베이몬트 인 앤드 스위트, 콜럼버스 에어포트 (Baymont Inn & Suites, Columbus Airport) - 콜럼버스

It was an exterior room entrance hotel and a rather cheap option. But it was generally clean, the neihborhood safe and stuff worked. Would stay again.

My stay was great. Would recommend The Baymont to anyone. I was very pleased to see a McDonald's within walking distance to the Baymont. The staff was also excellent.

People were outside talking very loudly and different vehicles drove up and pulled out suitcases and drug them upstairs. Did not sleep much. Han to leave early the next day.

TV didn't work. Toilet not bolted to the floor. Sink cracked. No sheers on ground floor window (people looking in). Noisy heater.

It took us an hour to do the check-in. They were so slow. Breakfast was a joke. They offered coffee, hot water, cereal and AN orange. There was no sugar or milk. The room smells and the beds are so old and creaky. The airport is right in front of the hotel. It feels like the airplane will invade the room. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HARRIBLE PLACE!!!!

I thought the location was great. The room was dirty and carpet was stained and felt dirty on your feet. I realize alot of people stay there but still could have been better. I did not pay alot because I used your service. Still expected more.

On my stay on 4/10/12, the Hostess was very helpful to me. I needed directions to a location in Columbus and she took time to prepare a mapquest for me amid a very busy morning. I really appreciated the above and beyond service!

I have stayed at this hotel almost everytime I fly due to it being located so close to the airport. I use their shuttle service to get to the airport as I am usually being dropped off by a family member. My bed was comfortable & the room clean. This was the first time I have booked the room thru a web service, but I love how easy it made the checkin. […] I had my copy of the reservation & was checkin w/in just a few minutes. Checked into the room. Moved in. Saw how bad it was. Immediately went to another hotel.

I have stayed at same hotel last year and was very happy but not this time!!!! First, I had reserved a king room...remote was broken so I could not have it. Took a queen and had to carry my luggage up stairs at midnight. Went into room and carpet was so stained I would not put my luggage down. Called for different room and it was somewhat better. Room o.k. but no hot water.....asked the frontdesk and got no action......have stayed there many years and most times we have no problems......usually good though

very close to the Columbus, OH airport. 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport. Small daily charge to park the car during our absence. I hate fans bathrooms that run when the light is on. I wish the fan switch was seperate from the light switch. Just a small inconvenience. Ok breakfast. Nothing special but something to get the day started.

We asked for a 4 AM wake-up call and never received it. I'm glad that both my husband and I are early risers or we would have missed our 6:20 AM flilght.

This hotel is closer to CMH airport . other than that i do not find anything great . This hotel is only great for budget travelers , but a few dollars spent you will find a better one . The location and parking convenience at the Columbus Baymont are outstanding. Round-the-clock shuttle service is available w/o charge. Definitely not the best site for a long-term stay or a great breakfast, but this hotel suits the bill. It is inexpensive and ideal for either a late airport arrival or for an early morning departure. Clean, comfortable, convenient location.

They just need to update the hotel. Need new beds , carpet and reface. People were nice but carpet dirty and beds very uncomfortable.

WHEN WE CHECKED IN AT 9:00PM.... OUR ROOM THEY GAVE US KEYS TO WAS NOT CLEANED, BLANKETS ON FLOOR, TOWELS EVERYWHERE... THE ROOM THEY TOOK US TO WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SMOKE FREE, BY MORNING, I WAS SICK FROM THE SMOKE SMELL......

The room had a TV but no remote and I could not turn on TV I made advance reservation but they still did not pick a specific room until I was there. No coffee available at the breakfast one day of 2

If you looking for a one night stay cause you are flying out of CMH, it is worth the price. I wouldn't stay there for anything else.

checked in on Friday nite....no cups at all in the room and only 2 towels for 3 people. The front desk gave us pool towels for showering, which are half the size of a bath towel. Sat. nite we had no bath towels, my husband went to front desk was given 1 bath towel and was told they would bring us more shortly. Dirty carpet rooms smelled like smoke

For some reason, everything in our room felt damp. It was almost as though the room had the carpets cleaned, but never had a chance to dry out. The room was reasonably clean, but we were not comfortable during our stay. It was a hot, muggy day- however, the air conditioning in the room should have taken care of the "wet" feeling in the air. If you like uncomfortable beds, dirty rooms, and a run down place....you will like it.

Poor breakfast--cereal provided---but NO MILK

Advertised breakfast was poor quality. Phone number for courtesy van not listed at airport info center. Advertised 6 days free parking not given to customers booking via internet.

There were no bars of soap in the room. When I asked a housekeeper, she said there was none until the next day. When I asked about an extra shampoo to use as soap, she simply shrugged her shoulders. The person manning the registration desk was very nice and accommodating.

The front desk staff during the day time hours was not very personable. He would not let us check in early. The next person on staff said that there was no reason that we shouldn't have been allowed to check in early. Our room had horrible stains on floor, some spots were sticky. Overall this hotel was great as we were flying out at 6am the next morning. However, the water was freezing cold when we were taking a shower at 11pm. The temperature only warmed up to luke warm, never did get too hot. The water temperature in the sink was also only luke warm, never got hot.

The hotel has alot of positives, the "on-demand" 24 hour shuttle to the airport, low cost, and comfort of the bed being the major advantages. The hotel has exterior corridors, which I was not expecting and in general try to stay away from. The room was clean enough (the carpet looks dubious though as others have pointed out), basic toiletries are included, […] and the staff is certainly pleasant enough. My only slight concern (and I will pass it on to management) is that as a single woman arriving at 1am I was a bit suprised that the receptionist stated out loud what room I was staying and that I was staying alone--when there was another gentleman standing right behind me. It made me a bit uncomfortable to know that this stranger now knew that I was alone in a specific room, and would be walking outside to that room in the exterior corridors away from any other individuals. Of course, nothing came of it and I'm sure the gentleman meant no harm, but it has been my experience that in those situations the standard practice is to write down the room number on a slip of paper and give it to the person with a casual "here's your room key and number" rather than say it out loud. 더 보기

no hot water!!!! worn and needing updating on inside.

the first room that we checked in at stains on the carpet in front of the door also on one bed spread that of course we wouldn't be using that bed but fortunately for us the tv did not work so we were able to change rooms and we received a newer room with new carpeting and new bed spreads and of course a working tv so who could complain well worth the […] price and by the way yes they had hot water and new shower and curtains the pool was cold but we enjoyed relaxing in the sun!!! 더 보기

The staff on duty at all times were very knoweledgable, especially the young man who checked us in. The rooms were satisfactory and the bed slept well according to everyone in our party. We reserved three rooms and were very thankful they were next to each other especially since the third reservation was made months after the first two. My only complaint is the water drizzled at the sink in my room I guess due to water pressure and the toliet would run like the one I have at home that is designed to save water. I don't expect much from a hotel, but hot water in the shower I do expect. I called the front desk and the gal said "oh yeah, we know theres a problem."... I sure wish she would have said something before we checked in...

I booked this room May 14th 2011based on two(2) principle criteria. 1) They took pets. 2) Shuttle to airport. Upon arrival, the guest service associate, Franklin was beyond nice and polite. From […] the paint and rotting wood to the carpets and air conditioners. The interior of the room was dingy with dirty stained walls and stained carpets. The shower head was electrical taped on with a non-functioning exhaust vent leaving the baseboard moldy. The air conditioning unit rattled so loud I considered putting myself in danger and sleep with the window open, not a good idea in that location. How this dump got more then one(1) star is beyond me.
