Great Hotel and service would definately reccomend to others.

We got an amazing deal through hotels.com 90% discount as it was low season. WOuld never have stayed there for full price but the hotel was great, great pools, nice staff and good food.

Great hotel... not in the middle of the city or other tourist attraction BUT it's quite close to all of them - so central and yet not touristy. The frontdesk folks were kinda snooty when they saw a bunch of asian people approaching them, but overall not a bad service. The service in the dining room (for breakfast buffet) is just amazing! The hotel over all was really good there's alot of things to do there and the door and cleaning staff are very nice. BUT nobody at the reception speaks properly english and we were'nt shown around at the hotel so we never really got to use any of the many things there. And whenever we wanted to ask them something like where to go for a good restaurant, […] where to go shipping or how to get to at specific location they just seemed to get at bit anoyed. This is by no means a bad hotel, nor a great one. The size and grandeur of the facilities make you think you will be in the lap of luxury...which you aren't. The rooms are shabby-ish, but not terrible. Everything works fine, it's just run down. The staff is very helpful, and actually were quicker to serve ones needs than the last time I stayed. The […] breakfast is quite good, but I didn't eat any other meal there. The internet is exorbitant but the room was so cheap I didn't mind, and there is free service in the lobby. great value for money

this hotel has exeeded my expectations.big hotel.lovely sweemming pool.breakfast is majic.i realy could.t fault this hotel.

A Fantastic stay at this hotel. Nice location, 30 mins walk from the main square. Nice facilities. They only have a laundry service and no irons are available. So make sure you bring a travel iron with you. Only 2 English channels, BBC world news and a Movie channel. Great Pool. Room service is better than the bar as it is cheaper. Free internet in […] the bar area and you have to pay to have access in your rooms. There is a tax rate payable on departure, 3 euros per person per day. You can pay in Dirhams. Try and eat out as hotel restaurant and bar is a bit pricey. Tipping is expected by porters and doormen, but it is entirely up to you if you do. Overall, an excellent experience with friends. les chambres de l'hotel auraient besoin vivement d'un rafraichissement . Le personnel est disponible et souriant mais les moyens ne sont pas mis en oeuvre pour le confort du client. A la piscine on vous remet les serviettes utilisées et séchées au préalable par le maitre nageur au soleil que le client a utilisé auparavant.A la fin de la journée nous […] ne savions pas si les serviettes passaient au lavage ou pas? . El servicio y trato del hotel ha sido excelente

C'est la 3 eme fois que je séjourne dans cette hôtel et je suis toujours aussi satisfait. Pdj super, service très bien, nettoyage des chambres top... Seul bémol, nous avions une chambre pour 3 adultes et le troisième lit était de mauvaise qualite

Le rapport qualité prix est excellent grâce à l'offre promotionnelle dont j'ai bénéficié. Les chambres sont parfaites, la piscine magnifique, le cadre enchanteur et le personnel très attentionné et professionnel. Le petit-déjeuner proposé est très varié et laisse le choix même aux personnes les plus difficiles. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten sind zwar altmodisch, haben aber neue, feste und hohe Matratzen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ein bißchen wirkt hier Wunder - gehört aber bei einem Hotel in der arab. Kultur dazu - vorallem wenn man als Europäer bedenkt, wieviel die Leute dort verdienen. Mein Freund ist […] Marokkaner, was uns natürlich im Umgang mit dem Personal sehr geholfen hat. Die Freizeitanlage ist sehr schön, auch wenn ein paar Bodenplatten kaputt sind. Dette hotellet var helt fantastisk på alle måter! Til alle som har sett filmen Sex and the City 2 vil få en feeling av hotellet i filmen på dette hotellet. Jeg var her i nesten 2 uker med min mann og vi var begge svært fornøyd. Det var stort, lukusriøst og veldig fint. Frokosten var inkludert alle dager ogbestod av ett stort sortiment av mye forskjellig, […] ferske bakevarer som med laget mens man så på, fersk omelett og mye mer. Belighenheten til hotellet er ikke av det mest sentrale, noe som er veldig behagelig i en storby som Marakkech med all den befolkingen. Man kan fint gå inn til Medina på en ca 40 min, men med en petit taxi koster dette ca 20 dirham per vei. Rommene er grei størrelse, med egen balkong og er rene og pene. Servicen er upåklagelig bra! Eneste minuset ved dette hotellet er at man må betale skatter og avsgifter for vær natt som betales ved slutten av hotellets opphold. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Buffet petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Personnel disponible et professionnel.

Prima hotel met heel veel ruimte. Uitstekend ontbijt. Mooie zwembaden en tuin. Kamers zijn wel aan een kleine opknapbeurt toe. Minibar was leeg bij aankomst en de airco deed het niet.

l hotel ne vaut pas de loin la catégories 5 étoiles.En revanche les jardins sont beaux et surtout un grand point positif pour la qualité de l acceuil , l aimabilité de tout le personel .Un grand merci à tous!!
