I recommend to stay this Hilton Hotel. Room was clean and quiet, safe, pleasant. I stayed 6 nights, and everyday's housekeeping was great and quick. Bed was soft that even better than in my home. One fault was that there was no refrigerator in the room. So I had to bring Ice from the machine twice a day. Took family hoping to swim. Water was cold and dirty. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, room was decent.

Great staff. Cannot say enough positive about the staff, professional manner or comfort and cleanliness. The club in the hotel was LOUD and I enjoy loud music, this was to much. Not what I expected at a hilton. I found a used wash rag wedged between the toilet and the wall. There was no continental breakfast. I was offered a buffet for 15 bucks let person though. The cost is too expensive for what you receive. It is in a nice area of town which is the only plus for me. The room was clean but you still need to vacuum underneath the beds. It is a nice room but it was too noisy. I could hear every single person's bodily noises whileI was trying to sleep. Acoustics are terrible and it is flat out too expensive for […] the cost. I would get the room for half the price any more then that is a total waste of money for what you get. Another thing I don't want someone to bother me about checking out three hours before I leave. The hotel was very nice even though the property is old. Geniave the concierge, was awesome! Enjoyed the nightclub. Room service was good, but pricey. Too many fees. I would suggest that each room be furnished with a microwave and refrigerator. Refreshment bar is each room is crazy. Prices are higher than giraffe's you know what. Lol.

We were put on a floor with several parties and families with out of control children. Security attempted to quiet them down, but everytime security left, the children came back out in the halls louder than before.

Great stay!!! The breakfast buffet was expensive for the selection of items.

The night club was so much fun! The drinks are pricey, the food is good, the dj was good. The staff was very friendly. Check in time and check out time was good. I would have though they would have microwaves in the room,due to the fact they had refrigerators in the room. The price was great and I would come back to this hotel again!

We got this room with a great rate!! Nice hotel. Not new but it great shape with nice upgrades. Hotel staff was a pleasure and very helpful with anything we needed. Nice quiet comfortalbe room but we were on the top floor and in a 2 room suite so not many guest around us. Downsides..... quite a distance from downtown and most of what we wanted to do […] was downtown so a bit of a drive (23 minutes). Hotel's indoor pool was HOT! To the point of almost sweating while swimming. Outdoor pool wasn't open yet since it was still March. We stayed 2 nights and while our room was straightened while we were goen for the day it wasn't cleaned! We had to call for extra toilet paper since it wasn't replaced and husband noticed that he must have dripped on the toilet seat the day before and it hadn't been cleaned for the following day. Other than that it was an overall pleasent experience. I would stay again at this hotel if I was going to be doing things outside of downtown Cleveland. 더 보기

I literally booked this hotel about an hour before arriving in the hotel lobby. I had chosen it for it's brand and it's location. It was very reasonably priced too. The staff were lovely and they made me very welcome from the start. They informed me of the free wifi access as soon as they spotted my laptop and also offered me complimentary bottled water […] for my room which I thought was a nice touch. My 2 sons and I went here for a little getaway during Presidents Day weekend. This hotel was beautiful and maintained very well. The staff was so courteous and helpful, the housekeeper who came by to check on our room the second day was so generous- I asked for a couple more towels and she gave me more coffee, cups, shower supplies, and everything in […] between! The only complaint I have is that every time we went down to the pool, (which was quite a bit) there was a large birthday party going on. The majority of the birthday parties seemed to be unsupervised, (the kids definitely did not look old enough for that to be the case) very very rambunctious, and rude to the other guests in the pool (jumping in right by other people- 4 of them almost jumped on top of my 6 yr old, splashing excessively, running into people, etc.) I wish they wouldn't allow birthday parties here, otherwise it would've been a perfect mini-vacation! :) 더 보기

I enjoyed my stay with my fiancé. It was very comfortable and convenient, we went out to eat at red lobster. It's a lot of resturants near by and close to the highway . I didn't like the kids running late at night in he hall but overall it was amazing.

One of my vendors is int he building across from this property; I have several hotels to chose and prefer this location. Friendly, helpful staff, hot tub, great restaurant, bar, & breakfast buffet (it's extra but worth it)

I had a review course at a college close by and the Hilton in Beachwood was within a great distance. It is close to various areas where there is shopping and food. Thanks. Would stay again if I need to go back to the area.

Staff couldn't have been any friendlier. I stay at this hotel often and am never disappointed

Quite,very clean ,friendly staff,nice restaurant&bar inside the hotel .One staff personal name Anthony or Antwain,not sure young black gentleman was very nice and helpful .

Hot water is suspect. Other than that I have no complaints

this room was not clean. there was hair in the shower on the wall, the refrig. needed defrosting there was something frosen in the freezer department, which made it unuseble. i need to be compensated as i made a complant to the hotel,and nothing was done.please reply

If booked via hotels.com, a good value for the rooms. Food prices were way too high. $10 for pancakes, $6 for bacon. OK for downtown in a big city, not for the suburbs of Cleveland. Room heater was noisy and blew on a bed. Room size was too small for a roll away per fire code, which they didn't tell me until I checked in in spite of my request for a […] roll away. Was surprised that Continential Breakfast was not served. Apples were very good. There should be more than two carts to carry clothes to rooms. There was a cart available but was told the manager said "It was in use." No one was using it at the moment. No cart available for check out. Room was not vacuum every day.

Hotel is conveniently located near E Cleveland/Beachwood shopping areas, and the pool facility is very nice. The rooms, however, really show their age but they are adequate. We got no coffee refills or clean towels on our second day. Overall, a mixed review. Good location and some nice amenities but poor service. Price was OK for what we got.

Despite a few initial glitches (TV remote didn't work, clocks hadn't been adjusted to reflect Daylight time), Aaron, the supervisor, quickly addressed the problems and followed through. Very professional and thorough.

Nice place. The only issue i had was the same as many other people writing reviews had, and thats the hot water. I checked in early and around 10AM took a luke-warm shower. In the evening and early in the morning the hot water was fine. Pool and hot-tub are pretty nice, and workout room is better than your typical hotel workout room. I expected a little more nicer hotel for a hilton, but the people were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was not that great and at a price of $15 per person it was a bit steep for what they offered. We had no hot water for the shower...we were told this was a problem for many, some faulty heater...they did refund my night stay due the […] water issue which I thought was very nice. Positives: Decent location; rooms rennovated; food good; helpful front desk Negatives: Room dirty (toilet and bathroom floor); no non-smoking rooms even though pre-ordered one; hotel courtesy van took me to an incorrect address which was very annoying as I asked the driver if it was the correct one. Overall disappointing for the money

I thought I got more than what I paid for for my room. It was clean, safe, great bed & bathroom and service at the front desk for my questions.

The hotel was clean and overall our stay was fine. The only negative I can say is that the walls are too thin. The last night we were there, there was a person in the room next to us and we could here their cell phone ring and their conversation.
