Best night sleep I had on my vacation - wish we stayed longer! Hotel was nice, beds VERY comfortable. We stayed enroute to our destination, close to BWI.

Great room at BWI location but the air conditon was pre set and I could not change it so my room was to warm.

Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Had a very early flight out the next morning - the hotel allowed us to leave our vehicle at the hotel at no charge instead of taking to long term airport parking. We were only out of town one night, but called when we arrived back at BWI and the shuttle picked us up and brought us to our vehicle.

Front desk was very perky and helpful. The hotel was physically comforting - it would have been nice to have enough time to hang out by the fireplace, but we were only there overnight. The room had a fridge and microwave - nice touch. Missed using the pool - it looked great. The room was strangly static - y --- very dry. The hotel is in the heart of the hotel district and was relatively easy to find. Some downsides -there was an unpleasant odor in the lobby/first floor area, the spa was broken, the pool water was cold, and there is not a free continental breakfast. I spent the Christmas eve. at BWI Hilton Garden Inn, the rooms were clean and specious and the staff were friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in Baltimore.

my room was spacious and very clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating of my requests for this or that. The food was decent in the hotel restaurant. The pay-per-view was not working the night I was there, so the manager made concessions on my behalf, which I really appreciated. We stayed for 4 nights, the staff was wonderful! The full breakfast every morning was a welcome and delicious amenity. My husband and I were very comfortable and would stay there again. We'd recommend the property to anyone who is looking for a clean, comfortable room.

Got a great room at a really good rate and very close to downtown (5 miles) - which worked out very well for me. Very clean and new hotel.

I had a good stay at the HGI. It's easy to get to from BWI and it's near a few restaurants & a movie theater. Can't ask for much more when it comes to in & out business travel. I'd stay again. However, the one glaring weakness had to be the pillows. They were rock hard, square in shape and my neck is still sore a few days after my night's stay. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night because we wanted to be close to the airport for an international flight the next day. We arrived late due to a family emergency, and although the room was paid for, we were told that it would only be held until midnight. That was another stressor for us that was not needed. Perhaps that policy should […] be examined. My rate was non-refundable, so it should not have mattered when I got there for the few hours that I needed to sleep. My other issue was the fact that I stood at the desk for several minutes before anyone even acknowleded me. However, the check in was quick when they eventually got to me. My last issue was the fact that the room had poorly "updated" decor and the air conditioner sounded like a jet engine each time it came on. So needless to say, it was not the best few hours of sleep for the night. Overall, I think there are better hotels, right there in the same complex, that are better for the money. The bed was uncomforable, lumpy.

We were very pleased that we could let our vehicle parked at the hotel while we were away. Even though there was a charge, we felt it was much safer in the hotel lot than in the lot at the airport. Also, both gentlemen that took us to and from the airport were very, very nice and helped us with our baggage. The Hilton Garden Inn is conveniently located close to BWI. The king sized bed was comfortable. The television was smaller than you may expect for a room that size but the channel selection was good. There was a fine assortment of Neutrogena products available in the restroom. The desk was located close to the window to take advantage of natural light […] and was outfitted with complimentary wired and wireless internet. The only complaint that I had about my room is that my closet door would not open so I did not have access to or know if there were hangers or an iron and ironing board. Great Hotel, really clean, fast service, large rooms and free shuttle to the airport every half hour....very pleasant stay, will stay again and recommend to others.

unable to sleep it was like laying your head on rocks.

The hotel is very nice looking, but when I stay at a hotel I expect my rooms to be spotless as do most guests. I found a hair on the bed pillow and a stain on the sheet, I had to call twice to have the sheets changed. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. Overall its a nice hotel for the money.

