I will stay here each time I visit New York! The staff is amazing! The rooms are very comfortable and clean.

This was a clean and pleasant stay. I used the laundry, which was all free. Staff were very helpful. JS

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Full size refrigerator was a plus. Would go back again if we are staying in the area.

Hotel was nice; however some of yhe amenities advised were not readily available, for example,no frying pan, only ome telephone worked, dirty towel in exchange for a used one/

Fine place. Slightly noisy because of simple glasing and direct doors between rooms.

Excellent hotel, clean, quiet and friendly, helpful front desk staff. Room had darkening drapes so it was perfect for sleeping. Highly recommend we will use this one again!!

This was an excellent value. The room was large, bright, immaculate, modern and comfortable. The suite has a full kitchen including stove and refrigerator so it is suitable for long-term visits. The only downside is the lack of a nearby restaurant. Snacks are available in vending machines, but you will need to have a car if you stay here. Good restaurants […] and shopping are within easy driving distance. Note that room service is not every day, depending on how long you stay. Service/friendliness average Cleean but getting old convenient location

The hotel is not perfect..it is not a 5 star hotel but to sleep in and be able to cook and have a standard fridge it was worth it. Only drawback..the WIFI drops my communications on a regular basis and the band witdh is poor on the WIFI and hard wired connection to the wall

I was quite impressed by all that the hotel offered. I've never seen dishwashers, garbage disposals, microwaves, toasters, ice makers,fully stocked cabinets of dishes, pots and even dish towels in a hotel before. They even offer free use of laundry facilities. I was overwhelmed!

When we went into the room, the restroom floors were very dirty as was the bathtub. The carpet was so dirty that when I left the restroom and the sole of my houseshoes were damp they were sticky dirt. There was several places on the wall of the restroom that was molded and there was a bad odor, even after I purchased cleaning supplies and sprayed the […] room several times. We are traveling to Orlando and would like to stay in a Candlewood location, but I would have to know it was clean and free of mold. I would not recommend this location to my family as our room was, but the entrance area was clean and had an inviting appearance. Two times I went for towels and wash clothes and the personnel on day, did not have any. 더 보기

The rooms were clean and complete with kitchenette, coffee maker, and all the necessities needed. The staff was very courteous and accommodating.

my family enjoyed themselves, it was roomy and comfortable. no in hotel service or breakfast, but the kids could go down to the pantry in the hotel and get what they wanted.

Well, going by the name, the hotel rooms should not be qualified as suites. However, I was just staying there after a long night of partying with friends, so it was a convenient location to spend the night without having to drive back down to NYC. The room was more than expected. The location was perfect for my needs

For the price it can't be beat. Nice clean rooms, quiet and a nice little kitchen that includes anything you could need to cook. Very close to all shopping destinations and the cab services are cheap as well... Would definantly stay again.

i was very pleased with this hotel. I had a suite which was stocked with cookware/dishes for 2. The last place i stayed that had a kitcehnette didn't have any cookware/dishes. It was nice and quiet and clean. There was a small store with breakfast basics so i didn't have to go out for milk which I really appreciated.

Overall the room was clean although there was some peeling paint in the bathroom shower. The fragrances from the cleaning products and some hidden room deodorizer were overpowering and also caused an allergic reaction. you need eye shades because there are no drapes to keep out the abundant ambient light from the parking lot. Spend 2 days at this hotel which were very comfortable. There is a train near by, but it was not disturbing. A great value for a short stay with NYC close by.

Can't beat paying under a hundred bucks and having a suite hotel room. Second time I've stayed here and will again the next time I'm in town.

The location is excellent, close to shopping malls and restaurants. The bed comforter was wrinkled and sloppy. The shower had mold on the walls and the paint was pealing off.

Our over all stay was very good. There is shopping and restaurants nearby. With the efficiency you get more than a hotel room for a great price. Our only negative comment we have is that the bathroom plaster needs repair around the shower.

overall the room was pretty nice it was fully equipment with fridge, stove, pull out couch and was comfortable. The guy at the front desk was not helpful at all. He did not direct us to our room and basically ignored us apon arival. The next morning he did not even say good morning he just nodded his head.
