I read many reviews prior to booking and had decided not to stay here. But after looking at prices this was the cheapest. Needless to say I"m glad we stayed. the rooms were incredibly comfortable (beds too) and it was a perfect location for all our activities. They allowed pets which was a must for us. and not once did I hear other dogs parking nor […] did it smell like pets. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only down side is room service, they only come ever 7 days. Your welcome to go swap out towels at the front desk but plan on making your own bed. For us, we could care less about room service. we definately will be staying here again. we have had 3 other families stay since our visit and they all agreed with our review. 더 보기

needed a place to stay, and this was fine

The. Holding definitely shows some age and wear but everything was clean and worked fine. My only issue was that I only got a single queen room instead of a two queen, but they provided a rollaway bed so our 3 people fit well enough for one night. The price was excellent for the area!

This hotel offers what all the others do, but the condition is rather disappointing. However, considering the price, I guess you get what you pay for. They try to charge you for every little thing which is annoying. I am a believer that if you are going to nickel and dime a customer that you should have just put it in the price to start with. They charge […] for things like not doing your dishes, which is silly since they really don't give you enough dish soap to be able to properly do your dishes. Plus, are they really trusting customers to properly clean them. The girl at the front desk charged me more than she was supposed to for the internet, which you have to go to the front desk to set up, and had quite an attitude. So, I suggest checking your credit card statement before you check out. Lastly, they have allowed the hotel to be taken over by sketchy people at night who are just there to party. This may be because no one is at the desk all night (they just lock down the front door). So, I didn't get any sleep because there was a party down the hall where people were yelling and I didn't dare ask them to keep it down because they were seriously sketchy people. Lastly I think it is silly that the only ice machine is on the second floor. Overall it was disappointing because I have stayed there many times before and they have let it business slide in the recent year. 더 보기

This place is NOT for families or business travelers. You get charged 4.99 for wifi and find out its way to slow and then they EXTORT another 3 bucks for supposed faster speed. It took 5 mins just for the Hotels.com page to load up!! Carpets were all heavily stained and the drunks accosting hotel guests in the lobby were a nice touch!!! Been there over a dozen times over the last four years... Pool looks ok but has never been open! Vending machines are all empty... as usual.

Helpful staff, there is a swimming pool, continental breakfast and it is located close to shopping and the airport. The hotel is pet friendly, too. It is a reasonably priced hotel. The only negatives are that the hall floors should be shampooed and all smoking rooms should be located in one area of the hotel.

This use to be an average place to stay, it has gone downhill. Hot tub and pool were out of order. The rooms are depressing, there was one fork one knife and not much more. The beds are worn out and the staff would rather be somewhere else. I recommed you be somewhere else also.

This was not the quality of other Extended Stay motels. The recliner in the room was broken. Location across from a Show Girls business. Fire alarm went off at 6:15 AM. This hotel is great for travelers who want to stay a long period of time in one place (i.e. 7 nights or more). The rooms are equipped with full kitchens complete with everything you need. The hotel is within walking distance of a very large grocery store. I only stayed 2 nights and overall the stay was positive. The negative comments I have to make […] are that there was a fairly strong pet odor when I entered the hotel. Also, the carafe with the coffee pot in my room did not match. The room was filthy and the bathroom was especially bad. I requested a non smoking room and was given a smoking one when I complained I was told that there no other rooms left. Overpriced and filthy I am not sure if anyone would be a repeat customer I would not stay again and would drive to another town if there were no other hotels available!

I will never stay at this hotel again, it was dirty, and falsley advertised!!!!! For the price go somewhere NICE!!!

Exterior access to the room. I found crushed beer cans outside of my door in the morning.Old mattress and small noisy room. Inconvenient parking, no breakfast, in-room internet signal too weak to be functional. Please try the Quality Inn which is one block from this hotel. For a few dollars more it is a CASTLE!

Yes, right across the street :-) But behind the hotel is the Bowl Factory and in Front of the hotel is Fred Myers. . . Check in was a mess, satalite tv was out, yet we were not told until the next day when we asked for someone to check the television. We thought the stove didn't work, but was told , did you turn the button on the wall first? I said […] no, which button, the girl said the one on the wall, it is quite obvious. . . eh, no it wasn't, it looked like a fan timer, not an oven timer? The non-smoke rooms were surrounded by the smoke rooms, and well, if you are a non smoker, you get my drift. There was no service and the breakfast was bagels, oatmeal and coffee and milk. 더 보기

As they say in the add they do provide either a shuttle or a cab to the airport. It is across the street from a strip club. The breakfast is a joke is was a bagel and coffee there are other hotels for a little more money that are nicer but no shuttle service.

Although the rooms were neat and well kept, their age showed. The common areas were not well maintained and dirty. The free airport shuttle service had no available driver, although they did pay for a taxi to the airport. This hotel is mostly appropriate for workers on long-term contracts rather than casual guests.

If you like hearing doors slamming all night, loud conversations in several nearby rooms, adults talking loudly in the hall and and babies crying until 3 am, this is your hotel. Oh, and if "breakfast" is a plain bagel and a cup of coffee, it's all yours. Location was perfect for what I had to do. Room was clean and have no complaints.

I've stayed at this brand before and they are rather uneven in quality. This one was middle of the road. The immediate surroundings are questionable, although there is an excellent general service superstore nearby (Fred Meyer).

If all you want is overnight the hotel serves the purpose. "Breakfast" very sparse, we skipped it for McDonalds. When I spend this much I do expect more but Alaska is expensive anyway.