This was definately one of the best airport oriented hotels we've experienced. The service was top notch, the hotel common areas and rooms were very clean and well layed out. The shuttle sevice between the hotel to the ariport was puntual; even at midnight when our plane arrived. The Hilton Garden Inn is in a business district. The rooms were clean, neat and we really liked the adjustable firmness on the bed. One room was chilly but we switched rooms and the thermostat worked fine in the 2nd room. Breakfast buffet was very good and about what you'd expect to pay for a full breakfast. The pool & hot tub were clean and staffed […] with a lifeguard, though it doesn't open till 5PM during the week and 10AM on the weekends. Not much to do close by other than a couple of chain restaurants & movie theater. But if you are willing to drive a few miles, the hotel staff is very helpful and has great ideas for fun things to do. 더 보기

My rate included breakfast. The breakfast was the best we had compared to other hotels. Very polite staff and great rooms

Can't complain about the room at all, everything was great. It was New Years Eve and very convenient to restaurants, a block up the street. This is now a favorite location for me.

Hotel was good, except that the temperature of the room could not be adjusted. The thermostat showed the room was 72, but we found it uncomfortably warm so ran the thermostat down to 65 but the temperature remained at "72", but still felt much warmer in the room all night. Very uncomfortable sleeping. Other than that, it was fine

PROS 1. The hotel was in very good condition and the staff was friendly. 2. The hotel also has Free Park N Fly which was very convenient for passangers flying out of the local airports. CONS 1. The room was very hot upon arrival. We turned the air conditioning on to 68 degrees in December and had to leave it on all night causing the temps to fluctuate […] between hot and cold. 2. The temperature problem was exacerbated by some sort of fleece mattress pad that was on both beds which caused discomfort to all guests in the room. 3. One mattress was extremely hard while the other was extremely soft. We attempted to adjust the firmness by using the dial on each bed with no improvement. 4. The pillows were not comfortable at all. 5. Tub was dirty and the sink was cracked.. 6. Shower curtain rod was broken and the shower head was broken causing water to spray out behind the shower head. The water sprayed over the curtain and on to the floor We would have asked for a new room had we been staying longer than 1 night. 더 보기

Super hotel, liked the atmosphere, comfort, great front area at entrance, fire place and good breakfast area. would definitely stay there again.

I needed a quick place to stay over between trips, by the airport. I always find this Hilton to meet my needs. Clean, conveniently close to the airport, great staff!

This is right next door to the Wingate, which we stayed at last year. We thought we would try the Hilton this time because it had a pool, but we never got to use it anyway. The hotel is super clean and quiet but in comparing the 2 - I would stay at the Wingate again, only because of the free breakfast, which was awesome and made me feel like I had paid […] very little for the room. One other thing that bothered me about the Hilton, they advertise flat screen tvs which I would think was an upgrade from Wingates standard tubes, but the resolution and color was so bad it was hard to watch. Everything was GREAT! Rooms were clean and comfortable, which was a relief when you have been travelling all day and are tired! Rates were very reasonable. Hotel staff was very professional, friendly, and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this hotel! Convenient location.

Stayed at this hotel while attending The Rally to Restore Sanity in D.C. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff however were uninformed, clueless, and frustrating to deal with with regard to hotel shuttle services. Stranded at Amtrak station on both nights.

This hotel which is considered only a 2.5 star is more like a full Hilton Hotel with all the bells and whistles. Free Airport Shuttle, breakfast on premises, free coffee all morning and complimentary newspapers. It is all delivered with a smile and an offer for more. This is why writing a review for Hilton Garden is so easy. We had an issue with some […] teenagers or young adults drinking and being disruptive to the guests, but they dispensed it with class and kept the guests informed during the entire time. Apologies were issued from the night manager as well as the day person. Those things happen and it is how they are handled that makes the difference. This is my first stay at Hilton Garden and I am definitely impressed. In a nutshell...Great staff, good food, friendly, outstanding facility and just a stones throw from the airport. The air conditioner was outdated and when it cycled, it made as much noise as a plane taking off. The mattress was dirty. I tried to adjust the evolution bed and the pad around the control was almost black! Very uncomfortable and one of the worst nights in a hotel in a long time.
