i have never stayed at such a quiet hotel. the rooms are clean and modern. the staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet luscious

1. pillows too soft. 2. glass broken in room. 3. tv did not work. 4. pool way to small and cold 5. pool railing loose..no safe 6. pool floor way too slippery- slipped twice 7. room fragrance overwhelming

great hotel with a fabulous location -- miles of running/walking paths out the door that loop around ponds, trees, corporate office buildings, good security. Beautiful place. We'll be coming back soon.

the beds were soft and the sofa bed was a little noisy other than that the stay was perfect but we only had to stay a few days we were having remodeling done in our house it was a great little get away with the pool and hot tub breakfast spread was real good too.

We were very impressed with the place had chosen. Couldn't have asked for a better place! The breakfast was immaculate! There weren't any shortages of anything. To rank the hotel overall on a scale of 1-5, I would give it a 7 :)

We went to a show at the Marriot Theatre. It was a wonderful venue for the show and the hotel was close. Good restaurants nearby. Perfect for our short break.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was wonderful. This location was great for the places and people we were seeing on our trip. The staff was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Our room was clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was one of the best I have ever seen. Not just fruit and cereal, there were eggs with […] meats, oatmeal, a waffle station, bagels & cream cheese, fruit, juices, coffee, and a few other items I can not exactly remember. Overall, a WONDERFUL trip and a wonderful experience. Next time we travel to the area, we will for sure stay at the Spring Hill Suites! 더 보기

We moved in this area, and were wanting to relax one night before our truck came in the next day - it was indeed relaxing - well kept hotel, well made bed, clean toilets and onsite breakfast. all to keep you relaxed and get ready for the day of unpacking ahead!

the breakfast menu needs to change. the eggs were terrible.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The free breakfast selection was fantastic. Highly recommended. Only fault we found was that it was not eco-friendly. No recycling options in the rooms or lobby. The hotel definitely has a modern feeling to it with retro-style decor and a light-airy feeling to the lobby. The room was nice, though the housekeepers should remember to vacuum behind the couch and remove stains from the carpet. The layout of the room was nice, but the hide-a-bed was a bit troublesome. AWESOME breakfast: eggs, sausage, waffles, juices, […] milk, yogurt, fruit, breads & muffins, jams & jellies, oatmeal, and cereal. This breakfast buffet alone saved us probably $20-30/day since there were three people. With the refrigerator and microwave in the room, we were able to also save some of our dinners and snack on them between meals. Down side was that there weren't any drawers to put our clothes in. Just a closet, so things weren't as tidy because of the lack of places to put our clothes. If they would add a small dresser to the closet, I would rate it higher. The pool and whirlpool were both nice though the pool was a little chilly. Overall beautiful hotel in a very clean, safe suburban environment. 더 보기

Had a wonderful stay. Very fri.endly front desk staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Only complaint was the room I had was right next to the elevator. Would request different room next time around. Definitely would come back again!

A great place to relax just north of Chicago. I been here a few times a will be coming back.

Wonderfully comfortable beds. Staff very pleasant. Definitely would recommend it. Very clean Breakfast okay, nothing special about it. Room needs to have real drawers for clothing. Only drawer is nightstand and an incredibly small drawer in the tv stand.

We were staying for pleasure. While the rooms were clean, and the location is great, I would recommend quicker elevators (only 2 for 200+ rooms). There were sports teams and a wedding party staying as well, so busy times bogged down the elevators and breakfast.

The worst thing about the hotel was the traffic on the way up. Otherwise, the room, service, breakfast, and cleanliness was top notch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

We were spending the weekend in Chicago and decided to stay a little away from the city, since the price of hotels was way cheaper. This is a great hotel. My 3 girls and me stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. We went to Six Flags (13mls) and Gurnee Mills Mall. There are many places to eat nearby, including a movie theater. We were attending our son's graduation from Navy boot camp and found this location to be absolutely perfect for going back and forth to the base and for shopping and restaurants. The hotel is new and well appointed and the front desk service personnel were the best. We had never stayed in a Springhill Suites but we will definitely be back. We were in town for a buying show and the posted rate was good. The hotel seemed to be freshly remodeled with a very modern styling. The hotel was very nice. We had a slight issue in that our refrigerator was not plugged in. We didn't realize it and ended up losing some of our leftovers from dinner. The management was very apologetic and reimbursed us even though it was a simple mistake (and partially mine for not make sure the refrigerator was plugged in). the location of the hotel was perfect, took minutes on a good traffic day, staff was very helpful with everything, ecspecially the note cards for directions to places. I wish the whirlpool would of been working though. Very good breakfast in the morning as well, would definatley stay at this hotel again!!!!!

Nice suites at a good price. Halls were unusually hot - didn't feel air conditioned. Would stay there again.

The price of the room was excellent to what we received. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is a full breakfast menu. The only suggestion I have is for the staff to be a little more friendlier (smile and speak to the guest). There were a few staff that acted as if they were not happy to be at work.

This hotel was an excellent choice for us, a family of 4 in town for our oldest son's graduation from boot camp at the Naval base at Great Lakes. The staff were courteous, quick to help, quick to bring items when requested (extra towels, pillows, blankets, etc.). We got the Studio King, which gave us a king size bed and a queen size pull-out sofa. The […] furniture in the room was adequate, and it housed all of us comfortably (even our Sailor when he got surprise weekend liberty! woohoo). The kitchen was decently equipped, the coffee maker only a 4 cup (or 2 cup if you drink big cups), their idea of silverware and plates is plastic and paper, so bring your own utensils, plates, etc. if you are needing a more serviceable kitchen - it's geared towards leftover takeout. There is only a microwave for heating/cooking/reheating food, and it isn't a very powerful one, but we did get by (I packed like we were camping, it can be expensive to feed 4-5 people on takeout for 3 days). Flat-screen television, comfortable beds (even the pull-out bed was comfy), this room kept and slept 5 of us for 3 days. The bonus was the continental breakfast - having been used to coffee and a donut at most other places being passed off as "breakfast", this place had quite a spread. Completely self-serve, the continental breakfast had fruit, breads (english muffins, bagels, crumb cake), oatmeal with topping choices (brown sugar, raisins, nuts), Belgian waffles (they pre-measure the batter, you pour it in and follow the easy-to-understand visual guide) with choice of strawberry syrup and/or maple syrup, cereal, milk, yogurt, FRESH FRUIT!!! in the form of bananas, apples and oranges, plus there was coffee, tea, cranberry juice, orange juice and apple juice. We had a hot breakfast every morning, no worries about stuff running out as the staff kept it stocked and were regularly checking it.
