shower went from hot to cold every time towels were rough

low cost lodging. don't expect a lot. beds comfortable. older furnishings. a place to sleep. close to dancing and dining. no issues because we knew what not to expect. Nice lady at front desk.

Managers are SUPER nice. If you are looking for a cheap hotel and are not looking for fancy amenities this is a great hotel.

This hotel is walking distance to downtown PalmSprings and plenty of shopping. Hiking,biking near the hotel. Beautiful views and nice hot tub and pool. Great value even continental breakfast. I enjoyed my stay and would return. :)

We would return to this hotel as it had a great location close to the downtown and airport. The room needed some bathroom work but in general in was in good shape for a place of it's age. The pool area was very well kept.

We had a great time here. There was a big party staying so the pool deck was the place to be at night. Staff was friendly and we had all the comforts we needed. Going back next year-hope its as fun!!

Location is perfect. One block from great hiking trails. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the hotel representative (the sweetest most helpful little lady from England) gave us an excellent room, gave is super great restaurant advice, information, and coupons... she was a real joy. pool and hottub were nice.

It's not the greatest place in the world, but it's great for the price. The room was clean and the service was fine. There's not much around it except for other hotels, so that's the neighborhood. Basically, if you need a place to stay with a clean and good night's sleep, it's perfect.

There was strong odor when we entered the room and lasted for a long time even when we opened the windows for half an hour. There are obvious body hairs on the towels.....

Pleasantly surprised with the Inn considering the low price. The room was spacious and comfortable. plenty of eateries in the neighbourhood. Enjoyed the hot tub and the continental breakfast. Have already recommended to friends.

is a good deal .the owners they are very nice people. Maria one of the housekipers is a pearl.the pool is heat ,the bed is good.Fridge and coffee maker on the room,good price what else?

This hotel is modest but they try extra hard they are so nice everyone who works there is like your family on a good day. yes the hotel can use improvement but over all a friendly and nice place to stay at .my kids love the pool .and pizza hut is across the street .

room needs an overhaul.paint,at the least.the agent,andy was great.rate for this quality room was way too high.the office was not open until8am

I was a little hesitant about booking this hotel since others were much more expensive for Memorial weekend. However, I was pleasantly surprised. It was definitely not a 5 star hotel but it was worth the price I paid. The room was small and outdated but fairly clean with NO bugs. Good location also.

They don't keep the hotel clean and this place attracts a lot of bad crowd. Even though it is a family oriented place, they have to keep it cleans and update it. It has a beautiful garden in the back that we enjoyed a lot. Nice Jacuzzi. They need to improve this hotel in order to get their customers back.

When I pulled up it wasn't as nice on the outside. My boyfriend and I decided to stay anyways. The lady at the front was really nice. But there wasn't a fitted sheet on the bed just a flat one. It looked like someone had stabbed pillow the pillowcase the way the holes were cut in them. The whole place needed to be updated.

A down to earth nice staff for half the price of the Hilton. The rooms are small and need to be renovated, but for a comparativly low price per night, it is a good deal. The pool and sauna are very nice, the breakfast is, well, go to the IHOP down the road. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a cheep place to stay while enjoying Palm […] Springs. My suggestion to the hotel would be; to get rid of the furniture, use a low-boy dresser, and install a flat screen TV to make the room feel larger. 더 보기

This hotel is conveniently close between the popular Ace Hotel and Downtown Palm Springs. The couple at the front desk I assume are the owners, they were very accommodating and sweet. The hotel itself is a bit older, could have major potential for a cute boutique hotel. Great deal and servise

Husband at the counter was very rude to his wife. People waiting to be helped were looking at each other like what the heck is going on. One of the people waiting stood up for the wife and said to the husban " that's not a way to treat your lady". The whole place is a dump. Would not go back there again

check in was quick as quick could be. room is pretty dated and the internet service was not the best. I ended up going downtown to a coffe shop to access the internet. breakfast was juice and some rolls and muffins, not much.

excpet when the hotel manager cited me for wading in the jacuzzi and said to me this is not a pool although i did bring a small puppy with me and they were ok with that not a perfect world but overal nice hotel

First of all the reception at the front office was very rude!!! He wanted to give me a 1 King bed room with a family size of 4 when my reservation clearly stated two queens!!! We get up to the room and the key doesnt work!!! We finally open the door to a very hot room like a sauna!!!! AC wasnt cooling the room at all!! This is an older hotel more along the lines of a motel. Definitely not along the lines of a Marriott but it was a great deal for the money. The people at the front desk were friendly and breakfast was included. Nice pool and spa and plenty of room to lie out in the sun. Room had a comfy bed, nice TV, and wireless internet was included. Tub//shower needed […] to be redone but it served it's purpose. It had the feel of old Palm Springs and it looked like a mom and pop run hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Hotel is run down and needs upgrades. Showers need work and cleaning crew needs to put in more effort in their jobs. I understand when hotel is a little older and some things wear down, but another thing is to keep it clean. Don't want to see what other people where doing in the room.
