This was a very nice hotel. I stayed in a suite which had a view of the marina. Had a small kitchenette, great decor, comfortable bed, very modern, and most importantly, very clean. Close to Port Lucaya and the beach. The only recommendation is for their front desk to be a little bit more cordial. I didn't get a greeting nor "How was your stay"? The hotel is old and shows it age. Room lighting is poor and our room is in need of an upgrade. The floors, wood trip, bathroom have experienced a lot of wear. The breakfast buffet was OK but dull. It did not change from day to day. The Lycaya area of Freeport has seen better days. The recession has profoundly impacted the area. Most of the stores […] and shops are centered on tourists from cruise boats who descend on the area periodically. You do not need more than a day to see the area. It is a good place for diving and other water based activities, weather permitting. 더 보기

Very nice hotel - rooms decorated nicely. Lovely pools and atmosphere. The hotel clerk even upgraded us to a State Room due to the bad weather we experienced the day before. We would definitely come back to this hotel resort and strongly recommend it.

No hot water. I had breakfast and there was egg shells in the scrambled eggs

The resort looked very nice and our waterside suite on the 3rd floor had a fantastic view over the sea. Even though the suite looked very ok in itself the bedroom was very dusty including the shelfes in the living room. There was also no ventilation in te bathroom wich made it very uncomfortable after showering. The resort is located very close to […] the marketplace were you can buy everything from jewellery, watches to souvenirs and food. A lot of restaurants n the area but te Shabor restaurant at the Pelican Bay resort can be recommended if you are not to obsessed with first class service. Food is very good here. The complimentary continental breakfast was fantastic and we also receved fresh pastry on the door ever morning at 06.30 am. All in all a nice place but cleanliness and service could be better. 더 보기

We were very disapointed in our stay . We were not given the room we had booked and they would not move us. The empolyees were not helpful. Iwould never go back to this hotel or the Bahamas ever again

Very nice accomodations and perfect location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept with a little wear and tear but nothing that diminishes the stay. Will stay there again.

This was a cute little gem of a hotel...it's actually large but felt cozy because of the layout. I stayed in a suite which was really large and had a great private balcony overlooking the bay - was so nice to just chill out there with the sun and palm trees. The pool and restaurant/bar area was also very nice, right on the water. There's also a path […] from there directly into the market area which is a fun place to explore for restaurants and shops (Sabor, the hotel's restaurant was actually really goodo though too, I think the best meal I had during my stay - beware though that service is on the slow side everywhere on the island - plan at least 2 hours for meals). And the hotel was located next to Unexso, literally! Couldn't have been closer! Everything was wonderful, would definitely stay here again! 더 보기

Basically the entire city of Freeport is within walking distance of about 10 minutes, including beautiful beaches. They gave us two vouchers for two free drinks at a nearby restaurant/bar. The pool bar was an infinity pool and basically deserted, every time we went we had it to ourselves (mid-October). As far as I can tell, every single room had a […] bay-view balcony with walls between each balcony for privacy. It is in a wonderful location however the rooms are nice enough just to stay in there for the whole weekend.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially during check in. Everyone on the grounds always had a smile and said "Hello" or "Good Morning". The room was OK. I had a "Water View" king room. The mini-blinds were broken and could not be raised/lowered. The curtains were worn and would not close completely. The bathroom was small and lacked […] counter/sink space for toiletries. There was some mold on the tub and walls. Housekeeping asks that you place the laminated "Please change my sheets card" on the bed, otherwise they will just make the bed daily. Location is great; you're less than a 5 minute walk from the Lucaya Marketplace with plenty of shopping, restaurant and bar choices. Hotel has three pools; all very clean. Wi-fi was pay for use, as with many large hotels/resorts, but free internet is available in the business center. There is no additional charge for parking or for the continental breakfast. 더 보기

Very nice. Close to everything (market, dining. The beach is 5 minutes walking from the hotel or you can get the shuttle boat that take you to Taino Beach. The island is beautiful!!!!!

Wir hatten Suite 331 wunderbar ausgestattet und perfekt und ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf die Marina. In der Woche vor Weihnachten waren nur wenige aber sehr freundliche andere Gäste zu sehen. Das Personal durchgewegs freundlich und sehr umgänglich. Sabors (Bar/Restaurant) mit perfekter Küche und wunderbaren Drinks zu fast jeder Tageszeit. In der Weihnachtswoche […] dann der Ansturm von sehr lauten, durchwegs unfreundlichen Frühstücksbuffet-Abräumern, trotzdem waren die beiden Pools an der Rückseite des Hotels immer noch kaum benutzt und daher sehr empfehlenswert. Taino Beach und Lucaya Beach waren toll für die morgendlichen/abendlichen Strandläufe, tagsüber waren wir zumeist mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs und haben daher Lucaya Marketplace und die Umgebung des Our Lucaya Resorts nur Abends erlebt. Kitschig schön weihnachtlich beleuchtet mit netten kleinen Läden und durchwegs guten Restaurants. Abseits von Lucaya bemerkt man derzeit die fehlenden amerikanischen Investitionen und immer noch die Nachwirkungen der Hurrikans in 2004/2005. Alles in Allem ein gelungener, entspannender Urlaub in einem sehr guten Hotel wenn man nicht mit der Masse schwimmen will. 더 보기

Hotellet er godt med restaurant, to swimmingpools, en spa pool, og gode værelser. Det ligger tæt på markedspladsen, der er dog ikke meget mere at se på. Hotellet har en aftale om gratis vandtaxi til Taino beach der sejler en gang i timen, man kan dog også bruge stranden, men ikke ligge stolene ved Radison hotellet, der er ca 300 m. derover. Her var det ren luksus syns jeg. Hotellområdet var helt nydelig, med mange bassenger, boblebad, palmer, utsikt over sjøen osv. Hotellrommene var rene og sengene var de mykeste hotellsengene jeg noen gang har hatt. Vi fikk til og med ekte dyne. Jeg sov utrolig godt hele ferien. Toalettartiklene som var inkludert var også veldig gode. vi fikk både sjampoo, […] balsam, body wash, body lotion og aloevera såpe. Det var gratis båt til Taino beach fra hotellet som gikk en gang i timen helt til klokken 23, gratis internett og gratis strandhåndkler. et helt ypperlig hotell spør du meg! det eneste som var negativt var at vi måtte vente i en og en halv time for å få hotellrommet da vi kom, men de gjorde opp for seg med at vi fikk beholde det 2 timer ekstra den dagen vi skulle reise. 더 보기
