My husband and I spent 4 days at the Pacific Hotel Shanghai. We had a 'Classic King with view' room. It was very comfortable with desk, armchairs, great bed, good bathroom, safe, good clothes storage area and a terrific outlook over Peoples Square with windows you could open and that kept the noise out when closed. Difficult to find and a little old fashioned but the room was a big size pity my room did not face out onto the river and the city. Would be nice to have had a river view.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location is excellent. People square subway was accross the road. Pedestrian street was next to the hotel. The bus tour for the city starting point was also accross the street. This hotel has the best location I would stay in this hotel whenever I will visit shanghai again

This is my fourth time in Shanghai. For a tourist week, great location, literally overlooking People's Square. Historic hotel, majestic buildings and rooms. Helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed. There's so much to do, see, and eat in the area that we didn't even look into the hotel's own restaurant etc.

The hotel is located very near to the famous shopping walking street. Underground is just across the street. Nice hotel with big rooms. Great value for money.

We carried our own luggage from lobby to side of road to wait for arrival of our limo. Porter just carried our luggage from sidewalk to the car boot. We gave him a tip of 4 yuan which he felt was too little and he let it rolled down to the sidewalk from his palm and purposely exclaimed out loud to the other porters that this is not a tip. 1. Dinner are not served. 2. My room #729 was wared out and things are dirty. The non-stop pumping wakes my up. They did move me to another room that is much quite. 3. Great location. Bonjour Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles, c'est pas mal. Hôtel très bien situé (attraction; métro commerce). Pratique si vous allez voir la F1, le métro est presque direct. très bonne acceuil.

Hade absolut inga som helst förväntningar över hotellet då det bara var ett ställe där vi skulle lämna väskorna och sova på, men vi blev glatt överraskade. Rena rum, sköna MJUKA sängar och trevlig personal som gärna hjälpte oss med det vi behövde hjälp med. Personalen pratade bra engelska men i baren använde vi oss av vår knackiga kinesiska. Lite trist […] dock att när vi ville ha några öl från minibaren så fanns det inga alls. Stod på listan att det skulle finnas och när vi ringde ner till receptionen för att fråga så sa dom att det inte fanns några öl alls att få upp på rummet. Detta är bara en småsak visserligen och inget som påverkar min uppfattning om hotellet i sig. Gratis snabbt internet (endast kabel, gick inte att låna router heller) är alltid trevligt. Ligger inom gångavstånd till det mesta du kan tänka dig och med tunnelbanan som går till flygplatser och tågstationen precis utanför hotellet var det inga problem att ta sig dit heller. Cet hôtel de caractère est en plein centre de Shanghai. Son look 1900 est authentique et rare dans cette ville de plus en plus moderne. La qualité de la literie est excellente. 今回、スーペリアキングの部屋を予約しましたが、実際はツインの部屋に案内されました。　家族4人での利用でしたが、十分な広さがあり、寝に帰るだけの私達には快適に過ごすことができました。 良い点：繁華街（南京東路）、地下鉄の駅、デパートが近くにありますので、買い物をしてはホテルに荷物を置きに行ったりできました。　疲れた時にも、ホテルに戻り少し休憩したりでき、とても便利でした。 ホテルのスタッフは予想外に親切でした！　スーツケースを運んでくれたり、タクシーを止めてくれたり。 アメニティーも使ったものは補充されていましたし、ベッドメイキングも毎日されていました。 悪い点：部屋にセーフティーボックスがなく、いちいちフロントに預けるのが面倒でした。 フロントが2階にあるので、ベビーカーを持ってあがるの […] が大変でした。 部屋のネットはパソコンを持ち込まないと利用できない。 ベッドの長さが、欧米のものより若干短いようで、背の高い方には窮屈だと思った。 더 보기
