We only stayed one night on our way through the area. It was perfect for what we needed it for. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Breakfast was nice too.

I stayed for a week for business. It was a perfect location for me. Pricing was right on and room were big and comfortable. Small indoor pool. But breakfast was a disappointment. Thank good goodness I don't stay somewhere for the food. Haha

To be fair, it looks like they are trying to get this hotel in shape, but they have a ways to go. The room was clean but had a few maintenance issues. The only negative was the back door down the hall slamming shut the whole night. Maybe some oil would have helped. Although the room it's self was large and not too bad the hallways were in need of attention. The carpet was dirty with huge chunks out if it in quite a few places. The halls smelled terribly of smoke. We booked a group of 5 rooms months prior to our stay yet our rooms were all over the hotel including different floors. It takes Quality up to 10 days to release the hold even though they state it is up to your bank, not true, confirmed with bank and they are still waiting for Quality Inn to release the hold. This hotel is good if you are traveling on business. It has plenty of room to work and leisure space. Breakfast bar was average. Ensure you specify that you want a non smoking room. Some rooms are smoking rooms, and they will plug you into one if you don't specify.

We requested a non smoking room with a queen size bed, but there were ashtrays in the room and it smelled of smoke and it permeated our garments to where all had to be dry-cleaned. We were there for a funeral so suites and dresses had to be launderer. The bed was a double and uncomfortable. Defiantly a non recommend!!

Had a great night at the Quality Inn and Suites. The hotel is currently remodeling and all the bathroom and rooms were excellent. A/C worked well and the room was comfortable. The shower didn't have enough pressure to reach the back and it took a while to wash my hair. This hotel has been used and abused. Very outdated. Furniture very worn, poorly repaired and nothing to what I would expect for the price. Luckily enough we were only staying for 1 night and probably won't be back in the area. Very disappointed.

There is NO elevator and the rooms are located on second floor. We had a stroller, suitcase, and tons of kid garb that had to be carried up a whole flight of stairs.
