Great location but needs a remodel in the worst way. Shower curtain had mildew on it.

Got to the hotel and a smoking room was what they had me booked under....the clerk was so kind to me and told me not to worry they he would put me and my husband in a super king deluxe....amazing room....I asked how much to check out late he said if u check out by 1pm its free...so we got a bigger non smoking room and got to sleep in.....and the hotel […] was a block from the outlet and within walking distance of food :) 더 보기

I would not recommend because of lack of cleanliness. The walls and doorframes in the room needed cleaning. The surfaces were also dusty. It was a smoking room which is fine with us. Continental breakfast wasn't very good. Room was great except, you should never put the ice bucket, or coffee machine in the bathroom right next to the toilet !! Yuck! Put it out in the room not where it can get Ecoil germs all over it. Just a word to the wise.

THE FOLKS WHO GREETED US AT THIS HOTEL WERE ALL EXCEPTIONALLY NICE AND MORE THAN WILLING TO HELP WITH ANY OF OUR NEEDS. OUR ROOM WAS SPACIOUS, VERY CLEAN AND MORE THAN MET OUR NEEDS FOR THE EVENING. THE LADY WORKING IN THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS HOWEVER RUDE AND DISCOURTEOUS TO MY WIFE AS SHE PREPARED HER MORNING MEAL. IT WAS AROUND 9:23am AND SHE WAS ALREADY […] PREPARING TO CLOSE DOWN THE AREA AND WAS CLEANING WHEN MY WIFE CAME DOWN. SHE TOLD MY WIFE SHE WAS CLEANING BECAUSE IT WAS ALMOST TIME TO SHUT DOWN THE AREA AND SHE NEEDED TO JUST CHOOSE A MUFFIN OR CEREAL AND NOT USE THE WAFFLE IRON. WE FELT THIS WAS UNCALLED FOR BUT WE COMPLIED WITH HER INSTRUCTIONS AND CAME BACK UP TO OUR ROOM. OTHER THAN THIS ONE INSTANCE OUR STAY WAS GREAT AND WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN. 더 보기

During my Internet search for a place to stay, I pulled up a competitor's motel because the price was a little bit cheaper. However, after reading the reviews of that place, I decided I needed to look a little further even if it meant spending a little more. That's when I found the Best Western. It was only about $5.00 more but the difference in quality […] was much more. Being a lone woman, I felt much safer in a hotel with interior rooms. They were very clean and comfortable. I rented this hotel out over this past weekend based on the reviews on Trip Advisor -- and let me tell you, it met my every expectation. Don't cheap out on some of the lower priced hotels/motels in the area. This is your best overall value, bar none.

The only ever so small issue is that the roll away bed that we needed in the room was not in there when we arrived and we had to take it to the room but it was ready right away for us to take it up to the room. Great Room for the price.

The rooms were ready for us when we arrived with check in being quick and easy. Both rooms were clean, comfortable and good sized. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was also good. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.

Not too bad for a cheap hotel. Plenty of choises for food in the surounding area. Room was clean and quiet and attendant was helpful. Nothing special but good bang for the buck.

Drove from NY to Atlanta and just couldn't make it that extra hr and decided to stay overnight. Hotel is near plenty of food that I miss living in NY now and also two large outlet malls and several attractions. The moteel at Commerce, Ga. was highly satisfactory.

Great location for shopping & restaurants. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Make your own waffles for breakfast. this was a good experience and would definitely stay here again

Nice hotel will be staying there again next year. Even though hotel is on busy road, slept like a baby, because you could not hear traffic noise. Liked everything about the hotel.

My daughter and I, and my 2 grandchildren ages 9 and 15, stayed at this Best Western from Monday through Friday the week of June 20, 2011. We loved it! The motel overall was neat and clean and our room in particular was too. We had a double queen room, and it was spacious and comfortable. The cleaning staff were friendly, but very discreet. You hardly […] knew they were there, except if you happened to see them in the hall, and of course for the fact that your room was spotless when you returned to it!! The front desk personnel were also very friendly and accomodating. One afternoon I spoke with the manager and he was so polite and kind! The pool had been closed for a few hours for maintenance and he walked down with us so he could unlock the door to let us out to the pool area. The pool itself was roomy, always clean and the water was a comfortable temperature. The breakfast options were excellent! There were many and varied choices, including a waffle maker for fresh, hot waffles! My grandkids loved this! I would heartily recommend this hotel to any traveler. 더 보기

Our room was huge even with a king-sized bed, which allowed plenty of room for our four-legged friends to join us. The service was great and the breakfast was typical for a hotel at these rates. Fabulous location just off the highway and next to the large outlet mall. The rooms were quite comfortable-new and clean, comfortably large. A good breakfast was included .We did not use the pool. Overall we would say ten out of ten. price was more than reasonable.Thanks! Near race tracks for car fans. Close to several restaurants too.

This location was very convenient to everything I wanted to do. Just off I-85, so no worries of getting lost. Tanger Outlets just across the street. Lots of fast food and casual dining restaurants nearby, some within walking distance. Hotel was in good condition, I noticed no areas in need of repair or maintenance. No easy chair or sofa, although there was probably room, but none was advertised so I did not expect them. Bed was comfortable and had adequate linens for the season. Bathroom was large. Even close to as many things as it was the hotel was quiet. I did hear my neighbors a time or two, but there was no road noise, machinery running, etc. Parking to front door could be more convenient/more spaces, and/or spaces could be better lit, but those are the only things I could see that need to be improved, and even they were not that big of an issue. 더 보기

The stay was very good. Rooms were very clean, quiet and the breakfest was good. Hotel was convient to everything. The oulets, race track and restraunt are near by.

Husband and I stay in hotels at least 8 times per year and have had some good & bad experiences. I can say this one was very good! Hotel was very clean...particularly the bathroom. No crud in the corners, forgotten by maids. Tub clean. Water pressure good. Stocked well for a 2 star hotel. Towels were really white, thick and absorbent. Linens very white […] and crisp. Bed comfy with enough pillows. Even mini fridge was good and cold! No floor stains. Free breakfast was good! More cereal varities than similar hotels, waffle maker, name brand syrup, plenty of room. This was a great alternative to staying in Athens. A comparable room there would have been $40 to $50 more per night. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet and safe.

While the room wasn't that bad the bathroom was atrocious and made me glad I didn't have a black light kit to look at the sheets. There was gross on the toilet seat and black mold on the ceiling over the tub.

My wife and I stayed here on our way to a Ga football game and it was delightful. The room was clean and the service was great.

The hotel room was nice, clean and sufficiently stocked. The included breakfast buffet was excellent.

We arrived after a long drive and were greeted with a smile, checked in efficiently, and in our room within 10 minutes. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The computer in the business services area was very helpful for checking driving directions. The morning buffet was good and even had a waffle machine! Checkout was easy.
