We were please with the stay but the front house stay were "just okay" . As we checked out on Sunday the front desk gentleman was not very good. First, we asked him(only has been with the company @ 7 weeks)to split our bill but he said that this was not possible then when we asked to place our Holiday Inn Points to our card this seemed like too much […] trouble to the point where he actually stopped checking us out and checked another person behind us then returned to us. His manager/supervisor(female) was there next to him but never offered to help us/him. The hotel restaurant was a little slow.. 더 보기

Very nice room, I will stay again when in the area. Everything you will need from restaurants like Bonefish and the Broken Egg. to stores like Publix, Bed Bath& Beyond & Target are across the street or near by, as well as many other resturants and stores. The pool was clean and very well maintained and the staff very friendly and helpful.

My husband and i just wanted a short get away...we never expected a 5 star feel would come back especially for spring ray baseball game

Hotel was very clean, restaurant was OK, alligator in the pond was cool.

This is a very nice property with an attentive and pleasnt staff. There restaurant is particularly good fare although they have no service after 10pm and 9pm on Sunday.

We were very happy with the hotel. The staff took the time to give us a few maps and show us how to get to all the sights. They gave us a lot of very useful tips. The whole place was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice Hotel - Alamo Restaurant was slow but had some really good food.

This was the best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. Great decor, sort of fantasy and retro combined. Most hotels are so boring. Even the bath room was interesting in decor and very clean . The bed was super and I have a bad back and had no problems sleeping. Breakfast was excellent, got eggs cooked the way I like them and had tons of choices. This hotel had very comfortable beds. The restaurant had very reasonable prices and the food was very good. The pool was not clean. There were children in the room above us and they were very loud and running/stomping across the floor. But overall it was a nice hotel and the rooms were very clean.

Looked better online as if it was newer or updated, but once there it looked like a bit of an older hotel that was somewhat refurbed at some point. The bathroom gave me this impression with the layout and shower that seemed old school. They did let us check in early and a late check out as well. We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Lakewood Ranch. The bed was very comfortable and the decoration trendy. The staff were very helpful. The only minus thing was we thought the hotel was a lot more closer to Siesta Keys (should have looked it up closely). Ended up extending our reservation at this place and had a good time :)

The beds were comfortable, with firm and soft pillows to chose from. The decor of the room was nice. This hotel is new and innovative and we loved the room layout! The pool and jacuzzi was nice and well kept. The staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again!

I recently spent a night at the Holiday Inn Lakewood Ranch for a friend's wedding in Sarasota. I couldn't have asked for more! You can tell that the hotel has been renovated because the rooms are all brand new with a contemporary feel to them. The bed was super comfortable and overall the room was very spacious. It was a pleasant experience. The hotel was right off highway and easy to find. The staff was nice and the room was comfortable. Check out was a breeze. If I ever go back to Sarasota I will stay in this same hote.

This is a great place to stay, like new with a very courteous staff. Great location and close to a lot of shopping and places to eat. Most stores and even the convenience stores and drugstores like Walgreens do close at around 9...my daughter got sick and had to drive all the way into Sarasota to get some peto...drive to beach is about 20 min. max. […] Didn't eat at restaurant, but seemed nice. The room was nice. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The only down side was that it had an HD tv but lacked HD service didnt make sense.

I choose this hotel because online it stated it had a resturant and a bar. I always choose a hotel with a resturant/bar. We were very tired when we arrived. The resturant and bar was closed early. And there was nothing opened around the hotel. There were many people that came in before and after us with the same complaint. This is a very nice, classy hotel with a beautiful lobby, friendly and helpful staff, and modern, comfortable rooms. I truly could not have been happier.

This was by far the nicest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. Every staff member was smiling and polite, regardless of the time of day or night. The hotel in general and my room was well maintained and clean. I didn't use the pool or work out facilities, so I can't say how those are. I haved stayed twice at this hotel and the staff have always ben really nice, the room was clean; the bed too me was a little lumpy but, I am use to sleeping on really firm beds.

Again, I've stayed here 3 times, it is comfortable and staff is very helpful. Will be staying again, soon.

I loved the location of this hotel and the sunrise over the lake in the morning was just beautiful and relaxing! Shopping center is within walking distance. My only negative feedback is that our room was warm and humid when we got there and it took over 4 hours to cool down. By then it was 10:30 PM. I couldn't sleep until it reached a comfortable temperature […] in the room. I even had maintenance come make sure the AC was working properly and he assured me it was. This is a GREAT hotel! We booked the hotel for the price even though we wanted to be closer to the beach. It didn't matter once we got there because the beach was just a few minutes away by car anyway. The hotel was very clean and new. From the website information, having never been there before, I was led to believe it was closer to downtown Sarasota (historic district). It read "less than one mile to downtown shops and restaurants", downtown Lakewood is what they meant. It was a 20 min drive to where we needed to be. We stayed here because some friends had recommended it. We're so glad we followed their advice! It was very contemporary for a Holiday Inn, the service was excellent at the front reception, and the room was outstanding. It was nice and quiet, very pleasant. We'll definitely be back!

Super Hotel : chambre spacieuse (2 grands lits + 1 canapé-lit=5 pers), confortable, calme avec breakfast très copieux, et < 5 mn des parc Universal d'Orlando, le tout pour un prix raisonnable

Alternative zu überteuerten Unterkünften auf Annamaria Island etc. Liegt etwas ausserhalb von Sarasota an der I75, von der aber wenig zu hören ist. In der Region Lakewood Ranch haben sich um das Hotel mehrere Restaurants und ein Publix angesiedelt. Sarasota, Bradenton sowie Annamaria Island, Longboat Key oder Siesta Key sind dennoch innerhalb 15 - 30 […] Minuten zu erreichen. Der Pool und ein Spa sind zu einem schönen See hin gelegen, die Zimmer sind neu, sauber und geräumig. Was stört sind die hellhörigen Wände / Decken, dies scheint aber ein allgemeines Problem bei der Fertibauweise in den USA zu sein. 더 보기
