My wife and I stayed here enroute to Boston and found a clean, well-equipped facility with a courteous staff. The room did not smell from artificial cleaners or air fresheners. The bed was extraordinary, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was pleasant, and the room was quiet. While it was a few minutes off I95, it was worth the extra drive. My husband and I chose this hotel as it was conveniently located between my conference site and our home so my husband joined me. The staff was accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. The heating fan clinked a little so I slept with a pillow over my head. My husband enjoyed the workout room and pool but was disappointed that the jacuzzi was out […] of order. Having a microwave and a fridge in the room was nice. The cost of a movie rental was absurd. The coffee in the morning was great but the hotel doesn't offer a free breakfast. 더 보기

Great location and clean comfortable rooms

We have had 2 sets of in-laws stay at the hotel within the last 2 months, and both times the stays have gone almost perfectly for everyone staying. The ONLY complaint I would have is that the service in the restaurant, or eating area is not good at all. The first night my in-laws stayed there, we waited for our food for over an hour, and we were the […] only table there. We had a fabulous stay! I was there with my entire family, including 3 children under 12. Kid's breakfasts are free! The buffet was excellent! The chef made delicious omlets. We spent a Saturday morning playing in the pool. The rooms were very nice and include a mini-fridge, and the hotel sells everything from wine to milk from a small shopping area […] next to the front desk. Really a very nice place to stay! 더 보기

We were very impressed with how clean and beautiful this hotel was. The room was very nice and the location was perfect. To top it off, the gym actually had good equipment! We will stay there again next time we are in the area.

Our stay in Norwalk. Was a special occasion for us. My Daughter had her first baby and our first grandson. We stayed here for the wedding and thought it would be nice to stay here again. But it was anything but nice. The beds were really uncomfortable. and the breakfast witch we really liked the last time we were her.was very chaotic and under staffed. […] And the kitchen couldn't keep up with the business. We left to go some where else for breakfast. I was very disappointed for the price we paid for our room it was over priced....I will look elsewhere the next time. we come to visit our grandson 더 보기

Rated 5 in all categories. Only problem was maid service. They came around trying to get into the room a little too early one time, then knocked again after a while still asleep.

Hotel was very clean and had a fitness room and indoor pool, The location was convenient to the Oyster Festival and train into NYC if so desired. We could drive 90 minutes and could be at Mohegan Sun. We did take a day trip to Newport Rhode Island which was nice. Plenty of restaurants around the Inn.

Hotel staff were pleasant and most helpful. Breakfast buffett excellent value!

Great staff. The lobby was often packed with large groups traveling together, but it never felt hectic. We enjoyed our stay.

I loved everything, everyone and all the nice accomodations you provided for our visit. Thank you for recommending a quality hotel.

Frankly, I expect excellent service and rooms at any Hilton and this hotel does not disappoint. It's convenient to my destination and easy to find from the highway. The rooms and bathroom are comfortable and very clean, and I love the Neutrogena products. It's reasonably priced on the weekends and I would recommend it to anyone. The hotel was very clean, staff was nice at desk, pool and exercise room nice, but jacuzzi very small and luke warm. Easy to get to NY train, but we used shuttle and it was very convenient and quick. Not a lot to do in area, but lots of great food choices, and movies and mall not too far away. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place for all the reasons you would expect form a hotel. We had a bunch of family, so we were able to get together off the lobby in a really nice room, had a drink at the lobby bar area one night and all of us thouroughly enjoyed the coffe, tea and outrageously good cookies offered all the time. Their is a small Italian (not the Tuscan place next […] door) a bit down the road to the south, on the same side of the street. It sits in a strip of shops, next to Carvel and it fabulous. The best Italian food I have had in years. Better than many meals I had in Italy. Our group of 5 came in as they were about to close on a Friday evening and they accomodated us in grand style. 더 보기

Me and my lady came here for valentine's day weekend and everything was great. From the beginning of my stay till the end the people here took good acre of us. And the food they serve is great also.

I think a key drawing point to any "stay" are the amenities. I thought free newspapers, complimentary coffee, cable tv, wifi hookup/computer cafe, and pool/workout facilities were definite plus's. I do think at the very minimum a continental breakfast should be included into the room rate with a discounted rate for a buffet breakfast for those who are […] hotel guests. On a side note; i thought that all doors should be secured visa vie usage of a guests pass key. I had noted one door that was not secured. 더 보기

Terrible experience. After 12 hr., 800 mile trip, arrived to be given last room available. Room wasn't what was requested. Hotel unable to correct situation. Spent night in room without any sleep. Checked out immediately in the morning. Due to bad experience would never stay there again.

The Hilton Garden Inn was a great hotel. The hotel was very easy to find right off the freeway; it is very close to shopping and restaurants. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. They have a very huge pool and jacuzzi, and fitness center. A nice buffet and bar. The service at the front desk was great. Highly recommend.

This was our first stay at ths hotel and we didn't know what to expect. Everything exceded our expecations. We had two rooms for four adults and three children. The children enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was outstanding. If visiting in the part of the country again we would choose this hotel.

We go away for weekends to hotels in the NYC area, so our daughter can play in a pool. The pool at the Hilton Norwalk was actually HEATED!! I will not go in pools usually because I don't like cold water and most hotels that advertise "heated pools" fall far short of warmth. And the hot tub was small but it was HOT and the jets were strong. Starbucks […] across the street was a huge plus and the Main Street area of Norwalk has great ethnic restaurants. I would skip trendy South Norwalk restaurants and eat at the Venezuelan restaurant and the Italian next door. We will be back! 더 보기

très bon hotel, confortable, accueil sympa, resto jusqu'à 22 h, facile à trouver, beaucoup de services et commerces autour, la ville à 10 minutes, la Merritt Parkway à 2 minutes.c'est pratique et agréable, on se sent à l'entrée d'un village.

Et godt og flot hotel med pool for hele familien og en afslappet og venlig betjening. Stort at man kunne sidde udendoers på hotellets restaurant og at vinduet kunne åbnes for den friske luft. Vi havde ogsaa gavn af fitnessrummet og computerne der stod fremme til vores raadighed
