If you are a family that wants to be right down from Dorney Park, this is super close. Other than that, I don't have many nice things to report about my stay here. If you want a clean, peaceful night of sleep and are just staying in the area to visit family, stay somewhere else. This hotel is sandwiched between two highways (78 and 222) so highway noise […] is loud even with the tv on. There is also a modular house business behind the hotel so be prepared to wake up to loud noises from them including back up sirens from their machines. There is really no quiet part to this hotel. The phone in the room didn't work (was dead). The room was not clean (dusty/dingy in the corners) and there was a stain on the comforter. I will definitely not be staying here again. 더 보기

Loved the hotel.. used to stay there all the time. However this time my bathroom was dirty with someone elses hair in my shower.. it was gross..

Conveniently located right off the highway. We were traveling with children and the bizarre woman at the front desk that checked us in mentioned 3 times that she didn't want us staying in a room near "her neurosurgeon" that was staying at the hotel. My husband and sister-in-law were commenting on the way to our room that the hotel seemed to have been […] built by the lowest bidder. But it was an extremely windy night and the building didn't blow down, so I guess it was good enough. ;) The internet did not work at all during our entire stay. We even called the help line to try to get access and the connection just never worked. Pretty irritating. The breakfast is pretty good, but there was an enormous group of local (think crappy chain) restaurant employees congregating in the lobby all around the breakfast area. It got to the point that it was so crowded (and loud!) that we couldn't even get to the waffle making area, and we were just surrounded by this restaurant group. I ended up asking the man at the front desk if there was somewhere that the group could go. He said he thought they were waiting to get into a meeting room. I asked him if there was any way they could just open that room. Anyway, a minute or two later they must have opened the room because the group finally left. My point is- the entire stay felt pretty low-class and sub-par. 더 보기

Had a ton of work to accomplish in a few days- my hotel stay was wonderful. Quite nights to get rest- Helpful supportive staff who treated me w respect and kindness {rare these days}- watch out for the fitness center though- joints off of the pool area- humid , no ac and no drinking cups for water- ! Other than that - perfect !

Great price , tough location to drive in and out of a very confusing intersection at light near hotel. Room was fine , front desk was friendly and courteous. All in all great value.

Great hotel, new, close to the interstate. Rooms were large & very clean and well maintained. Hotel staff was very friendly. Hot tub was outstanding and the continental breakfast was ok.

The hotel room was nice, spacious, and comfy. My only complaint would be that the complimentary breakfast was unimpressive. Otherwise, I was completely satisfied and will definitely use the hotel again.

Drafty and noisy! The hotel doesn't have soundproofing and is not well insulated. My room's heat was turned off when I arrived and the bathroom floor was like ice.

The entrance off the highway needs to be marked and there should be lights or reflective paint for the long drive to the hotel - it is DARK!!! After reading the many positive reviews, I was a bit disheartened by the many small annoyances in the room. The AC unit made quite a racket when running, so much so that I had to keep it off at night. The toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet which made it unstable and uncomfortable. The desk chair was grossly dirty and I wound up putting a […] towel over it. The pillows were the most uncomfortable I have ever encountered--they were square and small and bulky, not something you could sink into. I wanted to like the place but these things were a turn-off. To top it off, someone across the hall from me had a small yippy dog--which had I known this hotel allowed pets--I definitely would not have booked it, since I'm allergic to dogs and cats. Decent hotel for the price, but needs some love and better front desk help...

There is a major highway that the hotel sits off of and you can hear the traffic at night. Other then that it was a very fast check in and check out, needed to change my date when leaving and it was done in a second.

Hotel was right off the interstate which was perfect for traveling through the area. Clean hotel and good breakfast got us on our way. I would stay there again if Im ever in the area.

First few nights I was there were ok. Room was somewhat quite co sidering proximity to highway and my room was cleaned daily. I needed to extend my stay two more nights and they moved me and my infant into a handicapped room that was literally falling apart. The shower rod was loose and the curtain dirty; the a/c unit was noisy and ineffective, the […] noise level In the room was significant due to being next to the road and my room was not cleaned in the two days I was there! Also, I had left a neck pillow in my previous room, which was found by staff and returned to me after I inquired about it three times.. I found it in my room during a time period when my "Don't disturb" sign was on the door!! I came out of the shower and found it on the bed!!!!!! The hotel staff was very supportive of the marathon crowd. I loved the course map that was on the lobby wall, and the extended check out time was helpful.

I've enjoyed my stay at wingate by wyndham the only problem I had there was the bed sheet had a spot of old blood on it. The place was clean and quiet and comfortable. Oh and the workout equipment is limited and the hot tub wasn't hot when I went to down to relax in it.

Hotel is located on a freeway, so noise is an issue. This hotel is also close to some theme parks and has a lot of families and children. Booking the room with Hotels.com gives you the handicapped room, which tends to be rented on a limited basis, and was a bit dirty.

The GOOD: The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was high quality and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Request for towels was handled immediately. The overall hotel was very nice looking. The room a/c unit was not keeping the room cool. Bedding had dried blood on it. Hotel is nicely located near alot of kid activities. Nice breakfast buffet.

this was agreat hotel for a fantastic price, very clean, fabulous breakfast included, right down the st from Dorney Pk, lots of restaurants within a mile or less, big rooms, we had 3 kids in ours with plenty of space and an indoor pool if it rains !

This hotel is situated near a quaint neighborhood and is easily accessible via major highways. You are greeted by a courteous and friendly staff and fresh baked cookies. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay at the Wingate by Wyndham in Allentown PA. We would stay here again.

Wow! Great place, would/will stay there again!

My wife, myself and our two kids stayed here while visiting Dorney Park. VERY conveniently located. A full breakfast was included, and it really was a 'full' breakfast. Eggs, meats, cereals, waffles, fruits, bagels/toast/muffins, plenty of juice, etc. There was no lunch or dinner restaurant in the hotel (and therefore no room service) but there are […] TONS of local restaurants locally, many of which will deliver right to your room. The hotel is near-new and VERY clean. The indoor pool was a backup in case the weather prevented us from visiting Dorney, and it was clean w/o the overwhelming stench of chlorine. Free internet, cable tv (w/HBO), and conveniently located vending and ice machines made this place a perfect match for us. 더 보기

We were here for five days (four nights), it was chosen because its proximity to Dorney Park, and was a good decision. Hotel ammenities were very acceptable, the pool was clean and big enough; has a whirlpool and a little gym. Breakfast is included and was buffet, which my kids loved. I had free access to the business center (with two computers, printer […] and fax).
