Had a first communion and we had the kids in the pool followed by a pizza party in the lobby.Worked out great.

The pool was a good size pool, but that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. I was not fond of the continental breakfast and our room was unclean...this was the room we moved into AFTER we saw the first one! The second was a bit better, but not by much! Unclean...can't say that enough...Unclean!!!

Only complaint::::: Pool hours are NOT enforced Pool was opened until 2AM if you have room closest to lobby you hear everything at the pool Even on 3rd floor

Great stay, normal shopping close, and Sandusky is only 15 minutes or so up the road with much more, loved the hot tub in suite, pool warm, breakfast small but good choices. If you stay here, you need to plan on eating at Berry's, a local restaurant uptown, great atmosphere and delicious food! We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed two nights. Kids ran the halls and stairs till after 11. Every sound they made could be heard through the thin walls and doors. Coffee pot was left unclean and actually had hair in it. Beds were pretty well worn and could use replacement. For about $10 less each night I would have expected this type of accommodation.

Given the limited lodging choices in Norwalk, OH, this place was passible. Could use updating and they should definitely junk the old bedspreads. But the people were very nice and it was convenient to client.

My husband and I like going to this hotel because of the giant hot tub in the room. It is also close enough to Cedar Point.

The hotel was close enough to Cedar Point yet far enough to be a little bit away. There were many stores along the main rode that I used all weekend. I am very pleased with this hotel and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is traveling to Cedar Point. The ride was about 25 minutes, but that didn't bother me. Great experience

Close to stores and restaurants, and of course Cedar Point. Average hotel, and the jacuzzi in the room was awesome. Pool very small and can see from outside. No pre-pay movies.

The staff is absolutely fabulous. They are very friendly and all about pleasing the customer. The hotel was what you would expect for the price, the rooms were clean but the beds were a little hard. However, again for the price I don't care. The pool and hot tub were nice. They closed at 11pm so we didn't make it back from Cedar Point in time to use […] hot tub which would have been nice because we were freezing. So if it would stay open until 12 am it would be a plus. The breakfast is sausage bisquits and gravy, cereal and bagels. If you expect more then you need to pay more for a hotel. I think it is just fine. 더 보기

Staff was very nice, but our room was dirty. Bathroom door was broken off the bottom hinge, bathroom floor grout was COMPLETELY missing, tiles were wobbly, mold in bathroom on walls, toilet ran all night long, spider web in corner of bathroom complete with its own spider at no extra charge, broken switch plate for ac/heating unit was lying on the floor, […] beds were clean but HARD, staff was very nice, breakfast was carbohydrate sugar overload (it was okay for the kids, but just not for me), pool area was nice. 더 보기

Anything we needed the staff immediately supplied. They were gracious, kind and extremely helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Especially loved the lounge chair in our room - it was great for putting your feet up and reading.

This hotel isn't fancy. The rooms look like a cheap, old hotel from the 60's or 70's. However, my room was clean and comfortable. The bed was fine. It was quiet all night long. I opted for a jacuzzi king-sized room, which looked like any other hotel room except for the giant jacuzzi tucked away in the back. Again, you might think jacuzzi = fancy. It […] doesn't. ...but if your looking for a nice room REASONABLY priced, then this hotel is for you. The staff was exceedingly friendly. We had a king sized bed and jacuzzi. Our floor was nice and quiet. Extremely contientious management and it shows. Sets a standard for other hotels to strive for. Outstanding breakfast options with spacious, clean facilities.

It was a surprise getaway to Cedar Point for my partner. For the price of the hotel I was really surprised at the quality of it. The hotel was a great value, and very nice! We had a jacuzzi tub in our room, and it was much bigger than other hotels I've been in. The only negative thing was that the spa downstairs was not working. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!!

there was no soap in the room, there were spiders hanging in webs from the cieling, two of the lights in the room did not work, and the dust behind the refridge was so thick, it was awful..for the cost of this room, i was very dissapointed, and would not go back.

Totally worth the money.Wish it was closer to Cedar Point but 20min was worth the drive. Pool was really nice.Room was clean and good. Breakfast was ok but again for the money it was worth every penny.Other hotels were close in price but this one had good reviews and it lived up to them.

Hotel was clean and comfortable..went to Cedar Point only 20 minutes away..would stay here again next year.

I booked a non smoking room with my kids and they stuck us in two smoking rooms when we arrived. There were plenty of other nearby hotels that looked much nicer in the area.

A bit off the beaten path from Cedar Point, but the staff was great and the room was comfortable. Perfect for the price and the purpose.

the only complaint we have is the shower curtain was a little moldy.... but the value of the deal made up for the rest.

Arrived at 4:30pm. Room was not ready. After 6 hours of driving with 3 kids everybody was ready to decompress. Okay--we're told that it will be ready in a half hour. After lots of scurrying, there are many rooms available, but they are also dirty. Finally they find two rooms, one clean, one next to it they can clean fast, and offer us two rooms at the price of the one with three beds, we needed. So, we finally get to go to bed. We find out one of the beds has dirty sheets. No compensation was offered. We're told that the manager or owner was on vacation for a week and apparently everything went ---um--awry. We got a great last-minute rate here for our two-night vacation to Cedar Point -- only about 30min from the hotel. The hotel is pet-friendly, which was a big plus. We got the King Suite, which included a two-person jaccuzi -- perfect after a long day walking around the park. I would definitely come back.

We were traveling with our pets, so this hotel was a good stay for us. It was decent enough, the staff friendly, and the price wasn't bad. Without pets, I'd probably stay elsewhere, though. Few amenities, poor breakfast, outside security doors didn't latch.

My family had an enjoyable stay. The pool and hot tub were a nice additon. Employees were friendly and personable. The room was clean and spacious. Be sure to show up early for the continental breakfast or you will get caught up in a stampede during the final half hour.

Enjoyed pool. Disappointed not to have refrigerator and microwave in room. Needs updating. Location perfect for us, however, prefer off season rates of spring or fall.

Close to Cedar Point (20 min) and you get a pool and breakfast. Very nice staff. Will stay again next year.

Nice place to stay to visit Cedar Point. The room was very reasonably priced. The complementary breakfast was very good. Will stay again on next visit!

This place had some issues, but for a cheap couple nights a short 30-minute drive from Cedar Point it was tolerable. They advertise free Wi-Fi, but our room was 3rd floor and for the first 36 hours, my devices couldn't even find their wi-fi network. The last day, I was able to connect, but the signal was very weak. Room was fairly clean, but there […] was a splattered bug on the wall that looked like it had just been killed and left there. Overall, though, for the price the place was pretty good. Watch out for the pool...it was heavily chlorinated. I'd stay there again if I wanted to go back to Cedar Point. Much cheaper than staying just a few minutes closer. 더 보기

We arrived at 2 am, we were welcomed by a friendly and knowledgeable front desk attendant. The pool looked pretty, but we didn't get to visit it. We left at 8 am after a somewhat restful nights sleep (ice maker was right on the other side of our headboard/wall) Came downstairs to breakfast- pastries, bisc/gravy, eggs, cereal, juice and milk.
