But dont expect room service to deliver condiments or anything. Also, parking could be problematic on popular weekends.

The rooms were very nice and spacious. The decor was great. However, our room was a non-smoking room that smelled of stale smoke. I went to the front desk to ask about it, and they said they could send someone in to spray the room for us. Of course, we denied that request, as we didn't just want to mask the odor under a scent. We cranked up the a/c, […] which seemed to help. It was convenient to have an on-site person who sold tickets to the attractions, as well. If you want a hotel near univerial studio. This is a place for this..

Room was nice, bed was comfortable, sheets were crisp and clean. Bathroom was clean, and modern. Breakfast was very nice, quick and easy but tastey. Only disappointing thing was the pool. But other than that I would recommend this place to friends. Staff were very helpful and polite. This should be the standard for the rest of the hotels

We stayed here because we wanted to be close to Universal, whose property is across the street. The receptionist told us it would be a 10 minute walk, but it is more like 15 or 20. Crossing the street is dangerous unless you walk down to one of the lights. Once you are inside the property, you can walk to Hard Rock or Portofino hotels and take the free […] taxi boat to City Walk, which is the area outside of the Universal parks. To walk home you can cut through the Portofino property and get to the street again. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to Universal at either 8 or 9 a.m. and comes back at 7 or 9 p.m. The hotel is fine and there are several restaurants in the same area. We ate at Orlando Ale House which has good food and reasonable prices. Has a very good children's menu. 더 보기

The hotel was very small. The rooms were clean. Was disappointed in the breakfast.

The lobby staff was great, super friendly. When we opened the door to the room we were immediately surprised to find the cleanliness of the room. Everything was immaculate. It was not huge, but all we planned to do was sleep there. Great TV, refrigerator and microwave in the room, immaculate bathroom and shower. Everything you could ask for. In addition at the free breakfast in the morning, the eggs were perfect, the sausage perfect, everything I ate was perfect. This Best Western is not a huge one, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone, and I have already. Oh yes, they have complimentry shuttle service to the theme parks too. What more could you ask for...There is a business center and a workout room on site also. This is a definite recommend from me. The hotel staff was friendly, the complimentary breakfast was more than I expected and the hotel room was clean. Couldn't get closer to Universal theme parks. Quiet, tucked back off main road. Easy pick up/drop of from Mears shuttle to Disney and airport etc. Great breakfast.

We really enjoyed our visit to Orlando. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff very friendly and helpful as well. They gave valuable advice as to the attractions and the parks. We even purchased our park tickets at the hotel - thanks for that! We made use of the shuttle service which was also friendly and on time. Apart from that, the hotel location […] is ideal as there are several restaurants and other services close by. For those who prefer walking (or without a car), Universal is close by and only about a 20 minute walk away. We loved this as it was safe to walk around late at night - something we dare not do back home. 더 보기

Only stayed 2 nights. One of the best hotels I have stayed in, in Orlando area for the price. Bigger than Disney Value hotels, and pretty good breakfast included in price. Good for family vacation stay. Would definately stay here again.

Clean everywhere, nice lobby area, friendly crew, great free breakfast, across from universal... what else you want??? 100% recommended!

The front desk was very rude. I could listen to the washers and dryers at night. The breakfast was very stail, and heaven forbid , someone know how to cook powdered eggs. I was very displeased.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Universal Studios and on our way to Disney World. The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It is only about a 10 minute walk to Universal and just across the parking lot to a FANTASTIC restaurant! Millers Ale House is where we ate dinner both nights we were there. Great food and Great service!! […] The only complaint we had with this hotel is that the pool could have been warmer. The water was quite cool, but we still managed to go in for a swim a couple of times. The included breakfast was very good, the room was nice, clean, and very comfortable. Very polite staff. Although our stay was very short (just so we could catch some sleep after Halloween Horror Nights) it went very smoothly. We were able to check in at 2 am with no problem. Everything was clean and comfy!

