Due to the hotel's location, it was difficult to see upon exiting the freeway. The carpet (room) was filthly!! The room smelled heavily of disinfectant.

Only 30 minutes from most attractions and central LA. Nice and cozy, bed was very comfortable. shower leaked and would not turn off fully but we notified management when we checked out. No problems.

Staff put us all the way in the back on the 3rd floor when the hotel had most of the front rooms and ground floor rooms empty. Beds were rock hard. A/C did not work well. TV remote did not work. One small soap for sink and shower with no shampoo. Pool was closed by health dept. Find another hotel.

I would never recommend this location to anyone, for any reason. What was supposed to be a quick 3 nights away while my house was tented has turned into a banking disaster.

It seems as though the owners/managers are in desperate need to stay in business. Many of their rooms are condemned and not available and more convenient entrances are blocked so there is only one gate to get to all areas of the hotel.

Overall, I am unsatified the service that they served me. I asked them to replace different lightbuld. They said they didn't have any light or lightbuld to replace this time and asked me and my family to move to another room at another floor on rainny night with my little children.

The room was not the best. The carpets were stained and the sliding glass door to the terrace was not working properly. Good enough for one night.

Good cheap motel close enough to LA but away from the traffic. Would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, and it appeared they were working on doing upgrades... However with the reviews I read it was not quite what I expected. It was affordable though. My biggest complaint was the refrigerator was not working and they told me they could not do anything about it. Awful service, will never stay at this place again. Checked in 2 hours after check in time and rooms were not ready. Everything is old and outdated. Booked 2 non-smoking rooms, A/C broke within the hour and claimed there was no more N/S room so had to use a smoking room even though the N/S room next door (that was cleaned after ours)was not in use. […] The A/C in the other room broke sometime in the night because we all woke up sweating. The temp was over 100 degrees that weekend. The jacuzzi did not work also. 더 보기

Hôtel de niveau très moyen (mais pas cher alors...). Accueil pas aimable et peu accommodant. Pas d'eau chaude le matin. Propreté très moyenne. A éviter.
