Very nice , room very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast very good, would stay here again.

Was a great location for our destination - the Creation Museum, just about 10 minutes away. Got a great room for a great price. No complaints. And even though it's close to the airport, there was no airplane noise that bothered us. Our 2 boys were excited when we found the airplane viewing area just a couple miles from the hotel.

I stayed there when it was brand new. It needs and I understand will soon get some remodeling. Worn carpets, the usual necessary things to keep people coming back. The staff members bend over backward to accomodate.

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant! The rooms and overall cleanliness was great! The only negative thing I have to say is the sink in the bathroom was really backed up and slow to drain. Stayed here for business...the room and hotel was very clean and comfortable...nice ammenities, with the indoor pool/hot tub..and fitness room. The free breakfast was great as well....lots of choices, liked the fact they offered healthy choices as well as the usual waffles, biscuits/gravy etc. They have fresh fruit, oatmeal, yogurt..as well. Great staff service. Very good continental breakfast. Only thing is the room decor and bedding a little bit dated (not a big deal). It was clean and comfie. The savings on lift tickets makes it extra worthwhile.

Excellent accommodations at a great price. The staff were friendly and very service oriented. I was able to easily connect to the internet at no cost. Has a business center, indoor heated pool (a little cold for my liking), hot tub and fitness center (elliptical, 2 treadmills, bike, weight bench) close to the main office. All rooms contain a refrigerator […] and microwave. Hot breakfast with waffles and oatmeal served daily in addition to other rotating hot menu items. Biscuits and gravy was served during our stay. Fresh fruit, yogurt, and a variety of breads were also served. A variety of restaurants available at the next exit, but none within walking distance or around this exit that I saw. Overal quolity/price ratio good. There are not much around and hotel shuttle is available for airport transportation only. Proximity to airport is convenient.

Hotel was clean and staff was courteous and helpful. The only down fall was the phone in the room was completely so no wake up call was available and the picture on the TV was blured and colors were off, but other than that it was a good stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Our rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Our Breakfest was very nice. We stayed over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Our biggest disappointment was that the pool area was under construction. We wanted a hotel with a pool because we had the grandchildren from WI with us. Of course we wanted a pool. When booking this hotel, I asked for adjoining rooms since I was traveling with three adults and two teenage boys. Upon arriving, the rooms where on separate floors. We finally managed to get two rooms on the same floor but not close together. I would have booked with a different hotel had I known that this one was not going to honor the request.

We were really impressed with our stay at this Country Inn. We did not expect to have such a large room with two televisions! The staff were very nice and the rooms very clean. We will definately stay again when we have to be in the area again!

Over all very positive place. They don't have great internet service. The first night it was down the whole evening and then you have to jump through some hoops to get it to work. Not very freindly...also their business center was lacking. The printer didn't work and the computers were old and not maintained. The super friendly staff, and CLEAN environment more than make up for the threadbare carpet. If I had to chose again, we'd return to this place. Clean is clean even if some items are a bit dated to anyone Clean and friendly can't be beat. The suite for the whole family to stay was great! Front desk was very friendly when we arrived. Room was clean and well stocked but smelled like 'clean' mildew. Two queen beds were more like full beds. Wifi was very disappointing. The hotel is very conveniently located to a lot of shopping and restaurants, as well as downtown Cincinnati. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is in good condition. Would definitely stay there again.

Hallway had that smell of a 'smoking room' as did the room itself to a certain extent. Other than that our stay was great, breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly!!!

My seventh time in the city for a yearly conference and the first time I've chosen Country Inn & Suites. It was wonderful! Will definitely stay there next year. Homey feel, fantastic free breakfasts, nice pool and hot tub, clean spacious rooms, and gracious staff. Thanks!

I was very impressed with this hotel. They staff was great. The room was large, we loved the living room area. Breakfast was really pretty good. For the money we got a great value.

Loved it, as usual. My choice for annual trip to Cincinnati for the last 5 yrs.

When I checked in, I asked for recommendations for things to do in the area and the 2 staff members at the from desk recommended multiple things, They also provided me with multiple guidebooks and list of restaurants which were both very helpful. There is a good exercise room. There is also a pool. I will stay here again if I am in the area.

We were so impressed with the hotel staff, they were terrific. The breakfast was tasty. The pool was clean. We had an excellent experience.

As this chain goes, great family stopover. 2 queens, albeit tired mattresses, great breakfast, free parking,pool, and cookies. What more would 2 boys want?

My family stayed in room 310 (8/16-8/18). Hotel grounds, lobby, and pool area were very nice and clean. Our room however, needed new carpet as it was showing a lot of wear (stains and a tear near door). We also noticed black spotty mold growing behind the door and around the mirror in the bathroom. On a more positive note - the beds were comfortable […] and breakfast was great. Staff was very kind and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and attractions. Once we arrived we did check the surrounding hotels for price and found this hotel to have the best price - the hotel next door was selling rooms for $109 more than what we paid. We're bargain hunters so we were satisfied. If you want top notch hotel interiors and price is of no concern to you stay next door at the Marriott. 더 보기

I would definitely recommend this motel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The swimming pool and sauna were fun for the family. The breakfast was well stocked. The location was near the airport and Creation Museum. You have to drive some distance to restaurants however. We wanted to get out of town for a few days. Nice clean rooms, GREAT BREAKFASTS, indoor pool for the kids all make up a great getaway.
