The wife and I stayed at the Ashton for our anniversary. The Ashton has great charatcter and is in a perfect location. We walked to dinner and to Scat Jazz (which I recommend!). We hadnt spent time in downtown Ft. Worth in years and had a great time.

A great place to stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room Service timely and food was hot. Cozy dining in their 610 Grill. 3 blocks from the Bass.

Perfect in every respect. A Ft. Worth favorite.

I was in Fort Worth, TX for four days o business. The Ashton is clean and the front desk is very courtious.

Lovely hotel; lovely room, great downtown location. Shower was a little dark, but well designed. If you want a tub and two sinks, make sure your chosen room has them. If you are looking for a view from your window, ask for the front of the hotel. Book here and you will want to return when in Cowtown again!

I took my wife to the Ashton and we had a good time. The room was average , but suitable. The tv and linens were nice and the bathroom was equiped w/ hairdryer , the full length mirror is on the back of the bathroom door if you need one. The location is perfect right in the heart of sundance square and we walked a few blocks to eat , and shop. The valet […] is 17.00 a day. We didn't eat or drink at the hotel restraunt , so can't comment on that. The Ashton is perfect for a day or two for couples. 더 보기

great location to everything we wanted to visit. the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We had a "nice" view of the building next doorso if you want a view make sure to request it.

All in all it was a great stay, mainly because of the fabulous location & how much we enjoyed Ft. Worth. I greatly appreciated the history of the hotel but was a little disappointed in the room & hotel atmosphere. Pics showed clawfoot tub, mine was not. The room was very clean but lacked a little in decor & bed comfort. Bed fold-down & cookies at night […] were a thoughtful touch, but offset when we were charged a high price for the two bottles of water served with the cookies. I didn't mind so much paying for the slightly overpriced room but sometimes little things like putting water out next to cookies, then charging for it, can ruin it. 더 보기

My recent stay at the Ashton was fantastic, the hotel is lovely and well maintained, the staff is freindly and helpful. We had a function in the Ballroom that was handled with a high degree of style and professionalism. Angie and Cindy made the process a breeze. I will use the Ashton again.

We stayed at The Ashton on our date night after dinner and show at a local live theater. Service was great; they even "opened" the kitchen to prepare a very late breakfast for us. We will gladly return to The Ashton - nice place, and the building has lots of character.

Te room wi-fi never worked. When I went to the front desk to see about it the girl was very snippy and she acted as if I were simply incompetent. They finally re-set their router, following which I was able to connect in the lobby, but still not in the room. The room was lovely and cofortable, the location great, and I'd certainly stay there again, […] but not for a business trip when conectivity is essential. 더 보기

Room and hotel were clean and above average as far as decor and amenities go. Staff was also very friendly. But we would have likely been upset if had to pay the full rate advertised on the website. View from the room (202) was of a wall about 10 +/- feet away. We asked if there was another room, and was told they were fully booked. So we made due. Walls […] were not thick enough to mask the activity of the hotel. Conversations of staff and other guests echoed through the hallways. There's nothing quite like being awoken by housekeeping staff speaking spanish down the hallway when you try to sleep in past 8am on a holiday weekend. Or of their walkie talke radio that was left on the cart. Or of the vacuums in the hallway or any of the adjacent rooms (on the same floor or above -- couldnt tell) when you try to sleep past 9a. Or of the 'muzak' music they piped into the hallways. Or the neighbors in 201 who spent two nights having a vocal argument about whatever. Or their normal volume phone conversation about the whole relationship debacle. The hotel was surely aware of this volume problem. The phones were the same ones found in any hotel these days. But the phones had their speakerphone buttons removed from the keypad and covered with the plastic overlay. They've surely had the conversation before. Our room had a double door on it, likely due to how the building was an old office building back in the day. But the doors did not seal completely. Hallway light was visible through all sides of the doors day and night. As expected with pricey hotels, the room came with a honor bar and it was, well, pricey. We tried stowing the basket of candy and water bottles every night to keep us from accidentally grabbing one that we didnt bring. . . only to find that the water bottles always appeared back in the center of the table. There were no official coke machines out and about. But hidden in the basement, around from the wine cellar and the workout room -- we did find the emp 더 보기

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ashton. It was the perfect spot for celebrating our wedding anniversary. They still use actual room keys, with your room number as the key chain. I thought that was very cool. It was a boutique hotel that was clean, historic and classy. The bedding and pillows were heavenly. It totally fit the mood for a quaint, romantic […] urban stay. The location was excellent, easily within walking distance to Sundance Square, Bass Hall and all of downtown Fort Worth's hot spots. I look forward to staying here again in the future. 더 보기

For the price in downtown Ft. Worth the Ashton exceeds expectations. The staff is friendly and does everything to help. I had a problem that I needed to resolve for work and they did everything for me. The location is walking distance to great restaurants. Unfortunately, my stay was brief and I did not get a chance to experience some of their other […] amenities and restaurant. I will definitely stay there again. 더 보기
