The late night staff was not friendly at all. When I entered the main entrance after a night out, the staff never spoke or acknowledged me. Very unprofessional. No, I had not been drinking.

it was a GREAT experience for my family. The room was very clean and looked just like the pictures on the webiste. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the pool because the time we were available to get in the pool, the pool was being cleaned and it was a short stay for us. Our weekend stay at La Quinta was a wonderful one. The room was very clean and spacious. Our morning breakfast was satisfying. We were able to choose from many restaurants and were able to shop in numerous locations in the area. My only criticism is that the pool had too much chlorine in it and was harsh on our eyes.

Customer service was friendly and accommodating. I forgot to pack tooth paste and they had complimentary tubes that I was able to get from the front desk. Room was nice and clean. Two beds were queen size with comfy pillows. Flat screen TV with all the cable channels including Disney and Nick plus HBO. Mini Fridge came with the room along with coffee […] maker. Free Wifi included in the hotel stay. Small couch and desk. The room was very reasonably priced. The pool was a little small but it wasn't crowded so it wasn't a problem. Great hotel for the price. Room was large and was clean. Ask to stay on the second floor b/c first floor was loud in the morning when people were leaving. Request a room on the opposite side of Culver's b/c the lights from the restaurant were very bright through the night.

The I-80/Hilliard interchange is the land of chain motels; they're all there making the LaQuinta one of many. What distinguishes the LaQuinta from some of the others is the larger rooms, the comfortable beds, and the fact that it still has the feel of a new hotel. Which is nice.

Close to walmart, movie theatre within walking distance, and restraunts across the parking lot would stay there again

room was good overall. bathtub was a little dirty and shower curtain had mold.

The room was lovely and spotless, with very nice appointments. We payed a lot less for this room than our friends did at hotels on the same block, and ours included breakfast which theirs did not. This room was also nicer, larger, and less expensive than the one at a different chain that we stayed at the next night. A very good deal.

We stayed at this hotel while in town for marathon weekend. During our stay we also visited the Columbus zoo and COSI in the two days before the race. We have two small children and the rooms were more than spacious enough. The pool was a bit small, but the water was warm and we had it to ourselves both nights. The fitness room is mysteriously lacking […] a treadmill, but does have a bike and an eliptical. Breakfast was average and the rooms were pretty quiet from outside noise. The biggest plusses for this hotel were the price (very reasonable) and the location. It's right off of the highway into downtown so it made our travel plans in and out of the city very easy. The room was clean and spacious, but the heater didn,t work and it was a cold night and not enough beding. We couldn't wait to get out of there.

Reservation was as advertised. Got a room right next to the pool. Nice smallish pool but no whirlpool. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were noisy. We were on 1st floor and the foot traffic upstairs was like thunder. Hotel was 100% smoke free, but they do admit pets. I saw several dogs coming and going. We checked in around 9:30pm, our room had a spider in the tub/shower and a spider web in the room. And we had to listen to the extremely loud noise all night - apparently our room was right next to the fan/exhaust system for the entire hotel, so it ran all night long, I never slept a wink. This hotel is outstanding! The rooms are spacious, extremely clean,the staff friendly and helpful and the grounds were well cared for. The location is close to shopping, eateries, movie theatre and almost anything one could want. If you wish to stay in this area, choose this hotel. Hotel very nice. Comfortable beds and large rooms. Would stay again.

We have stayed in the Columbus West area many, many times, but the crime in this area surrounding the hotel has worsened. The hotel was robbed a week before we arrived. A hooded gunman came after the service workers. Cars are broken in on a regular basis. We were advised to park only in front of building. Stay away from room #109 - ice machine across hall - when dispensing, sounded like it was filling your pillow - Room OK, breakfast approximated food, better food close by.

First time I ever stayed at this hotel chain. Rooms were very clean and this particular hotel was in a great location for restaurants and stores.

I always search for hotels that have the best customer rating, no matter how many stars they are. This hotel was inexpensive and had great ratings. It was right off the interstate which made it a convenient location. The breakfast room and bedrooms were really clean and really nice. I'd love to stay here again.

It was several minutes before I was greeted by the front desk employee who never even apologized for making me wait, nor did she ever smile or attempt to look at or speak to me. She never even greeted/welcomed me. The fan in the bathroom did not work, and the doors slam loudly every time someone goes in or out of their room. The room smelled strongly […] of fresh paint and the sheets had a very strong "perfumy" scent. Bathroom lock doesn't work. A/c doesn't work. Called frontdesk ..no response. Complained in the morning...She just said sorry. Never recomend to anyone.

This was a nice hotel. We did have trouble with guests across the hall who allowed their children to run up and down the hall until 11:30 pm. When they disregarded our request to settle down, I called management and they took care of the problem right away. We enjoyed our stay.

Very pleasantly surprised by my first stay at a La Quinta. We stayed here for an event in Columbus and we also did a Christmas dinner with my parents and brother's family from PA. He frequents LQ due to his job so we all agreed to stay together. Not really sure what to expect, I was very pleasantly surprised with the over-all experience. We had a last minute need to bring our dog, and when I informed the front desk, they didn't even raise an eyebrow as it was no problem what so ever. Room was clean and comfortable.
