세룰리언 타워 도큐 호텔 (Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel) - 도쿄

가격이 비싸기는 하지만 잘 묵었습니다. 나리타 공항에서 호텔 B1주차장까지 공항리무진이 한번에 도착한 점이 가장 좋았습니다. 아무래도 부모님이랑 다니다 보니 짐을 들고 다니기가 힘든 점이 있었는데 좋은 선택이었다고 생각합니다. 28층에 묵었는데 뷰도 나쁘지 않았고, (저녁에 좀 추운 점은 있었지만) 직원들도 친절하고 별 어려움이 없었네요.

The hotel is located in Shibuya, which is a vibrant and lively location - many shops and bars etc.. to chose from and close to the JR station on the Yamanote line. We found the quality and cleanliness of the hotel to be excellent however the service we received was slightly cold and somewhat corporate. This property is one of three in Shibuya that I need to choose from through corp agreements so can´t say I have a whole lot to compare with, but I find this a very classy place with a nice ambience. It´s very well maintaned and even though I had to opt for a smoker room due to high occupancy and late booking, I can honestly not say I felt I stayed in […] a smoking room. Staff is good and attentative although I would not say noticeably better than other less pricey places I stayed in. Good connection with airport bus but if you come with train it´s a bit more hassle vs some other nearby properties. 3000JPY for a breakfast is ludacris in my opinion but I´m sure its not cheaper at any the western luxury brands either. We were blown away with the view from the 32nd floor and really enjoyed our stay here. The surrounding Shibuya area is ideal for traveling throughout the city. The bathroom was huge with nice tub and shower with tons of room to spare. Very comfortable bedroom with modern linens. I would definitely stay here again!

Service was faultless and very efficient and the room extremely comfortable. we were upgraded to a corner suite and had a lovely fruit selection on arrival. brilliant location about 5 mins walk to Shibuya crossing and train station so easy to get around. Overall the hotel was excellent. It's in a great location, convenient for the trains and subways and with plenty to do around the area. It's modern, well equipped, the staff are friendly and speak good English. The only real complaint I have is that when I pay $300 a night for a room, I expect certain things to be included in that. There was a $20 charge […] to use the gym/pool per day and there weren't even any free tea bags or coffee in the room (these were charged at nearly $4 a time!). Do yourself a favor and stay here. Better than the Grand Hyatt. Get a tower room. It includes complimentary breakfast and lounge access with free happy hour and an amazing view. Free wi-fi as well. Huge room and amazing bathroom with deep tub and view. Seriously. Stop looking. Stay here.

We stayed at Cerulean Tower part of the hotel it is a bit more expensive than the other standard rooms, but we enjoyed a lot the view of our room (Mt. Fuji) and services at executive lounge. Hotel location is perfect to take subway or JR lines, Hotel it self has very nice restaurants as well as Shibuya Station area.

Overall, I enjoyed the Cerulean but had problems at check in. Had booked a non smoking Tower Room but it wasn't ready at 2.30pm on day of arrival. Returned at 4pm and shown to a smoking room which we asked to be changed. Although initially told that the hotel was full and they would deodorise the smoking room, we were then taken to a beautiful corner […] room (3505) near the lounge area where cocktails and breakfast are served. Big room by Tokyo standards and great view over Shibuya Crossing. Good location 5min walk from Shibuya station with easy connections to elsewhere in Tokyo. My first stay in TYO was super thanks to my stay at Cerulean. First they were a direct stop on a "Limo" out of Haneda. They couldn't be closer to Shibuya without being directly in the middle of it so everything was an easy walk including the JR Station. The staff was great, never feeling under staffed, our "japanese" was welcome but everyone spoke English. […] There were able to answer all our questions about various travel and the room was great. Wonderful service. Superb views. Excellent room servicing and room service. I did think paying extra for wifi access for our week's stay was a bit out of character for this hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, good size room Great shibuya location w great access to trains I paid $250 per night and was surprised at quality after hearing ao much about how expensive tokyo is. I avoided add-ons, wifi, gym, minibar etc as I sensed they were pricey. My room had awesome views as well. Easy to find as spitting distance from Shibuya Station (direct Narita Express from airport) and all rooms have great views over the sky-scrapers, yet double-glazing means no noise. The Hotel is not very child friendly. On web site the Hotel has a fantastic pool , just what kids love to swim in after a long flight or day in Tokyo but KIds under 18 yrs are not permitted to use the pool. Maybe this should be more clearer on the website as this was one of the reasons we picked this Hotel. Some of the restaurants also had a no child […] policy. The Cerulean hotel was a nice way to end our trip in Japan. The staff was very helpful to us. The rooms were very nice. We had a nice view of the city and Tokyo tower. The best part of the hotel is the location, just steps away from Shibuya Station. There are restaurants and shopping close by. Unfortunately - not a good experience. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids through expedia, but the hotel couldn't actually accommodate that once we arrived, Rather than just apologising and sorting the problem, they proceeded to spend almost an HOUR arguing with us as to why this was our fault, and we needed to pay almost 50% extra for our 3 night […] stay. Their booking sheet (which they showed us) even clearly stated we were "2 adults and 2 kids", and the rate we had booked ... but they were still insisting on additional charges. They tried to insist it was our fault for not knowing the capacity of their rooms ... even though we clearly stated our needs, and were allowed to book through Expedia as stated, Eventually cleared up by the only staff member that spoke decent english - but not without much stress. Otherwise, rooms were relatively small compared to the Grand Hyatt in Roppongi - but location is great (right next to Shibuya station). 더 보기

Amazing. Best city hotel in Asia. Service was sensational, staff are very intuitive and are quick to assist with all your requirements. Recommend staying in the executive floors - floors 33 and above - for additional inclusions. We stayed 8 nights... Lovely meals, bars, pool and spa. Gym has a good selection of strength/weights equipment, treadmills […] and bikes (no rower or cross trainers). Great location, 3 minute walk to Shibuya JR lines, and a selection of 3 subway lines. So easy. If you're a non smoker, please request non-smoking room/floor, unlike Australia, smoking is not banned in restaurants, bars and clubs etc. We made use of the hotels laundry and dry cleaning service a few times, after nights out in smoky bars - same day service available. Also, the room we had faced Mount Fuji, see pics attached. Complimentary fruit platter was a nice touch on arrival. 7/11 store at bottom of hotel. Airport limousine service (¥3000) was totally pain free and efficient. There are regular coaches departing from Narita, and each bus only stops at 1-3 hotels. Easy.
