I cannot believe how dirty my room was. Service was horrible. I took pictures of various things in my room so that I can send in to the home office. The bed spread had cigarette burns in it. There were hair balls all over the place. There were various stains on the carpet. The bathroom floor was dirty. The shower curtain had torn and they tied it around […] the bar. I asked at the desk for towels and when they didn't come 45 min later, I called down and asked again. Another 45 min later, finally housekeeping came with the bin from the laundry room. The towels were still warm. Housekeeping dropped a wash cloth on the floor, picked it up and handed it to me. I had to wear my shoes around the whole time, as I felt my socks would stick to the carpet. I also took apart my sheets to find various types of burn and hair. The sheets are also worn so thin you could almost see through them in some spots. I did take pictures and will be sending them in. I will never again stay there. 더 보기

When I arrive @ the hotel she ask for id with was o.k but when she gave me the key to the first room the bed was not made up n she gave me another key to another room and that room was clean. but i would stay again cause fire alarm was coming out the wall.

This hotel is really bad nothing else to say

rooms were clean and large- remote was missing and the second one did not work- the halls and elevator had an odor to them but the nigh clerk was a gem very helpful and curtious

My biggest concern was the parking lot security. It was unclear how often it is patrolled or how safe the area was. Talking to those at the adjoining restaurant made me feel a little better about it though. Staff was very nice. Could stand to be priced about 10$ cheaper though.

Overall the hotel was average. No significant issues. The only thing that should be rated poor is the interior apperance. The first thing I saw when i stepped off the elevator was torn wallpaper in the hallway. The same thing was found in my bathroom. If that doesnt bother you, i would recommend the property. Clean and quiet.

The only thing good about it was the fat it was 9 minutes from my daughters friends house. When we got into our room I tried to turn on the lights there were no light bulbs in the lights called the front desk she was going to go find some so I decided to open the curtain to get some light in there were 3 smashed bugs on the window. Next I went to pull […] out the chair at the desk it fell aprt. When she finally came with the light bulbs I showed her the chair and the bugs she put the chair back together and said one of us could come down to get window cleaner to ge the bugs off. So then I had to go down and get window cleaner to clean the bugs off myself after coming back and cleaning the window I tried to turn on the tv with the remote guess what didn't work so had to go back down and get another one she said she had to go find one for me an hour later we finally got one. So then I go to get online on my laptop and guess what the in room wireless they advertise doesn't work. Then we go to put our water and sodas in the fridge the freezer wasn't even a freezer it was a big chunk on ice and there were still drinks in there from who knows. 더 보기

Hotel was filthy...light bulbs out everywhere. Non Smoking room reaked of smoke. As soon as I layed down in bed, I could immediately feel stuff crawling on my skin. Had my flights not been delayed and I could have gotten to the hotel earlier than 2 in the morning, I would have went somewhere else. what can I say, it looks like a horror movie. a location in the middle of a construction yard it felt. Sheets that have cigarette burns in them, a bathroom that hasn't been maintained since the 80s (rust and cracked dry wall etc.... Let's just say keep your clothes on when you visit

Can't beat the price, but the hotel looks very tired once you're out of the lobby. When we got to our room, it hadn't been cleaned from the prior guest. The room we were then given was down a very dark hall -- bulbs out. The hallways and the rooms look like they're original from 25 years ago. Front desk people were nice and efficient.

Spend the extra money night and stay at Red Roof Inn or LaQuanita! Horrible! Dirty sheets, hotel smelled like a dirty bowling alley, hotel employees on cell phones and didn't help check out.... I left this place after checking in.... And I had a 4 night reservation!!!! Again this place is a DUMP!!!!

I should have booked at La Quinta for 6 bucks more, ended up going there immediately after check-in. My recommendations are just say NO! I've stayed at numerous Days Inn hotels and this one is pitiful.

Dont think about booking this hotel. I am really disapointed. The hotel pictures are decieving.

No toilet paper. Several things in room were broken. Hotel was very dirty. Would not go back.

The dirties hotel we have ever experienced. Very ran down. Not allot of money spent on this facility to keep it in shape. I was there for medical reasons for my daughter. We had two rooms. My room as well as the hallways, smelled like it was a smoking room. Carpet was dirty, both chairs in my room had water stains on them and were filthy. I would not […] even use them. Bulbs missing in some lights. Bathroom appeared to be clean until you looked a little closer. Behind the door that open towards the tub, it was one of the corners in the bath. It was stained and was very dirty. Molding around tub was black with mold. A little Clorox would go along way here. Shower had curtain rod had been upgraded from the straight rod to one of those curved rods that sticks outside the tub to keep the shower curtain from coming in when the shower is on. This was not installed correctly as it was installed to far into the shower in which the outer part of the curved rod was almost in the same place as were the straight rod was in the first place. This curved rod is longer and needs to have a longer shower curtain. Well the regular shower curtain was used on this rod and it was about 2 feet to short for the enclosure. You have to take a shower with almost two feet of curtain open to the bathroom. Makes for a nice cold shower not to mention getting the floor wet. Towels in the bath are very limited. Two bath towels and one hand towel was all I had when I first got there. After the first day, I asked the lady that cleaned the rooms if I could get more towels and I also had to ask for a bath mat for the bathroom floor. One of the towels I got had a 4" hole in it. I could have put my fist through it. Most towels and wash rags were stained. Again, a little Clorox goes a long way. Micro Wave in the rooms are very old. Mine had a glass tray in it that was not even from that microwave. The glass tray sat on the roller bar inside but did not have the gearing in the bottom of the glass to rotate it. 더 보기

While the staff was helpful, we had to change our room because the phone did not work and of the 3 drawers available to us, 2 did not work. As soon as I opened the door to our first room I said "Someone has taken a nap on the bed." the room was large and roomy. Hallways smelled of disinfectent.

