iyi. ulaşım katı vermeleri de bir d,iğer avantaj. ancak 1 gece daha kalmak üzere otele gece geldiğimizde yer olmadığı söylenilerek başka otele yönlendirdiler. bundan pek emin değildim açıkcası :) ama genel olarak tavsiye edilebilir.

Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Персонал мил и приветлив, в номерах чисто и уютно. Самое лучшее расположение. С одной стороны, отель расположен на самой крупной торговой улице, где находиться множество магазинов (кому интересно), с другой стороны, близость центра - 20-25 мин. пешком или примерно 4 станции на метро. Hotel ottimo per la posizione, vicino alla metro. Camere pulite, unico neo il riscaldamento davvero troppo alto e assenza della possibilità di regolarlo. Il personale dell'hotel rispecchiava il modo di fare la "simpatia" dei Viennesi. Per il resto tutto bene.

hotel ben posizionato nella via dello shopping. stazione metro a due passi e in 4 fermate si è in centro città. camere confortevoli, pulite e ospitali. personale alla reception sempre disponibile. parcheggio auto convenzionato davanti l'hotel. consigliato!!

Hotellet ligger sentralt i forhold til undergrunnsbane. Shopping i umiddelbar nærhet. Stille og rolig hotell. Dårlig renhold i dusjen. Prøvde ikke frokosten, men Starbucks like i nærheten er et godt frokostalternativ, mye billigere enn på hotellet. Greit hotell, men ikke mer.

Das Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Westbahnhof ist sehr zu empfehlen, Zimmer , Service allgemein , ist als "Gut " von mir angenommen. Ich werde bei meinen nächsten Besuchen in Wien wieder hier buchen. Preis - Leistung stimmt auch. Die Lage zur Stadtmitte ist sehr Gut. Auch zum Vorteil die Karte für den Öffentlichen Nahverkehr der Stadt Wien.

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert, da es sehr gut gelegen ist. Die Leute sind zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Beim nächsten Besuch in Wien werde ich sicherlich wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Preis/Leistung ist einfach super

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Westbahnhofes. Das war wichtig für uns, da wir mit dem Zug angereist sind. Im Hotel erhielten wir Fahrkarten für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr in Wien, was auch sehr wichtig war. Der öN in Wien ist klasse. Das Intercity Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Westbahnhofes und der Mariahilferstrasse-super Ausgangspunkt für Stadttouren aller Art. Die U-Bahn ist auch sehr nahe und das Ticket war im Aufenthalt inkludiert. Das Zimmer selbst war unprätentiös, kühl-businessartig und tlw. abgenutzt, Zimmer und Stockwerk waren muffig-wahrscheinlich ehemalige Raucherzimmer. Veldig bra belligende, men 4 stjerner... tja.. muligens i Wien, andre steder ville det nok hatt maks 3. Bærer sterkt preg av slitasje, ok str på rom men altså veldig slitent!

Es war alles super. Es gibt nichts was nicht gestimmt hätte. Wenn wieder Ferien in Wien ganz bestimmt wieder in diesem Hote.

Alles bestens, in unmittelbarer Bahnhofsnähe und U-Bahnnähe. Mitten in der Mariahilferstraße.

一人旅で利用しました。場所は西駅から近いです。よく地図を見ないと見失ってしまうかもしれません。何度か曲がり角があります。 リムジンバスを利用したので西駅付近のこのホテルに決めました。 手軽にサンドイッチが買えるお店が近くにあり適度に街で、便利です。深夜に女一人で歩きましたが全然怖くなかったです。 スタッフの対応は親切丁寧です。日本のビジネスホテルといった感じで、スーツケースは自分で運びます。余計なサービスがなく、私にはちょうどよかったです。とても清潔な部屋で、一人だったのにツインの部屋でのびのび過ごせました。 ただ、シャンプーリンス・ボディソープ・歯ブラシといったアメニティはないので自分で持って行ったほうがいいです。ポットもないので飲み物は買っていかないといけません。（ロビーに無料の水があり […] ますが）。エアコンはなく扇風機が置いてありました。でも日本の暑さに比べると扇風機は必要なく、エアコンがなくでも支障ないと思います。設備について他は問題ありません。 朝は教会の鐘の音が聞こえてきて、気持ちのよい目覚めでした。 なんといってもこのホテルのメリットは市内交通機関が無料になるカードをもらえることです。路面電車・地下鉄・バスすべて利用できました。 ウィーンカードを購入しようかと思っていたのですがそんな心配は無用でした。安く泊まったのに交通費が更に浮いてとても得した気分でした。 リンク内のホテルも便利ですが、無料券があったので特に不便な気持ちもなかったです。他国にってもインターシティ系列に泊まりたいなあと思いました。 チェックアウト時は早朝４時半で、かなり早かったのですが、ちゃんとフロントで待っていてくれました。タクシーがなかなか来ないという問題が発生しましたがきちんと対応してくれ、予定通りの飛行機に乗れました。 ウィーンの旅が良い思い出となったのも、ホテルで安心して過ごせたおかげだと思います。 シンプルで便利な旅を望むのであればこのホテルはベストだと思います。 더 보기

Attention certaines chambres sont orientées en plein sud,sans volets extérieurs et sans climatisation avec ouverture de fenêtre possible mais donnant sur une rue passagère et bruyante... Donc attention l'été... Le changement de chambre a été accepté pour la 2eme nuit dans une chambre calme et à l'ombre.

Wir verbrachten ein WE in Wien, dieses Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, auch bekommt man Ticket´s für alle öffentl. Verkehrsmittel. Die U-Bahn ist gleich ums Eck. Zimmer und Bad war sauber und ist ok.
