힐튼 가든 인 맥앨런 (Hilton Garden Inn McAllen) - 매캘런

My hotel stay was great. While a Garden Inn cannot deliver on luxury, the service was 5 star all the way. The front desk staff was superb. I've stayed at most of the hotels in McAllen and this one is the best.

Nice Place to stay, staff was friendly and helpful, rooms clean overall clean place, easy to get to church in San Juan, good loacation. would stay there again.

This modern motel is very near the airport and across from a terrific Mexican restaurant that is open 24 hours and has authentic and inexpensive food. I especially recommend the breakfast. Compared to other Hilton Garden Inns in Chicago and San Antonio that I have visited, I was disappointed in the decor of the lobby and rooms. It seems like a step down from their other Hotels. I lived in McAllen for 30+years. I was immediately reminded why I don't revisit often.

The hotel appeared nice and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. However, the rooms were not cleaned nor restocked each night, so we had dirty glasses during our stay. The staff were friendly except for the woman on duty at night when we checked in and also once during the day when we checked out. The shower was very minimal (head clogged up) […] and the various setting did not work. All in all, it's a nice motel, but they need to fix the above-mentioned items. 더 보기

CLOSE THE MEXICAN BORDER. VERY CONVINIENT TO THE DOWNTOWN MCALLEN AND CITIES ARROUND.

We took a family trip and rented two side by side rooms. They were both very clean. Great room for the price. I will definitely stay here again.

I think they need to clean outside the rooms a little better. I would stay there again, and it didn't bother me at all. But you might get some really picky people who that would bother. Other than that, everything was very nice.

El hotel esta bonito y muy bien ubicado, desafortunadamente las almohadas estan muy feas, las camas no, sólo las almohadas.

Me encanto la estancia en este hotel, muy cómodas las camas, rápido servicio a cuartos, el único detalle es que no proporcionan botellas de agua, pero todo lo demás esta excelente !!! Lo recomiendo.

No salio agua de la regadera, no ponen agua para beber en los cuartos, escasa limpieza

en la parte de atras hay un estacionamiento y hay mucho ruido de camiones, deberian de poner vidrios dobles, y cortinas mas oscuras

las camas son pequeñas para dos personas y el menu del desayuno tambien es poco, me gustaria tuviera mas platillos.

El hotel esta en una excelente ubicación, tienes el mall a dos cuadras, restaurants, prácticamente esta sobre la carretera 83 y el hotel realmente nos dejo bastante satisfechos por la relación precio - calidad, con gusto llegaría nuevamente a este hotel !!!!!!!

El hotel tiene una inmejorable ubicación, para quienes venimos de compras a Mcallen. Además que ofrece un excelente servicio y atención al cliente. Lo recomiendo muy ampliamente.

El hotel está limpio, la atención es buena y las habitaciones cómodas, sin embargo nos llevamos una muy desgradable sorpresa cuando nuestros hijos al buscar un juguete que se les fue debajo de la cama sacaron una revista de pornografía, lo cual nos ocasionó mucha incomodidad y molestia. El hotel lindisimo con un servicio increible, el trato que te dan te hacen sentir como en casa, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte sin ningun problema con el idioma español y el desayuno a muy buen precio y de muy buena calidad

Nos hospedamos generalmente ahí mi esposa y mis dos hijos. Muy agradable y cerca de lugares comerciales.

excellent location, next door to the red lobster to finish a shopping day with a cold beer and greaqt dinner, close to shops, free internet and large rooms.
