I am so sorry to hear that you stayed with us during the time when we had power failure due to severe storms blanketing the Chicagoland area. Due to the severe weather & power outage we faced, we were without many items in the hotel for a brief time. We did have ice available at the front desk and were able to get generators up for partial power in order to accomodate our guests to the best of our ability.
