골든 튤립 레이트 플라자 (Golden Tulip Iate Plaza) - 포르탈레자

I expected much more from a Golden Tulip brand property. Real disappointment! Property, location and service were all mediocre. I would not stay there again and would not recommend others to stay there either. In my opinion this is no more than 2-2.5 stars - not 3 stars.

este hotel e muito bem localizado e tem uma ótima garagem para quem aluga carro. os quartos são muito confortáveis e o quarto duplo e muito bom para quem tem crianças. dois quartos com uma sala no meio e uma ótima varanda. a manutenção do hotel precisa ser mais bem feita, chuveiro pessimo para quem tem mais de 1,70 mts.

Fiquei muito satisfeito com o hotel ,um belo café da manhã,um quarto super confortavel,uma vista linda uma piscina maravilhosa,e claro isso tudo acrescido de uma ótima cia q eu estava...rsss

O café da manhã é muito fraco, pedi um lanche no roon service e não tinha, mas estava no cardápio, recepcção boa e excelentes camareiras.

Pontos Negativos: 1. Check-in muito tarde a partir das 14:00h. 2. Check-out cedo demais às 12:00h, com isso o hóspede perde 02 horas de sua diária, considerando o check-in 14h e check-out 12:00h. 3. Mesmo o hóspede pagando meia diária, considerando check-out 18h, o hotel não faz a limpeza do apartamento. 4. Piscina em mau estado de conservação (fissuras, […] descolamento de pastilhas,....). The hotel is good. There is a big bed (king size), bad service, bad smell (on the left side rooms, due to the fish market). The apartment is big and has a kind of mini kitchen, but there is only a sink, a microwave and two glasses. In my opinion, it doesn't make sense. Hotel de bom nível com uma localização privilegiada, na Beira Mar de Fortaleza, único que fica relamente na areia da praia. Recomendo.

Vista excelente contra más alto mejor. Personal amable y muy correcto. Habitación y planta con fuerte olor a humedad, cerrado rancio. Ruido infernal aire acondicionado situado encima justo de la cabecera de la cama.

Located at the end of the beach walk with its hotels, this is a rather standard hotel giving good value for the relatively low cost. Breakfast was OK, the food from the restaurant was good. The pool and assoc area is rather small but nice. Lots of restaurants nearby and you can walk from the hotel along the long road (beach walk) next to the beach safely. […] Two things to negatively criticize though; the hotel lies close to the fish market with its smell and (early) noise. If tthis would be a problem, try to get a room high up, and if you don't have to have sun on the balcony or a good view of the beach walk, then ask for a room on the southeast side (nr x08-x14), away from the fish market side.
