베스트 웨스턴 플러스 그로브너 에어포트 호텔 (Best Western Plus Grosvenor Airport Hotel) - 사우스 샌프란시스코

멕시코에 가기전 공항 근처 호텔에 묵어야만 했다. 아침 일찍 가는 비행기라 새벽 4시에 호텔에서 나와야만 했는데 분명 아침 불포함으로 알고 있던 나에게 직원이 포장된 아침식사를 주었다. 오렌지쥬스, 빵, 사과 등등... 새벽에 일어난 피곤함이 싹 살아지는 느낌이었다. ^^

This hotel was convenient to the airport with everything one would need for an overnight stay: prompt shuttle, restaurant, very comfortable beds and a quiet night's sleep.

Enjoyed our stay/ Staff were the best. We just moved to this hotel from a 4 star Hyatt and this hotel out shined the Hyatt. We will stay at the BW Grosvenor over the Hyatt next time we need a room in San Francisco airport area.

I had to call housekeeping to come and change my sheets!! It was disgusting to find HAIR in my bed!

Although it was a convenient hotel I would never stay there again. Very old bathroom, with title floor that seems grimy. Old TV's old decor from the late 80"s.

Outstanding staff made my stay at this hotel so pleasant! Delicious, healthy breakfast offered on their buffet.

First the staff is very rude. Where do I start - you can hear people in the hallway, couldn't find an outlet in the room to charge my phone, could hear planes all night, room was nothing to sneeze about and the breakfast was awful. I will never stay at this junk hotel.

House keeper guy is not friendly. Asked customer to help ourselves pick up shampoo in the front desk.

Had a great stay. Only one complaint--don't like paying for parking when I pay for a room.

Horrible! I will no stay here again. Very dated and run down. Towels felt like sandpaper, and smelled!

This hotel is convenietly located and an easy drive back into San Francisco area we were visiting family and to the rental car station. We were able to leave the hotel and stay on the same road and go directly to the rental car area. Just hop on the AirTram and into the airport. The lobby and elevator were really nice then once on our floor and room […] it was very dated. We had an extremely small room. The queen bed was pushed up against the wall which was awkward. Had booked the hotell at the last moment, so we actually arrived before the booking did - but they sorted it out without any problem.

Good enough to stay the night before waking up and going to the airport. My only complaint is that I should have asked for on king instead of two doubles and let the kids sleep on the floor!

the hotel itself was great,the room itself another story.the bathroon counter was falling out of the wall,the heater didnt work..

Honestly, great place to stay. The rooms and hotel are gorgeous, very clean. Only cons are that the hotel breakfast is a little expensive for the selection. However, this is a wonderful place to stay, especially given the price. Highly recommend.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in several years. Incredibly noisy, scary guest clientele, and an antiquated facility. Glad it was just a one night stay!

We just needed a hotel near the airport for a flight the next day. Although the staff was friendly and the business center did not charge for printing airline tickets, the room and hall way had very strong smell of onions. The room looked good, but the bedside lamp didn't work, and the drain in the bathtub was extremely slow. Also, the shower dripped for several minutes after using. Price was ok, location was very convenient to SFO, but I wanted a lamp that worked and a tub that didn't have standing water in it after using.

It's a good thing they didn't charge for parking because the lot was crammed and I had to make loop after loop to find a spot. Room, service was nice.

Don,t think we got one of the refurbished rooms. You don't get free breakfast if you book through hotels.com. Airport shuttle was very efficient and it is ni e to have a restaurant onsite. We returned our rental car early and just relaxed at the hotel. Food at the restaurant was fine.
