Bed was hard and walls seem thin, but otherwise a good stay.

I could not believe how hard the bed was! Once you got past that the room was very adequate for the price!

Stay was fine - hotel staff was friendly and efficient (both on check-in and check-out). As stated in previous reviews, beds were rock hard; room was clean.

Everything was great except the shower made a horrible squeal. It was so loud that it woke me up when my friend used it. The room price was great, so I will go back.

We got a good deal on this room and it was close to a buddy's house we were visiting. The outside of the hotel and layout of the rooms is nice. Upon reaching the 3rd floor and stepping out of the elevator it STINKS like cig smoke! We had a non smoking room...they probably should have done this floor by floor instead of room by room. On the plus side, […] the room didn't smell like smoke so that was good, just the common hall. Then, we get into bed. This is hands down the most uncomfortable bed i've ever slept on in my WHOLE LIFE! I'd honestly prefer a sleeping bag and matt camping over this bed. It felt like it was 2 box springs stacked up. So firm it felt solid. My girlfriend and I manage to half sleep through this discomfort until the next morning. Then we go to take a shower. The shower had other peoples pubes in it! WTF! If the maid had just turned on the shower for like 10 seconds we wouldn't have even seen this. So we have to clean our own shower out. There was no shampoo or conditioner, just a lousy bar of soap....thanks guys! Also, the kitchenette had silverware...all of which was dirty looking. Overall, nice looking hotel with HORRIBLE staff and cleaning people. Avoid it! I would have happily paid more to sleep somewhere else. 더 보기

The room was very dated. I should have known by the look of the bed that it was going to be hard, but I seriously didn't expect it to feel like I was sleeping on plywood. The kitchenette was convenient, but not enough to make me want to stay here again.

The hotel is clean, but there are no amenities and the bed was so hard, I slept very poorly. It would be a good place to go if you like a hard bed, but there were no "extras", like shampoo, etc. I won't be going back.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice our room was. The staff was very helpful and friendly. For such a reasonable price I wasn't expecting much. My only complaint is how hard and uncomfortable the bed was.

Beds as hard as rock. No free wifi, you have to pay $4.99 for a slow wifi No business center so obviously if you have stuff to print, you're out of luck

No need for the walls to talk. One can hear everything that is going on in the rooms above, below & on the sides. The beds were not comfortable. Presentation was on point & the staff was great.

Hotel is only 1 mile off of I-5. Easy on and off. Very quite around hotel. Was neat and clean, and would definitly consider bringing food next time. Kitchen most convenient with everything needed. However, Continental Breakfast would be nice. Seems like most hotels provide this. Bed was a little to firm, but other than that, nice stay.

I often stay at Extended Stay hotels, when they are located where I need them - I find them to be one of the best values out there. I also wish they would upgrade their TV sets to a larger and more modern standard.

A good, well-located hotel for Olympia destination. Close to Trader Joe's which was source of breakfast supplies. Didn't care for the search light lighting the parking lot outside the window.

My 10 year old daughter and I checked in around 9:15pm after driving 7 hours, and the "non-smoking" room had a freshly smoked in smell. Apparently the ventilation system circulates air from smoking rooms above into non-smoking rooms. We were tired and now frustrated and went to check out immediately. The front desk person informed us there were no other […] rooms available. As a repeat customer this was frustrating. She then offered us a suite for a nominal upgrade fee and we happily took it and were very pleased we did not have to go searching for another location. 더 보기

The thing that go t me most about the hotel is the $5 dollar internet charge any other hotel i have ever stayed in offered it for free while staying their. The bed was extremely hard uncomfortable and noisy. in addition to the $5 dollar charge my bank ended up freezing my bank card because of that abnormal charge and so my credit card got denied when […] used just after my card was ran for the rediculous charge boy was that embarassing then i never even really used it what a waste. 더 보기

Stayed here while visiting colleges with my son. Figured we'd be in the room very little and could enjoy fancier restaurants with the $ we saved. Didn't save enough $ to justify the cheapness. At some point cheap environment becomes just depressing...and this place goes way beyond that point. The Kitchenette had 2 plates, 1 bowl and two cups of the […] cheapest plastic. There was one soup spoon one knife and one fork in the silverware drawer. I didn't expect a big flatscreen, but a 20" old style tube TV? They do maid service once every 7 days (including changing towels and garbage pick-up) I didn't expect luxe plush cotton towels, but I did expect to be able to tell the difference between the towel and sandpaper... I trust you get the picture. If the room cost 25-30 bucks a nite it might make sense to stay here. Since it costs far more than that, so yourself a favor- spend the 10 bucks more a nite and get a decent place! 더 보기

the room smelled like dead fish when we came into the room. The beds were very uncomfortable as well. There was a lot of noise from the freeway

The room was clean and no complaints about staff but the bed was rock hard....almost like sleeping on two box springs. The room had a strange smell...not horrible but not pleasant either. You do not have the conveniences of other hotels at the same price: blow dryer, yes you can get one from the front desk but not convenient. You also do not get shampoo […] etc... After they put us in a smoking room that we didn't want they never came and sevice the room either. They were suppose to be they on a Friday. I had to track down someone for more towels and to give the dirty towels to them. I would stay there again only if I have a non smoking room. Had to leave the windows open to keep the smell out.

An excellent value stay, clean rooms, and friendly service. We stayed during the STP ride when all area hotels were full. The Extended Stay provided great bang for the buck and was both cleaner and friendlier than expected.

Overall this was a very nice hotel stop for us. The location of the hotel was convenient for the things we had to accomplish. Nothing out of the ordinary or remarkable, but the room was clean and comfortable and the service very good.

This was a spacious room could not have asked for a larger room.

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was the lowest price we could find so we were expecting a lot less. But we were very surprised. Our room was clean and we were real surprised the kitchenet had a full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. It was a pleasant stay and we would definately stay there again.

Room Smells - too many differt ones to list. Coffee isn't coffee, it's like water. No continental breakfast - for the price you'd think you would at least get coffee and a cold bowl of cereal. You have to buy shampoo at the front desk. Water has a brownish tint. TV in a Caravan is bigger than the one in this room!!! Quite a bit of hair on the bathroom floor, Carpet appeared dirty and worn, Bad ring in toilet, Bed umreasonably hard, Blood on bathroom door casing, overall room condition poor, Dog walking area behind dumpster in bushes was poorly lighted and on the side of a steep hill. Night staff not very friendly. Would not stay again.