The hotel was all that my wife and I expected. It was clean, recently renovated, had an impressive array of breakfast items, and shared a parking lot with a number of good eateries as well as a Walgreens if you forgot anything at home. Additionally, it was less than a one mile walk from our room to both Universal theme parks. They offer a free shuttle, […] but if you are reasonably healthy it is just as easy to walk and gives you much more time flexibility. Minor quibbles would be a lackluster fitness room (but you walk enough at the parks not to need it) and that all rooms pretty much look out to the parking lot, but those are very minor. Nice friendly staff, clean hotel close to Universal Studios. Several restaurants including Burger King, Golden Coral, Kobe Japanese Steakhouse, even a Walgreen right across parking lot. Very convenient.

Everything was nice about the hotel except the first day we came back and our room wasnt cleaned ie, beds werent made etc... Besides for that the staff was freindly, the breakfast was great (make your own waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, fruit etc) and REALLY CLOSE to Universal. We had a terrific stay. Great free breakfast. Free internet was easy to use. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Convenient location! Lot's of great restaurants around.

The complimentary shuttle buses only run in the early morning and at the close time of theme parks. However, taking a cab to the Universal Studio costs merely about $6.00 and some cabs can fit upto 6 persons. Even Walking is possible (takes approximately 25 minutes). For shopping, you can take the I-Trolley public bus directly to the Premium Shopping […] Outlet and many other places along the International Drive. When we arrived the desk clerk was very help full being we had arrived early, she said our room would be ready less than 30 mins. and it was, she also sugested if we hungry where we might enjoy having lunch. The breakfest was hot and had a lot to choose from. The room was very clean. I would stay again it was close to all parks.

After reading the reviews I was worried about the hotel, however it exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff was nice and the room was very neat and clean. Hotel was very close to universal parks and had several restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend this hotel to our friends.

This hotel is a great location and is very affordable! We enjoyed being walking distance (1.1 miles) from Universal Studios and also walking distance to different food choices (and a Walgreens too). We enjoyed the hot breakfast and also the pool too!

This hotel is wonderful. It is close to everything you want to see in Orlando. Disney, Universal, Wet & Wild, etc. are all within 10 miles. It is a smaller, quiet hotel and really feels like a home away from home. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast is terrific.

Some wear and tear noticed, but overall quality and cleanliness of hotel was good. The shuttle only runs twice in the morning and twice in the evening, so we did not utilize it at all. The pool is quite small, but clean.

Location is great, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Our room did not have functioning A/C, they moved us quickly but the new room was located near ice machine and machanicall room and we heard the water running through the pipes everytime someone flushed the toliet or ran the shower - hard to sleep. Stayed at the Best Western across the street from the entrance of Universal Studios - great location. Shuttle available for drop off and pick up if needed. Gentleman in the lobby with lots of information and discount vouchers to some restaurant and attractions. Not a far drive from the airport. Breakfast good - (gets a little monotonous when staying there for a long time) which we did - 5 days all together. This hotel was clean and close to Universal Studios. Pool was eh. Front desk was very nice and got us a new room when the air conditioning in the first did not work well.

The hotel is close to Universal. The breakfast was ok... hot waffel you make yourself, powered egges, cereal, muffines.. and bagels. The hotel lost power for about 4 hours during my stay in June. Customer service could be improved. Overall will stay again since I only need the room to sleep and change clothes.

The hotel, although not fancy, was in a great location, right across the stree from Universal Studies and a short distance from the rest of ORL parks. Hotel was clean, room was spacious and comfortable. Free WiFi was reliable and speedy enough, and the complementary breakfast, decent. All in all, I was comfortable, had all the convenience I needed, and even got a free breakfast for a price that was simply awesome. It's a great little hotel that I wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

I enjoy this trip and the staff the rooms was clean it was a nice area everyone was helpful my only complaints they need more breakfast tables for the complimentary breakfast some days we had to head back to the room because there was no room another issue not pertaining to the hotel but I wanted to get my toes polish the closet place was prime outlet […] n they didn’t have appealing colors 더 보기