We requested a non-smoking room and the room assigned was anything but non smoking. We immediately requested a room change. The next day when unpacking our bags I noticed that my pillow I brought with me reeked of smoke. The room was in dire need of TLC and repairs. I would not stay here again.

We were pleased that there were working elevators for my husband who uses a walker. I thought it we should have had at least two l hand towels instead of having to share. There were only 2 bath towls. We liked the room's refrigerator and coffeemaker available. Missing were some light bulbs, iron, and batteries in the smoke detector. We let the staff […] know about this, but they must have checked on the room next to ours which we had also reserved for the night. These were not replaced. Continental breakfast was nice, but the gallon of milk was not being kept cold. A thermal pitcher, or the milk in a bin of ice would keep it cold and safe. my first room still had someone leftover food in it the bed had hair all over it with lipstick on one pillow... so the upgraded my room which was alot cleaner...

It was the worst hotel I have every stayed in. Dirty, the staff was rude. The front door didn't even work. I tried to find another hotel when we were there but, they were all booked. I didn't care about loosing the money, it would have been worth it

I booked 2 double rooms and was extremely disappointed in this hotel. Room 302: 1. no phone in room - front desk took one from another room on the same floor 2. Clock did not work; therefore asked for wake up call but received no call 3. No light bulbs in lamp beside bed 4. Remote control did not work 5. Ironing Board with no iron 6. Frig/ no mocrowave 7. […] Toilet flushed so loud could hear down the hall in our second room 8. Only 1 small waste basket in whole room. Had to throw trash on the floor 9. Only 2 towels in room booked for 4 people 10. I had called and requested adjoining rooms but was told this hotel did not have adjoining rooms-but the room we had was an adjoining room. They lady at checkin said the guy I talked to should have blocked the adjoining rooms since they were prepaid. Poor customer service. 11. Breakfast was supposed to be open until 9:00 but when we went down (8 people in my group) at 8:30 there was only cereal left-no bread, rolls or fruit. The milk was a gallon jug that had been sitting out not refrigerated and smelled. 12. No toilet paper in room - had to go down to front desk and request toilet paper. ROOM 307 1. no chair in room 2. toilet seat was broken 3. remote control did not work 4. room smelled burnt 5. 2 towels - 4 people 6. no toilet paper 7. no clock in room 8. no iron in room 9. no maintenance man available after 4:00, but they did call someone to replace the toilet seat very quickly The entrance door to the lobby and check in desk was broken - had a sign to use a rear door. The hotel service sucked !! The people at the desk sucked !! they didnt know how to talk to customers the female working there had attitude .... very rude and ignorant ... would never ever visit that hotel again ...and would never recommend it to anyone ...

days inn in Independence Ohio don't do it worst hotel ever stayed at! Upon arrival for 5 days 3 adults room falling apart not clean,dusty. No towels dirty bathroom burnt out lightbulbs (3) no clock no safe key waned us to change rooms after unpacking had to get our own from another room. Room was skipped over to be cleaned twice.

When we left out of the room the lock didn't work and we had to move to another room. The second room we went in didn't have the remote to the television and the phones didn't work. The reservation was for 3 people and there was only enough linen for ne person. Had to go downstairs for linen, remote and an iron. When we went to the breakfast room in […] the morning, there was hardly any cereal, no milk and only a small amount of orange juice. I wouldn't recommend this hotel nor will I be returning. The place was a dump. they said that it had internet acess, there was none, as they told me on the fifth floor. They shouldn't advertise it, had to go to the lobby to connect, employee laid out on the couch in lobby watching tv. The bed was a hot mess, towels were torn, and shower curtain was stained with some kind of brown stuff. I wouldn't recommend […] this hotel. I would go elsewhere before I picked this one. The hotel was in poor condition; exposed wires hanging from hall ceiling, holes in the walls, lights out in the hallway, hallways and rooms were not clean. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

The people at the front desk were very nice. When we opened the door to the room, there was a foul smell. We had to go get some air fresheners and candles, which helped, but the room still smelled.

Place was renovating. The appearance took away from the pleasantness. The room was fine.

Hotel sat in back out of site. Arrived at about 9:00pm. Condition ok until entered room. Half a candy bar on floor, pillows not flat looked like a head rested on it. Bathroom needs work and cleaned!!! T.V remote needed batteries. Was on 5th floor could hear load banging on roof. I got sleap though, all in all just a night. Good luck!
