Great location. Free internet is always a plus. Decent breakfast buffet and service. Rather small room. Lots of noise from street and hallways overnight.

This is a great hotel and the staff were always helpful beyond what we experienced in other hotels. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was not up to the task in the warm weather. Otherwise, great value and close to all the main attractions.

The best thing about this hotel is its location - right in the old town. The level of service at the front desk was excellent but there was NO service at the breakfast. Guests were not greeted, used plates were not cleared and the waitress seemed to hide in the kitchen. We visited Krakow for several days and wanted a hotel near the Old Square. Amadeus is in a great location two blocks from the square but without the square's noise. The staff was great and were very helpful on several occasions. Our only concern (and has been a concern with virtually all eastern/central European hotels we've stayed in), is that the […] air conditioning is inadequate on hot days. We've stayed in nice (not great) hotels in St. Petersburg, Warsaw, Krakow, and Prague. All had poor or virtually non-existent air conditioning on hot days. And, for whatever reasons, we've had quite a few hot days on our visits to those cities. I can definitely recommend the Amadeus, but I'm not sure I would want to stay there during a heat wave. 더 보기

a lovely little hotel, nice staff, perfect location, clean and friendly.

The location was excellent, with a very well informed staff at the desk. The room was nice, with a lovely remodeled bathroom. The airconditioner did not get cool enough, and the weather was hot during our stay. The only complaint we had was not being able to serve our own coffee at breakfast. We had to rely on the one server to retrieve it from the […] kitchen. When she got busy with other guests, we had to wait a long time to get a second cup of coffee. The second day I asked for two cups of coffee to begin breakfast, but only received one cup. It was frustrating. 더 보기

We have two complaints about this hotel. 1. We were given a corner attic bedroom. The ceiling was so low I couldn't stand upright in most of the floor area of the room including the bathroom. Neither of the twin beds had a reading light as the bedheads were at the eaves of the roof. The room was unsuitable for adults. I requested a change of room immediately […] but was told there was none available. The following day we were allocated a room on the first floor in the front of the hotel. 2. This room was directly opposite a nightclub and loud music and talking continued until after 2am. At checkout I requested a refund of the cost of our first night's accomodation but was refused. 더 보기

A great location for walkingaround town but beware of the noise at night if you like your windows open when you sleep.

Very good location, 5 minutes walking from the Main Square where you find many restaurants, gift shops and so on. Very attentive staff and all of them speak very good english, I recommend this hotel to all who want to enjoy the one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

my wife and i stayed at the Amadeus april 2011 ,we found the staff on reception second to none, hotel was spotless .The only place for any improvment was possibly the hot Breakfast.But over all i would highly recomend this hotel to anyone .I would certainly go back to this hotel when visiting Krakow again. We were a couple travelling to see the old town of Krakow. Our experience of the Amadeus hotel was positive. Very helpful staff and overall high level of the hotel, despite only 20+ rooms. Very nice resturant in hard to bet romantic surrondings. The hotel location was a perfect 2 minutes walk from the old town square and all attractions. The cleaning […] of the room was perfect. The only thing to remark for our room 202 is that it was not very ventilated. We vented by opening the windows when suited, but by night, the sound from the below street made us close the windows during sleep. Excellent food from the restaurant, good quality rooms. Location ideally situated for the city centre and the local train/bus/tram services. Would recommend to any wanting to go to Krakow. Certainly would use next time I go.

My friend & ienjoyed our stay and found the Amedeus Hotel very central, clean & tidy. It was very noisy all through the night made worse by having to have the window open all night due to the unusually mild weather for October/November. One of the drawbacks of being so central. Overall a nice stay.

Excellent location for the centre being only a 3 miunte walk away and only a 10 minute walk to the railway station. Rooms comfortable and well maintained, breakfast very good and staff very friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

Located near the old town square, the Amadeus Hotel was comfortable, served a great breakfast and had excellent staff.

The Hotel Amadeus in Krakow is top class,food very nice,friendly and helpful staff,close to the main square. Krakow is well worth a visit.

Amadeus Hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of old town Krakow, and is about 2 blocks from the Rynek Square - a lively and lovely area. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is our second stay @ the Amadeus and this time we brought along 20 friends. All agreed that this was an excellent hotel whose staff provided superior service. Location is great as it is just 2 blocks from the main square. Breakfast was very good. You can't go wrong with the Amadeus.

Location of the Amadeus was fine, near the center city of the Old Town. My review stands as stated above. Our initial stay the first few days at the Holicay Inn was preferred.

