Great location,our only negative comment is that the pillow cases were a little scratchy.

The hotel is centrally located and kept very nicely. The chairs on the porch offer a nice respite.

Great hotel for the price. In the center of everything in Helen. Inexpensive, but the hotel was fine. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was excellent, includes eggs, sausage, hash browns plus all the normal continental breakfast items. Room was perfectly acceptable, old style tv (not flat panel), which was not important for us. Our experience in this hotel was no where near to satisfactory. We were given a room in the 3rd floor right under the spot where roof work was going on. They were fixing roof from morning till 7.30pm, we were forced to leave the room unable to bear the loud noises. When we requested the manager for a change of room, she didn't cooperate, though the […] hotel was not even 10% full. I wonder why we were given a room right under the roof work inspite of many other empty rooms availible. Also we had a terrible experience in the night, the lights, Ac and phone connection went off due to storm from 1.30 - 7am and we were suffocated and helpless. Though I dont blame the hotel for the storm, they could have given us a better service. 더 보기

Great Hotel for the money and for a family. Free full breakfast with coffee, hot chocolate, and fresh baked cookies anytime. Staff very friendly and hotel very clean. Indoor pool was too cold for my husband and myself but the kids seemed to love it. The hot tub was a little too hot at times but cooled off after the bubbles were flowing. The one bad […] thing that happened during our stay was a hot water main busted on the first floor flooding half of the first floor and slightly injuring a few people. The steam caused the fire alarm to go off in the middle of the night waking everyone to leave the building. Praise God no one was seriously hurt and things were taken care of as quick as possible. This was a freak accident that could have hapenend any where at any time and I think Lisa and Diane did the best they could with the situation. 더 보기

Good deal with indoor swimming and hearty breakfast. Rooms a little worn looking but slept well. Would stay here again for the price.

Hotel is a little tired but personnel are always nice. Location is great with bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Our family visited for the 2011 Christmas holiday and had a wonderful time. The breakfast was delicious and the kids loved the swimming pool. The staff was amazeing, they thought of everything! We were a party of 15 people and each of us were made to feel welcome as if in a home away from home...Thank you Country Inn Suites Helen!!

The hotel was close to town and very well kept. The only complaint would be the television coverage. Picture in our room and lobby all were snowy, not clear. Didn't stay to watch tv, but it was bowl week and news and weather would have been nice to see.

This hotel was on-par with most Country Inn and Suites hotels: typical complimentary breakfast, comfortable living room, and great service from the front desk. The pros: a good distance from the shops/bars/restaurants without being too far, quiet place to stay, beds were firm and comfortable, and the staff and services are accommodating. The cons: […] strange smell to the hotel room, room didn't really have a closet, and the bathroom was slightly dirty (limescale on showerheads) and the floor tiles were cracked. The location was great and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. Really liked the 24/7 cookies, coffee and tea in the lobby. But the main drawback was the quality of maintenance on the facility, such as: the screws were missing on one hinge of our bathroom door; the turn-and-drop plug in […] the bathtub was broken and wouldn't stay in any position, so I removed it and placed on the side of the tub; the HVAC unit was old and damaged, hard to set because the knobs were damaged and the markings worn off, also very loud and rattled while running; carpet was not vacumned for the 2 days we were there as near as we could tell, looked old and dingy with small particles of "stuff" on it. All of these things would have been spotted by an alert manager and concientious maintenance and house keeping staff. This property could be an overall excellent hotel with the application of more dilligent management, a bigger/better applied maintenance program. 더 보기

The Comfort Inn and Suites in Helen, GA was great. Our room was clean comfortable. Reasonable rates and the best complimentary breakfast we have ever had. Not to mention the complimentary cookies.

We arrived early and we were told to park our car and enjoy Helen. Returned a hour later and we were told that we could check in.Entering the room we found it to be what we expected clean ,neat .As always Country Inns were neat , We were there to meet friends and enjoy Helen, (Germany) for we both served in the US Army in Germany.Thanks for everything. […] Carl 더 보기

Hotel was nice. We had a good stay. We really enjoyed the cookies and coffee in the lobby. Bed was very comfy and shower worked good. Parts of the hotel and room were a little worn. Breakfast was great both mornings- eggs, potaoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, juices, and muffins.

Great place to stay. A lot attention is given to their guests needs. The breakfast was great! There's a small, heated, indoor pool. We didn't use it as we didn't have swim suits with us. However, if we were to go there again, we'd be prepared! We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

In my opinion this is the best hotel if you plan to go to the Oktoberfest Festhale in Helen. The room was very clean and silent. The breakfast was very good but I missed someone helping and cleaning the leftovers. In general, a very nice stay!

Hotel was in excellent location near the main street. People at front desk were very helpful. Knowledge of area was good. Restaurants in area were okay.

The Country Inn & Suites was about 200 yds from the festhall, and maybe another 100 yds from downtown. The restroom in the room was a little run down, but I had checked reveiws of other local lodging and felt this would be OK. It was about as expensive as the others, but closer than most. The check in/out was fast and the complementary breakfast was […] very good- only with they had sausage or bacon- they had chicken instead. I would be happy to go back there next year. I specifically went to see my first Oktoberfest- had a good time, band was German and had very good English skills, even sang several American songs. 더 보기

We stayed just for one night with two friends from the UK and found the hotel to be very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful.If we were to go to Helen again we would choose the Country Inn Suites again.

Our stay was comfortable, room was clean, within walking distance of downtown. Hot breakfast OK.

I brought my daughter and granddaughter with me. The hotel was excellent. The rooms were very clean with great feather pillows and down comforter. Breakfast in the morning was the best I've had. The employees were all so welcoming and couldn't do enough to make our stay one of the best little vacation we've had.

I am a picky person, but I did enjoy the room. The bedding was nice cotton blanket (I hate those fleece blankets) and down comforter and feather pillows. The bed was very nice, not hard. I enjoyed the shower, was good pressure and plenty of hot water. The AC worked fine. The room had a little fridge and microwave. We had a very pleasant experience. Our room was clean and ready when we arrived. All special requests had been met. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The full breakfast was good and plentiful. Our rooms were very nice, clean and quiet. The pool had a little too much chlorine, but that's better than not enough. The staff was very courteous and friendly.

once we checked in our room, I checked the beds and found that one of the beds loked like it had not been changed... Black hair ALL OVER it... They came up and changed the sheets BUT I spent over $100 bucks each for the two rooms I rented so I was a little disappointed. Probably will not stay there again.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the ones working the breakfast. However, the elevator was sooooo slow (there was only one), and I wished the hotel was a bit closer to the heart of Helen.

I highly recommend this place. They have "real' people greeting you with a genuine smile, not just an employee job. Very convenient. Just walk out an there hyou are. Clean with no "hotel room" odor. Priced right for this place. Dave

Location convenient. Good service.

Not sure who was more impressed, my Lady or I. We arrived early but they checked us in right away, which let us start touring the town right away. The staff were polite and helpful. Our room was every thing we expected and more. Enjoyed the breakfast and great coffee. Made our romantic get away just perfect.Thomas
