Very helpful front desk staff. Gave lots of recommendations and discount tickets for events in town (Dutch gardens, Museum), places to eat. Great quality in the renovated rooms. overall, a great experience.

We took our family to this hotel for a short spring break get-away. Our room and the entire 3rd floor had brand new carpeting and nice comfortable beds. The decor was modern and tasteful. This hotel is close to everything! It was just remodelled and it is beautiful!!!! I love the bar right in the hotel. Customer experience was AMAZING!!! I would definetly recommend this hotel for anyone. Great for kids too! pool, and 2 hot tubs, and also game room.

My wife and I stayed sat nite 2/2/12 you should call ahead make sure no hockey teams are staying. We did not our mistake the parents where loud rude and drunk everywhere in the hotel there kids run wild. We were unable to use hottub because all the kids under 16 and not with any parent were in it the hotel Manegment did nothing. Thank you Daryl F

Excellent site with beautiful rooms and pool. The business room was immaculate and the staff was friendly. Restaurants were close and served tasty food. Will return soon.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Holland, MI. We have stayed in several HIE hotels and find them to be of the highest quality. We expecially like the hot breakfast in the morning. There is a nice variety of food for each memeber of the family. We were particularly pleased with the comfortable mattresses in the room. My wife and I spent 2 nights here over Labor Day weekend for a wedding. The rooms were clean and modern (minus the tube TV). Two problems with our visit though, despite being a non-smoking hotel, the bathroom stunk like cigarette smoke both nights we were there. We reported the problem to the front desk, who were sympathetic, and said other rooms had […] reported the same problem. But they said they were unable to locate the source of the smoke so they gave us some anti-smoke cleaning spray. It sort-of worked temporarily. Second issue is that the walls in the hotel seemed very thing. Was very noticeable especially at night, leading to a poor nights sleep. For what we paid, and what we got, I was very disappointed. 더 보기

all in all this was a nice hotel. It would have been nicer closer to town. I went there because my kids love to have an indoor pool and hot tub. This place has a hot tub that is both and indoor and outdoor in one. what they don't tell you is that you have to be 16 or older to go outside. What they also don't tell you is that the pool is open until midnight […] but after 10:30 your kids have to leave the pool. now when I was there there was no one in the pool after 10:30 but 10 family's with children had to leave the pool. they all wanted to stay but couldn't. Unfair, yes! Discrimination, Yes, you don't pay less to use the pool less. and if you don't have children you don't pay more to use the pool more. 더 보기

When we got in our room the comforters, sheets and pillows were wet. When we called the front desk they said they don't dry them completely because they don't want the sheets to looked wrinkled. I asked the housekeeper to dry them and when she brought them back they were still damp and asked to dry them again. We called the front desk about the room next door, the people were talking loud and laughing, keeping us up. Then room above us had a baby and that kept us up as well. It is lovely the outsiday of the hotel very simillar to the arquitecture of the place, you really fell in Holland, Besides that I loved the way they share the pool with kids and adult skedell and areas, the games in the 2 floor and the jacuzzi. I really will be back.

Stayed for a two nights. I was in town for a wedding. No issues, very clean. Staff was vry friendly and breakfast was very good.

Although I was on business during spring break it was obvious that this was the place for families to enjoy break time. Between the food, the pool and hot tub and more, the sounds of children could be heard throughout. As a business professional I may have chosen the wrong week to stay there but nonetheless it was nice to see families taking time out […] of their busy schedule to allow the kids some fun. This newer hotel was very clean, quiet, comfortable and welcoming. We spent one night here on a cross country trip. The staff was helpful, warm, welcoming. the breakfast area was clean, and well kept up. The bedding, as always at HIX, was so comfortable. The area is safe. However, it is not located near the down town area, and not much of interest within […] walking distance. I did need some new shoes though, and there was a shopping center located right across the street. Would definately stay there again when traveling to Michigan. A great value for the money! 더 보기

Our room was very clean, breakfast was wonderful and the pool area and game room was great for our 3 year old. I left our swim bag at home so we had no suits and the front desk clerk got a map out and pointed us in the right direction to the nearest store with suits...very accomadating.

This hotel is centrally located just off of (one of) the main business streets therefore close to everything. Being just a half a block off of the main street gave it an easier access than being directly on the main road/highway. It is close to everything, with every amenity you could ask for, and more.

Wonderful pool area, very family friendly atmosphere. The breakfast was substantial, not your typical continental breakfast. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

Our (4th) floor had smoking rooms. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. Clean room but dated decor, small & cheap TV, very average overall. Pool OK if you have kids. May want to avoid if you don't (too many kids there). Next time we'll spend an extra $20-$30 a night and stay at the CityFlats which is 1000% better. This HolidayInn was a waste of $$$

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Holland Holiday Inn Express. Pros: Room clean and fresh, fairly large, bedding of excellent quality, Warm showers even on highest floor, Quiet neighborhood, Complementary breakfast, Highway 31 exchanger close by. The hotel is located right off the highway, making it easy to find and close to the local attractions. There is a really nice pool area with an inside-outside hot tub and games (pool, air hockey) upstairs.
