This hotel was nice, in a great location. We could easily walk around downtown and the north shore. The only two things that weren't perfect was that the room was a little smaller than expected and the staff was somewhat noisy when cleaning other rooms nearby. I would definitely recommend it, and would stay again.

The stay at the hotel was great. The location was right across the river from the ballpark and located within walking distance of lots of things to do and see. My wife and and ate in the hotel restaurant, drank in the bar and used room service and each one was great. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. A beautiful building right downtown. My wife and I enjoyed the hotel's atmosphere. Had a great time. We will definitely be back again.

The hotel itself was clean, well decorated and friendly staff. I don't know if I was staying on a floor with inconsiderate people or if the hotel is poorly designed but the opening and closing of doors was extremely loud...doors slamming all hours of the night. I also booked a "city view" room and ended up staring into other hotel rooms... I was there […] for less than 24 hours for work so it didn't matter to me but something to note if it's important to you. 더 보기

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel...this was my first time in pittsburgh and the location was close to everything. The room was beautiful and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back and stay again.

We were in town for a long weekend for the steeler's game and stayed 2 nights...the location was awesome...five minute walk to market street...8 minute walk to PNC and the surrounding restaurants...12 minute walk to Heinze Field. The work-out facility was also great and the nearby jogging trails along the river were terrific...staff was top-notch and […] quick to assure proper accomodations without any issues...love it! 더 보기

this was the perfect hotel for our recent stay. we were going to a holiday concert at the Bynum theater and we barely had to put on a coat because it was right next door. Rooms were huge and well-appointed. a first class hotel.

this is the second time ive stayed at this hotel and will continue to stay here .. great place to stay ...

Love the look of your lobby with bar and other areas available to us. Little waiting, very efficient staff.

When first entering the hotel, the lobby is very grand & nicely decorated. But that ends as soon as you step off the elevator and enter the hallway with the rooms. I heard someone on the elevator say that each floor is decorated differently, so we may have just had a cheaply decorated floor. For the price I paid, I was expecting ALOT nicer accommodations. […] The room was the tiniest I have ever stayed in (I normally stay at 3-4 star hotels). As soon as you opened the door, you were in the room...there was no hallway from the door to the actual bed/nightstand area. Because of the close proximity of the door, we could constantly hear noises/talking as people walked down the hallway or opened the door to their rooms. At one point the noise was so loud that I was startled, because it sounded like someone was entering OUR room. The bathroom was also very small. The room and bathroom appeared clean & they have nice Aveda products in the bathroom. It's also located within walking distance to many stores/restaurants & the $5 parking (on weekends) across the street is very convenient. I don't think I would stay here again unless I got a very good deal, I really think this is more of a 3 star hotel with a 4 star lobby! 더 보기

Service was astounding the minute you got out of your car to the front desk. Employees very helpful in finding places to see and things to do. Hotel was very convienent to the stadiums. Rooms are very nice and cozy. Only thing the hotel was missing was a pool. But I guess you can't have everything! Will definitely book this hotel again when I'm in town […] for a game again. 더 보기

The hotel was very nice. Loved the historic buidling. The room was quiet and very comfortable. Only big issue was valet parking. We arrive on a Sat and you could not get to the valet due to traffice congestion. The police were difficult and yelling at the hotel guest. It was not a pleasant way to start our stay.

Rooms were large but the decor is old and tired. No vending machines on the property, only ice machines. Proximity to PNC Park and Heinz Field is perfect. Parking garage across the street.

If what I stayed in truly was a deluxe room, I would hate to see a standard. There was about 3 feet on each side of the King bed. The staff was very courteous and polite. The hotel is beautiful inside. For the money, I would look to another hotel in the area with larger rooms.

Went to Pittsburgh for a weekend getaway, and a pirates game, We loved this hotel, so close to pnc park, Parking garage right next to it as well only $5.00 a day, Hotel was very clean, nice staff,door men, bar, stay was very pleasent, next time to the burgh will stay here again,highly recomended

This is an elegant place to stay with great service. As a vegetarian, I would have enjoyed a few more (any!) meatless options on the menu, but they were professional and attentive.

This elegant hotel (in the most inelegant downtown of Pittsburgh) had some of the best service I've seen anywhere--requests from both housekeeping and front desk were provided almost instantly. Stayed overnight for a base ball game, easy walk across the Roberto Clemente bridge to PNC park. Made the $28 valet parking worth it. I purchased the breadfast package and was a bit dissapointed; waited for a table, had to wait 10 minutes for more eggs to be brought to the buffet, then they were so runny as to be almost inedible. Well maintained, delightful hotel. Restaurant is separately managed, but also excellent.

The hotel, while expensive (I used my hotels.com rewards night to offset the cost) knows what service is all about. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. If money isn't an issue, this is the place to stay.

Great hotel for attending PNC Park. Clean, modern services within 5 minute walk to PNC Park. Will definately stay here again.
