마이크로텔 인 앤드 스위트 - KCI 에어포트 (Microtel Inn & Suites - KCI Airport) - 캔자스 시티

저녁 10시반에 도착을 해도 전화했더니 제깍 셔틀 보내주었구요..리셉션 받던 학생분도 너무 친절했고, 싼 가격과 깔끔한 시설이 참 좋았네요.

캔사스시티 국제공항에서 불과 1마일 거리에 위치하여 공항을 이용하는 여행자에게 편리합니다. 그리고 무엇보다도 가장 끌리는 장점은 가격이 낮은데, 시설이나 서비스는 좋습니다. 새로 리모델링을 한 호텔이라 쾌적하고 깨끗하며, 객실의 대형 TV와 무료 무선인터넷 사용, 공항간 무료 셔틀버스 운영, 객실 내 냉장고와 전자레인지 비치등 고객의 편리함에 신경을 많이 쓴 흔적이 보입니다.

It was great for staying when I got in to the airport late at night. It was a little hard to find and I would say it could use better directional signage. But a quick call to the hotel gave me the needed directions. Once I arrived everything was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Most helpful staff. No clue as to bus or other public transport. Good van service to and from the airport and car rental. No hot food at breakfast. My room was down the hall from the lobby and entirely quiet. The lighting in the room is glaring flourecent and not practical. It could use a lamp or two. Overall a very good value.

The evening clerk was not very attentive but the morning clerk was great. The room had a foul smell, like sweat. The room appeared clean, just a bad smell. The breakfast area was clean except spots on the carpet & the chairs were very stained.

I have stayed at this hotel before - in 2010 - and am very happy with the condition of the hotel and staff. Our recent stay was just as good. However, I have one little remark - when I asked the desk clerk for some places to eat - all she referred me to was the Bar and Grill in the Four Points motel across the street. It was okay but I wouldn't recommend […] it. The food was cold, not very good and rather expensive for what we received. Upon returning to the motel - we overheard the same desk clerk telling another family to drive a couple of miles to the south and take a specific exit and they would find all types of restaurants. We would have like to have been afforded the same response. But we will be staying here again the end of April 2012, But now know where to go to get something decent to eat. 더 보기

We stayed at Microtel for 3 nights. Unfortunately, during our stay a gun shop took place opposite the hotel. Therefore, the hotel was very crowded and quite noisy. Especially, the door sound when it smashed into its lock was hard to bear. The room was very clean but unfortunately without hair dryer. The location is great (next to the airport). However, the hotel is not so great. The first room I was checked into smelled terribly (like B.O. that they tried to mask with air freshener). So I requested a room change. The second room they gave me did not smell. However, it was quite small compared to the room that was advertised. Overall I did not feel […] safe here. One night around midnight, a group of rowdy, drunken males surrounded my door and started banging on it. Being that I am female who was traveling alone, I was quite unnerved. I called the front desk, who I expected to do something about the drunkards, however, the ruckus continued up and down the hallway all night. I feel that the hotel should have done more to ensure the safety and security of the abiding patrons. In short, I will never stay here again. 더 보기

Convenient location near KCI, cheap, comfortable staying for the next-day flight. Enthusiastic service for any requirement from you, quite neighborhood in which the motel locates. Plus complimentary breakfast starting at 4 am and 24*7 free shuttle to the airport, the motel is a recommended motel for the next-day flight.

We were warned by another review, yet we stayed anyway. If you want a room that is litterly 4 walls and a bed you hit a homerun here. The heater runs no stop, the smell in the hall was stil there from the review we read. Spend the $20 more and stay up the road!!!!!

We needed a cheap hotel for the weekend that was by the airport and this one was great for the price! There was an odd smell in the hallway, but other than that, it was a good experience. We had a shuttle to and from the airport and they even had a breakfast, filing enough for us. We'd go there again.

Great Place to stay; Airport shuttle: fast & very accomodating service!

We have stayed at this hotel several times and it has been great every time. The prices are very affordable.

We stayed there because we had a 6 am flight and drove into KC at 1 am. It's worth the money - don't have any high expectations. It's just a place to crash if you have early morning flights. Serves the purpose. The shuttle drops and picks you up on request and it's a 5 min drive to the airport.

I had to reserve a room for my 19 year old daughter due to a late night storm, delayed flight. A last minute reservation and a guaranteed pick up from the airport (despite the storm) made me nervous, but they came through. My daughter said the room was clean, the people friendly and she got breakfast the next morning (nothing fancy but acceptable for […] my picky daughter). This is a good cheap hotel to stay if your flights arrives late into MCI and the hotel is nice/clean. Well worth the rate and I am extremely happy.

We stayed at this hotel because of the price and being close to the airport. It is a no frills hotel but it is clean. Walls are a little thin, we heard the TV from next door until after midnight when we finally had to turn the fan on the Ac/heat unit so we wouldn't hear it & be able to sleep.

The hotel was deccent. It did the job for what we needed and the beds were comfy. The building and the room were a bit run down but like I said it did the job.

You definitely get what you pay for, no complaints there. The room is small, the bed is small and uncomfortable. The room is loud with the heater on! It served it's purpose of having to be close to the airport for a 6:00 am flight, however, next time I will spend more so I can get a good nights sleep.

Clean, neat, comfortable. Great for overnight stay. Park and Ride service to the airport was really helpful. The price was good and comparable to the starlevel.

i was surprised at how quite this place was. plus the beds were great. breakfast was simple but fresh. we were just in and out for a airport pick-up but i would stay again for the price.

Well kept, excellent service and nice people. Well worth the money ! While not luxurious the room was comfortable and clean, the service was friendly. Shuttle service to and from KCI was quick!

We had an early flight so we stayed the night before. I didn't realize that parking was $5 a day when leaving your car there. Still convenient and cheap, just surprised. I would stay there again especially for the price and you have a kitchen.

Although it is rated as a 2 star hotel, I found it to be very clean, comfortable and the staff was freindly. I only stayed one night for convention.

The bed was comfortable but that's about the best thing I can say about this hotel. Wireless internet was sporadic--at best. Even when I had a strong signal the internet connection was very slow. The breakfast was a joke--think what was the norm for hotels 20 years ago--a danish, some cereal, some fruit--nothing like what you come to expect these days. […] The desk help was non-existent--although the maid staff was very nice and efficient. The couch was unsittable--felt like concrete. No decent place to sit and read--a work area but not a good one. The hotel isn't disgusting--it just isn't very attractive. 더 보기

We needed a room near the airport for a very early morning flight the next day. We also needed parking for our car for 6 days and wanted a hotel that could do both. Rates for parking were slightly more than parking that was farther away, but less than the local parking entities not tied to the airport. Our car was fine when we returned and the shuttle […] was efficient in getting us to and from the hotel. All in all, a very good fit for our needs. Excellent Beds, Continental Breakfast a little "thin". We wish the Hotels would recognize that the Breakfast leaves the "lasting impression" regarding the patrons stay. If it is cheap, then the stay is remembered as "so, so". If it is like some of the hotels that serve (in addition to the usual cereal and bagels etc.) sausage, bacon, eggs and white […] sause grits etc. they leave a very positive memory and their customers want to return over and over, even if things about the room and service are less than ideal... 더 보기
