New lobby decor is very nice and the lady at check-in was very accommodating. Breakfast menu is good. Everything was fine except the air conditioning unit blasts cold air directly on you while you are in bed. It was too warm to turn it off and opening the window would have been noisy.

The hotel has recently been remodeled and the main area now has a cafe and lots of comfortable areas to sit, including computer workstations and a kiosk to print boarding passes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was prompt and quick -- it's very close to the airport.

Cozy room but a little unusual. Good service but check was stationed out of a room because of construction.

The lobby and other parts of the hotel were under renovation during my stay, which complicated navigating the hotel. The room itself was OK. The door was poorly insulated, making every noise in the hallway completely audible. The HVAC system was old. This is an older property but it is clean and adequate and conveniently located away from high traffic areas.

Everything was great except description said there was a bar in the hotel and it was under construtction.

Very nice staff all great. your breakfast should be free. you bossiness cut improved .

A simple and clean hotel close to Oakland Airport we would stay there again. Nothing fancy but suitable for the night before a flight.

This neighborhood is not necessarily conducive to family outings unless your primary reason for being here is the Oakland Coliseum which is very nearby. The area is relatively safe and this property is certainly best for business travelers needing close and comfortable access to the OAK airport. Typical Courtyard amenities though I would say slightly […] over-priced due to it's convenience to the airport amenities. Clean, convenient, spacious. Good breakfast.

We had a flight canceled and the hotel was near the airport. Service was not stellar. We waited over an hour for a crib to be brought to our room and after requesting a taxi the next morning, there was no call back confirming that it had been ordered. After a long night, we were hoping for room service or some sort of in-house dining. We ended up ordering […] from the nearby pizza place. It was clean, the bed was comfortable enough. I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation stay, but when you are stuck at the airport after a canceled flight, it does the job. 더 보기

Maybe you need more training on having guidelines and so STAFF can be in the same page.

this hotel is close to the coliseum and the airport, its clean and quite and the staff is very nice..

Wonder experience from the moment we checked in. Front desk check in staff was wonderful and very friendly. Room was clean and I especially love the fact the whole hotel is Non smoking, Beds very comfortable best nights sleep at hotel ever!

Great hotel to stay close to airport. Friendly staff, safe and clean.

they were great to work with. everything was as expected. Best was that this facility provided free shuttle service to a number of us staying there for various functions such as concert, sporting events or shopping. very clean, great beds and even better pillows. I highly recommend this facility and will stay there again. and again.

I was only staying at this hotel for the night and had a long day. When looking for hotels near the Oakland Airport, I chose this hotel because I enjoy staying at Mariotts and since I didn't have any transportation, the hotel offered shuttle service to the airport. But, most importantly they stated it had a restaurant in the hotel. Yes, they do, but […] it is only open for breakfast so this was very disappointing knowing I had to order out from local restaurants and you know when you do that your food will be cold. So if you are on the go and don't have your own transportation and want a restaurant inside the hotel, don't choose the Courtyard by Mariott Oakland Airport. If I had only had one of these problems, the hotel stay would not have been so bad, however, the remote control did not work, the bottom sheet of the bed was off and I had to put in on and the room was apparently located right next to the kitchen because when I woke up, my room smelled of bacon! When I stopped by the front desk as I was leaving to let […] them know that the batteries in the remote for the TV needed to be changed - she was on a personal call and waved me away! We were visiting colleges in the Bay Area and found this hotel in the same proximity. Immediately the staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel was very clean and had a very modern look to it. Downtown San Francisco was not that far away. Overall, we plan on coming here again when traveling to Northern California.

I was surprised by the hotels furnishings. It was very nicely decorated and quite cozy. The staff was very helpful and patient seeing that there was an event going on and they were booked up. The price was unbeleivable. They are a little pricy now and I wanted to go back for the same price.
