I was at the super 8 from fri until sun morn.....everything was fine until i woke up sunday morning with bites on my arms....i noticed the sheets had come off the bed, when i looked at the mattress there were bed bugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was ticked off.....i notified the worker but didnt stick around to see what they were gonna do about it

Pillows filthy, bed dirty, I would never recommend this hotel to even a dog!

the window only service at the lobby at night was my first hint as to what was to come, the second being we had pre-paid with hotels.com for two double bed smoking rooms, and when we arrived they told us they had given one of the rooms away, although we had pre-paid. after some arguing as to how they could give away a room we prepaid for, the toothless […] clerk alerted that there were two rooms still available, one was a double as requested, the second a queen. that was sign two. when we woke up we left quickly to attend the event we were in town for, but when we returned at 1am there appeared to be a dozen people on both sides of the second floors(we had rooms on opposite sides of the hotel although we requested two rooms next door) just hanging out outside, several asking us to sponsor them for a school trip, basically begging for money, some looking like young meth heads, others older and in their 20's, and several children persistently asking for money as we went back to our car for something. at that point we kind of got spooked, as there were several shadier looking older characters milling around upstairs staring down at us as if we were their next meal. when another child asked if we "were the new guys" we knew we had to get out of there, so we had a quick conference inside and decided we needed to get out of there immediately, so we hustled to our rooms and started packing. when we came out of our 2nd floor room to head to the car, we noticed the children who were begging for money talking to a threatening looking man on a harley davidson motorcycle, pointing and motioning to our room as if to alert him as to where the "new guys" were. we packed up the car in 10 minutes while two of us stood watch, continuously being stared upon by a dozen or so people gathered on the 2nd floor just hanging out, children running around, its 2am now, and we were fleeing to the next city on our vacation and resting at a rest stop in the middle of nowhere rather then spending ano 더 보기

For the price, it was ok but it definately wasn't the cleanest hotel I've ever been in. Stayed in a Super 8 in Georgetown, KY and it was REALLY nice and clean..This one..Well, I'm glad I had some Lysol with me because the room was far from clean. I slept on my own blanket. The shower curtain smelled weird..Don't ask for a late check out. The lady at […] the front went crazy on someone on the phone who had asked! lol 더 보기

By far the worst hotel in America. Upon arrival I was told they did not have the PRE-PAID room I reserved. So instead they gave me a luxurous room on the side full of meth heads and grifters trying to score a buck anyway they can. This is what your experience will be like if you choose to stay in Kentucky.

We checked out after 20 minutes. The room was disgusting, smelling of cigarette smoke, although we requested non-smoking. The site at one time advertised an in door pool. There was not one. The staff was not very accomdating at all to any concerns we had. We stay long enough to look through the phone book and find another hotel. Once we did, we checked […] out and left. I was close to the Duke Energy Center where I had an event to go to. I was close to food and gas. There were several places that would deliver food too. The staff at hotel were very nice. Room was clean. All the basics when you are traveling and want an economical place to stay.

The hotel is old and has not been well cared for. The bathroom door handle was nearly coming off, the toilet ran non stop, the showerhead was wobbly. The staff was nice though and did address concerns right away.

I chose the Super 8 motel because they allowed pets. My husband and I arrived at 4 am on the 26th because I had to leave after work at 7pm and was going to see my parents as my dad was ill. At 1:15 am on the 27th I received a phone call from Betty telling me she was going to charge my credit card for having a dog as she saw me walking the dog at 10pm […] that night. I told Betty the only reason I chose this motel was because they allowed pets and I was not trying to hide my 125 lb. German Shepherd. I also asked Betty why she was waking me up at 1:15 in the morning. She replied she was the night auditor. I advised Betty I would be contacting corporate and have since this experience. I will never stay in a Super 8 motel again. It was substandard but I was willing to overlook that as they were allowing me to have my dog stay there. We stayed at the Super 8 in Ft. Mitchell, KY becuase of it's convenience to friends in the area, also the rates were the best around. The hotel was very clean.

Easy access, fairly clean, room could use some updating, friendly staff.

The hotel was clean, easily accessible from the highway and close to Downtown Cincinnati. The staff was polite and professional.

This was one of the cheaper hotels that we could find, but I guess you get what you pay for. We had terrible customer service. Our bathroom door wouldn't close and things were ripped off the walls. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anybody.

Super 8 has usually been a good buy but this one was not. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. I awoke with a sore back, which has never happened before. They used matress covers that were not attached to the bed so when you turned over it would wrinkle and move. The bottom sheet was not fitted and too short to be tucked in, so it moved as well […] and exposed the mattress by morning. The highway could be heard from inside the room and when someone shut a neiboring door it sounded like someone kicked your door. There were no snack vending machines to be found. The continental breakfast offered oatmeal packets but no hot water. Though we had scheduled ahead of time for four people to stay in the room, there were only three bath towels. 더 보기
