We booked the hotel for it location and the nice pool an spa facilities. Everything was fine except we were dissapointed with the food both in the italien Restaurant and the Buffet in the courtyard restaurant. We might be back, but we will eat somewhere else.

I chalk up about 50 nights a year in hotel stays, half of which are in the Hyatt brands. GH Beijing is typical of GHs around the world. The check in was efficient, the room was clean and decently sized. The regency lounge had a decent breakfast spread and offered some views. This hotel is centrally located and would cost three times the rate in a city like London or New York. Well maintained with excellent facilities, including a number of terrific restaurants. The hotel location is very central, convenient to Tianamen square. The lobby, pool area, and breakfast were great. Access to the mall makes it easy to get to ATM, eat, or do some shopping. The room was clean, but the carpeting and bedding showed need for updates. The mattresses were hard.

After two weeks on horseback and two days on the train the Grand Hyatt was a splendid place to recover in an ambience of excellence and luxury. Simply wonderful!

The Hotel wanted to charge me again for the room even though I paid on Hotels.com I showed them the e mail from Hotels.com that the room was prepaid but the manager at the front desk insisted that I pay for the room. I had to make an international call to Amex. I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and sadly the quality of service and […] management has became very bad. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone traveleing to beijing. there are much better hotels there at better prices. 더 보기

Gave them a 5 overall, only because it will not allow me to give them a 6. The room was very clean an modernized. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived at the door. The location is very convenient to most of the major tourist attractions. I was very well pleased on all fronts. They even have a easy way to schedule tours through the concierge […] and can accommodate what you would like to see based on how long you are staying. If you have never been to China before and you have concerns about missing the comforts of home, rest assured the Grand Hyatt lives up to the highest of standards. I am sure many of the others do as well, but this one goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended. 더 보기

The hotel was very nice but I feel breakfast should have been included in the price we paid. We checked other hotels and their prices were less than the Hyatt but just as nice with a wonderful breakfast included. Also, quite skimpy onbottled water in the rooms. Therefore, I would consider staying there but would definitely look elsewhere to see if I […] get a much better deal for the dollar. I really enoyed being attached to a shopping centre. I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Beijing for business for 4 nights. The hotel was really nice, clean, comfortable and the pool was one of the nicest hotel pools I've ever seen. The Grand Hyatt Beijing is one of the most amazing hotels I'd ever stayed in. Top flight service, amazing location and the finest restaurant in Beijing. "MadeInChina. Top notch gym and spa facilities the most amazing indoor hotel swimming pool I've ever seen. I wwould recommend it to business travelkers and tourists.

The hotel is defentely grand, with a very nice restaurant at the lobby "made in china." The rate was a bit high for the room quality but the location is ideal.

From the minute you drive up to the Grand Hyatt Beijing, you are made to feel welcome. The facilities and service are first class in every way. The reception desk and conciere staff are very knowledgeable and were very helpful. It was so nice for a "foreigner" to be able to communicate in China. The Made In China restaurant food is outstanding, […] especially the famous Peking Duck. A little pricey, but worth it. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this is one of the best, but be willing to stretch your wallet. Oh.....and the pool is amazing. It is called the Oasis....need I say more? 더 보기

The Grand Hyatt was literally a breath of fresh air in stuffy, smoggy Beijing. We were upgraded to a suite at no charge. The room actually got "too cold" from the air conditioning. The hotel is a business style property, but the amenities were quite nice, including an in-room massage. Great location, but it is NOT within walking distance of Tian Anmen Square or the silk market, as advertised. 全体的に便利で満足でした。 強いて言うなら予約時にクレジットカードで支払い済だったのですが、チェックアウトの際に再び支払いを求められました。 日本語が分かるスタッフが一人でも常駐してもらえるともっと安心感のあるホテルになるのでしょう。

さすが北京でトップクラスのホテルでした。 大きく新しく美しいホテルです。 エレベーターを利用するときもカードキーを挿入しないと動かないシステムでセキュリティー面でも万全でした。 ただチェックインの時に女性スタッフから朝食付きインターネット使用可のワンランク上の部屋をかなりしつこく勧められたのは不快でした。 それ以外は大満足です。 ランチを頂きましたがとてもいいレストランでした。

Idealement situé au centre de Pekin, chambre familiale de tres grand confort, service irréprochable et ensemble piscine-salle de gym-sauna-jacuzzi absolument remarquable qui a fait la joie des enfants et des parents après une rude journée de tourisme.

２泊グランドハイアット北京にお世話になりました。 お会いした全てのスタッフの方がとても親切でした。 ビュッフェは種類が豊富で、両親（60代後半）もとても満足をしていました。 お部屋は広さもちょうどよく、トイレ、お風呂も２つずつあったので３人で快適に過ごせました。 １つだけ残念点が。。。 冷蔵庫に私達の前に宿泊していた方の忘れものが残っていました。←スタッフに伝え謝罪がありました。 １つ残念なこともありましたが それ以外は大満足、また、ぜひ宿泊させて頂きたいです。親切に対応をして下さったスタッフの皆様に感謝しています。ありがとうございました。

Hotellet er super godt og ligger tæt på både shopping, den himmelske fredsplads og den forbudte by. Meget familievenligt med en dejlig swimming pool og personalet var meget behjælpelige. Maden på hotellet var i topklasse.
