Nice hotel, very clean and confortable rooms. Good location.

Service was very poor. Continental breakfast was of poor quality. Front desk was not very helpful. Free WIFI service was not available all the time.

Hotel was in a convenient but relatively trash area. We were a $10 cab ride to Fenway. Front desk was very nice. Beds were comfortable. You pay for the location not it's glamour.

Room was great. Couch seemed old for what appeared to be an updated room. Lots of outdoor noise...construction equipment. While we enjoyed the accommodations we could not recommend due to noisy surroundings.

The Best Western roundhouse had good space in the rooms and provided shuttle service to several areas of the city complementary. They are only 15 minutes walk to a subway stop. The rooms were clean, the sheets extra soft, pillows plump and numerous, but the water pressure was low. The location was a little far outside the main hub of Boston. Pleasantly surprised by the 2 rm suite.Quite comfortable. Hotel staff despite being swamped was very pleasant and helpful. Location a bit away from the city center - not an issue for me as I like to walk but they do provide a shuttle to different parts of the city. Comfortable room and reasonable price make this a good choice.

The service was very friendly. However, overall cleanliness and condition of hotel were less than desirable. The neighborhood was a little rough. The price was the cheapest i could find for something half decent. I discovered that the Boston hotel market is quite expensive. Everyone on the staff was pleasant and friendly, looking to help wherever possible. Room was initially too cold but maintenance adjusted the thermostat and it was comfortable again. Free parking, free breakfast, good rates, convenient location with shuttle to T lines... all good!

Although the hotel was not situated all that close to anything, the shuttle service was very efficient and much appreciated. Found it noisy, traffic wise Being situated between a fire station 2 blocks one way and the hospital 2 blocks the other way, meant constant siren noise. Wonderful shuttle service is you plan your time accordingly. Friendly staff, rather noisy room (helicopters landing at nearby hospital?).

I stayed for 5days. Everything is fine except the hotel transport to airport which is really NO GOOD. It charges $10 and claims to be directly to airport, but instead it drove around to drop people at downtown for ~30mins rather than directly to the airport which should take only 10mins. great hotel, clean and big room, nice breakfast (but not enough places to seat), free parking and free shuttles - very convinient and save time and money. the neigborhood wasnt nice but we didnt care, all the day we had fun in the city.

I really love the history of the building. The suite was beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. Only problem was the walls were so thin we could hear EVERYTHING in the next room and it was uncomfortable having to explain to my daughter that the woman next door was not beign hurt. The breakfast could have been slot better for the price.

The hotel room was just what we were looking for. Very spacious and the ammenities were quite acceptable for the price. Free parking and wi-fi were a huge bonus, and the main reason I chose to stay there. I was in town for two nights and was very pleased with the service and room accommodations. The hotel has a shuttle service that came in very handy. Let me tell you, I was totally surprised by this Western Inn Hotel. The hotel is really clean and so was my room. The bed was the best part, it was like something out of a JC Penny catalog. Not only that, the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and I have been to many hotels in my lifetime. The complimentary breakfast is amazing and […] its served from 6 am to 10 am so you do not have to get up really early!!! Everything is so good and neatly presented. The cleaning staff and the hotel receptionists really do a good job of cleaning and attending to your needs. It is also very close to the sub way system and the hotel can call a taxi to come get you. Service was more than a little impolite, neighborhood was a tad bit scketchy, but I was comfortable and overall very pleased with the room for the money.

What I liked about the hotel was the cleanliness, the roominess, how new and well kept the place was. It isn't a huge hotel so you will not get lost. You have your place to rest comfortably and you necessities covered. The hotel was great, the room was clean and comfortable, the suite set up made it perfect for traveling with a child that goes to bed early. The workout facility was great as well. Only complaint would be the area, not the greatest and parking was a bit dicey but, all and all, great stay.

We checked into this hotel for one night last week. We were pleasantly surprised when we were allowed to check-in early then were told there was a shuttle that could take us to and from the downtown area!! The hotel provided us with a map of the city and convenient area information. The staff was fantastic. Even more great was the room itself. The room […] had a living area and french doors that lead to your bedroom. There were televisions in both rooms, a fridge, microwave and coffee. Free Parking and Free Shuttles makes this hotel a no-brainer.

I am not very 'urban' and was really uncomfortable with the neighborhood. We used our car and it may be a few blocks from a nicer neighborhood but the surrounding area was just awful. The parking lot is patrolled but the watchmen said he leaves at 5 and 'they' know it so don't leave anything in there or it will get (I guess) broken into sometime in […] the morning... It's actually not a good value either, for about twenty more bucks, you can get a much, much better hotel in a better location. I would not go back. 더 보기

We enjoyed our stay. The shuttle that takes you to different locations throughout Boston was very prompt and very conveinient. While there is a time pick up and drop off scheduled the driver told us just to call and he would come anytime as long as he wasn't on a run and if he was he would come as soon as he was done. We only waited minutes for pick […] up and drop off to the Prudential/Copley stop. The heat was a little warm even with the window cracked open but we didn't complain ---if we had I am sure they would have corrected it. My wife and I go to the Roundhouse probably 3-4 times a year for weekend getaways. The hotel and the service is incredible. The location of the hotel is sometimes a little "iffy" at night but we have never had anything happen. We feel very safe within the hotel itself. For the price you pay to stay here, it is an unbelievable deal.

Godkänt, men inte mer. Dåligt läge, men deras gratis "schuttle" kunde köra oss om vi inte skulle alltför långt.

Hotellet i seg selv var bra. Frokosten ikke spesiellt imponerende for nordmenn med ønske om grovt brød, men det har vi ennå tilgode å finne i USA. Vel vært pengene til byhotell å være var rommet stort.

Les + : Bien situé, petit-déjeuner gratuit (appréciable quand on est en famille), grande chambre Les - : Un petit peu bruyant car proche de l'hôpital et les ambulances américaines ne sont pas les plus silencieuses.

Wie bei allen Zimmern unserer Rundreise durch den Nordosten der USA und Toronto war es auch hier ein großes gutausgestattes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage (Leider wegen der Lautstärke für Leichtschläfer während der Nacht nicht benutzbar und da hätte man sie schon gebraucht) Der Frühstücksraum ist in der Lobby und das Frühstück wird von seinem Angebot mitteleuropäischen […] Ansprüchen vor allem auch 2 er Jugendlichen nicht gerecht. Der angebotene Shuttleservice ist ok,aber man braucht Zeit dafür,da häufig genutzt. Da die Rezeption anscheinend auch den Telefondienst macht,braucht man auch hier viel Zeit,da die potentiellen Gäste den anwesenden offensichtlich bevorzugt werden. Wegen der Lage sowohl zur Stadtmitte als auch der durch das Gaststättenpersonal ausgesprochenen Tipps hier nicht zu Fuß zu gehen, und auch des Preises würden wir nicht noch mal buchen. 더 보기