We have been in Krakow several times over the past few years and thankfully I found this gem on Hotels.com. The location is excellent as you are only one block from the market square in old town, but just far enough away from the noise. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and tries their best to make you happy. In fact, we stayed with family for the majority of our stay in Poland, but returned earlier than expected to the Amadeus so we could indulge in a large comfortable bed and fabulous shower before our flight home. We are already planning our next trip to this fabulous hotel. The highlights of this hotel for us were the friendly staff, who were always wanting to help with any queries we had ... the great food ... and the fantastic location. The staff gave us a great overview of our location, and suggested trips for us, which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. We booked […] in for breakfast, and loved the food in the mornings, and the breakfast staff were really nice too. The location could not have been any better ... shuttle bus from airport to train station ... one stop on the train, and we even walked to the hotel from the station ... Aswell as that the hotel is very close to the main square with lots of restaurants & bars, and shopping too. We loved this trip from start to finish ... and we will definitely come back to Amadeus, and we highly recommend it. A very romantic place too ! 더 보기

Good things come in little packages and the Amadeus is no exception. Ideally situated just off the main square in Kracow this hotel has great character, the staff are helpful and friendly and the hotel itself is spotless and the food excellent. We spent three nights at this hotel during July and would not hesitate to do so again.

The Amadeus is located near Market Square. Close to everything you would want to see in Krakow. The room was comfortable, very large by European standards. The staff was attentive and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. We will stay there next summer(2010).

The hotel is located 2 blocks from the Market Square in the old city of Krakow. There is a lot of life both at night and during the day in the area. You are about a 10 minute walk from everything that you might want to see. This is a good quality hotel with extremely attentive staff. It is very well located off the main square which was a major factor for us when we booked. Staff were very pleased to arrange trips, taxi's etc. We booked both the Auschwitz trip and the Salt Mine through the Hotel. The Auschwitz trip was in a small group on a minibus and was excellently […] provided. The Salt Mine trip was arranged with Crakow Tours which was more of a mass operation involving numerous pick-up's and changing of coaches. The Hotel did however offer a more expensive trip to the Salt Mines that was for just a few people. This is a small hotel with only 22 rooms and there was only partial occupation in mid-week in late May when we stayed, so if you are looking for a large, vibrant and active hotel this would not be your choice. However, as a good quality base it is ideal and we had a good room with a good bathroom. The breakfast quality was good but the choice was much less than you would normally find with buffet breakfasts in larger hotels. We ate once in the restaurant and whilst it was very good, it was also quite empty most times we looked and lacked a little atmosphere as a result. This might be different at weekendsor in busy periods. We did eat at the Cul-de-Sac restaurant in Hotel Grodek one evening. Again quiet but the meal was superb and very inexpensive. 더 보기

Vi hadde et fint opphold i krakow romjulen 2011. Ble møtt av hyggelige betjening med en gang vi ankom hotell Amadeus. Rommet var koselig og rent. Gode senger og fint bad. Vannkoker og kaffe på rommet og en minibar med hyggelige priser. Vi var fornøyd med frokosten. Spiste middag på hotellet den kvelden vi kom. Middagen og servicen var veldig bra. Super hotel, med en suveræn beliggenhed tæt ved Krakow's hovedbanegård. Beliggenheden med få 100. meters afstand til byen centrale plads, og stort udvalg af spændende spisesteder, fås ikke bedre. Ett mysigt hotell, bra läge, nära till gamla stan, köpcenter, sevärdheter, restauranger, barer osv. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. God mat i restaurangen och helt okej frukost. Rekomenderar detta hotell.

Rigtig fint hotel, som ligger centralt og tæt på alle seværdigheder. Man skal dog ikke vælge hotellet hvis man ønsker en fantastisk morgen buffet.

Hotel Amadeus ligger sentralt til, og er et fint hotel med koselige store rom. Vi ble anbefalt hotellet av kjente, og det svarte absolutt til forventningene. God mat, topp service og hjelpsom betjening.

Hyggelig og serviceminded betjening, yter maksimal service hele tiden som den største selvfølge. Rent hotel. God frokost. Sentral beliggenhet, midt i smørøyet.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold på Amadeus. Suiten var stor, flot indrettet og ren. Vi fik en glimrende og professionel service. Restauranten tilknyttet til hotellet serverede lækker mad til en fair pris. Eneste minus var, at vi ikke kunne få det trådløse netværk til at virke.
