Overall we enjoyed it. The downtown location was new to us but proved worthwhile. Note: the hotel is a bit old as is ALL in Corpus but well kept. The beds were very comfortable! Very clean! The only downers is that the hotel does not sit alongside the marinia so under no room can you get a good view of the bay & you could hear the pipes when flushed. […] The microwave and fridge were a bit outdated, we took a picture because it was old :) The service was on par!! I had to turn down the air conditioner. My goodness, it was cold! But I understand it needs to be that cool to keep the humidity and mold down.

Cable TV was Fuzzy-Internet worst I have used - Unusable. My smartphone was far better and faster. Room not cleaned one day. Trash not emptied on another. Was very disappointed

Very pleased. Great view of the shoreline, near downtown, free covered parking area, fair free breakfast buffet.

With the exception on the hotel being under construction & a little difficult to communicate with the front desk employee... overall satisfied with the stay. Staff is super friendly. Loved the fact that the room we stayed in had its own little safe box with key to leave my personal belongings and feel more secured about nobody touching them. I really liked the hotel, especially the location. But the biggest draw back was the bed. It was hard as a rock and my husband and I tossed and turned all night. My back was hurting all the next day.

Corpus Christi is beautiful. Never been here before, and we would love to come back and stay at this hotel. It is within walking distance of everything we wanted to do or see. The beds and linens make sleeping very comfortable. Breakfast was very good - yummy biscuits and sausage patties and 'make-your-own-waffles in the shape of Texas. Nice covered parking. Close to everything with view of the T-heads and boardwalk.

The hotel overall was as rated a three star and it was that or a two and a half. It's clean and the beds are comfy, though quite high. Our view of the bay was nice. It was within walking distance to many clubs and eateries. But miles from the beach. Breakfast was mediocre. They were not prepared to serve as many people as were there and they had a minimal staff trying to keep up. (bad management) The desk people were not very friendly either. The room was in a nice area. the bed was made nicely and we slept real good. The shower stopped draining when I first started taking a shower and drained later. There was a hair on the bathroom sink. When leaving we had no thank you or have a nice day from the front desk. Overall it was good with a few minor things. I would stay there again.

Second stay for us, both times very pleased. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean room. Breakfast is great and so is the view!! Everything was great!!! Price was reasonable, very trustworthy place!!! Only complaint are the tiny elevators!! But overall very satisfied !!! Can't wait to take my kids back!!!

When we checked in we turned the act on 60 we left the room for 3 hours when we came back it was so hot n the room it was 90° so I went to the front desk they said they would send someone up to fix it so we left again when we get back about 6 hours later no change so I call the front desk and they tell me to sleep with the door open really I didn't […] pay to sleep with the door open I was so upset and told the I was not going to do that so then they changed my room for what the new room was just as hot was not a good stay at all 더 보기

Front desk clerk Tommy was great, conducted himself as if I was checking into the Ritz! Parking was covered and the hotel location was perfect for those on holiday.

The hotel was in a great location walking distance within many attractions and restaurants definitely going back

While cost cutting is major for all of us these days hotel guests seldom pack shampoo , soaps etc and the quantities provided were insufficient. Also after travelling extensively I was annoyed at being woken up several times with the loudest flushing system I have ever encountered.

WiFi really non-existence Dial up would have been better Supposedly free WiFi but would take forever to get any reply. It was better to wait until you were someplace else

The hotel was fine. The room was nice and had a partial view of the bay. The doors to the balcony opened so you could step out and really look around. Parking is free and so was the Internet, which was fast and easy to access. Perfect location. Two Story Whataburger in walking distance so as Subway via Super 8 hotel. In our hotel room we could see Xmas decorations and the bridge that change colors at night. Nice room with fridge but only 1 grip, why didn't the television have NBC, I couldn't watch Saturday Night Live but they did have BET unlike most hotels.

This is the fourth time we have stayed here, and another great experience! The one standout that impresses me is how quite the rooms are, we have never heard outside/hallway noises, which is rare in a hotel! View of bay and marinas was wonderful. Free breakfast was one of the best I've seen. Blankets on King Size beds were odd, as if they were not long enough. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

We stayed at the Best Western Marina Grand Hotel and were pleasantly surprised. This property is classified as a 2 1/2 star but my wife and I both think it deserves slightly better. The location of this hotel (opposite the Lawrence St. T-Head) is superb. We were able to walk almost everywhere during our trip and hardly used the car. We had originally […] booked two queen beds (the only option when we made the booking on hotels.com) but the front desk was able to switch us to a room with a king for no extra charge when we checked in. The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly and accommodating. During check-in we were also given dining coupons for local eateries (Landry's, Joe's Crab Shack, Harrison's Landing and Texas Roadhouse) as well as coupons for discounted admission to the USS Lexington and the Texas State Aquarium. The room we stayed in had both a mini-fridge and a microwave. The shower head in the bathroom has a rotating head which is great for neck massages. The restaurant on the 11th floor where we ate breakfast has a fantastic view of the Corpus Christi Marina and the Corpus Christi Bay. Considering the complimentary parking and hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuit, selection of cereals, waffles, juice and coffee) and location and cleanliness this is a really good value for the price. Stay on the 10th floor...high ceilings, spacious room, gorgeous view... Very impressive for a budget chain. The only qualm I would have is that the staff really did not know much about the area and were not that helpful in that area too much so we had to poke around by ourselves. I would recommend, but again try to get into the 10th floor....

The first night was good the second night we started smelling a fowl oder the third after noon it was so bad We had to change rooms the staff very accommodating the breakfast was good the view was great overall it was good.

MY WIFE AND I CELEBRATED 12 YEARS OF MARRIAGE, THE SERVICE WAS GOOD, LINDA AT THE FRONT WAS THE BEST ,SHE GAVE US A ROOM WITH A PERFECT VIEW OF THE BAY. THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT, STAFF WAS NICE .

This is right on the bay-front and is both close and convenient to many attractions in Corpus. The room was clean and comfortable. Will stay again next time we are in the area.

Satisfied with hotel. The major complaint was whenever the next door occupants used the shower or flushed the toilet it was VERY noisy in our room. Hotel staff was excellent. Breakfast had a nice selection.

We very much enjoyed our stay here due to it's convenient location to resturants & the Cathedral in downtown C.C.! The room was very comfortable & the complimentary hot breakfast were very much appreciated. The price was right too. Will plan to stay here again...

The motel and location were great and we will be returning. The staff was wonderful and efficient. The only two issues were the irons do not heat up and the bath tub needed better cleaning.

The internet never worked..I feel that it is false advertisement. The front desk man said that the computers were down, but I don't see how because he was on the computer himself! Other than that everthing was nice.
