전반적으로 분위기는 좋았음 아침조식도 괜찮았음(달걀, 와플, 시리얼, 베이글, 토스트, 사과, 바나나, 우유, 사과쥬스, 요거트, 크림치즈, 쨈종류, 시럽) 이렇게 나옴... 세미나장이 바로 5분거리라 매우 편리했으나 보스턴 시내를 관광하려면 차를타고 20분만 나가면 됨~ 참고로 시내는 호텔이 더 비싸다고 함~ 청소는 깔금하게 잘해주며 1$씩 팁으로 주었음~ 방은 청결하며 냉장고 작은게 있구 전자렌지 하나있음... 원두커피가 4개씩 무료로 나오며 펜틴 프로V 샴프와 바디클린져 작은거 샘플 두개씩 매일나옴~ 비누바는 두종류 매일나옴 형광등이 자체 없으며 네군데 램프의 꼭지를 누르면 방이 밝아짐~ 이상 ㅋ

좋은 가격에 깨끗한 방으로 만족스럽습니다.

cheapest rates are during february, so we decided to take advantage of it during our stay in waltham/boston area. no complaints here!

Typical Best Western. Good bed, nice room. Problems with reservation related to hotels.com booking it twice. Nice pool. Breakfast not very good.

First of all, the sheets were not changed that day, there was hair in them and they were wrinkled in the upper side of the bed. Second, they gave us a smoking room without asking and the next day when we complained, they told us that it was because we arrived late. That was not true because when we arrived there was plenty of room in the parking lot. […] Third, tables in the dinning room were dirty and the person in charge of arranging the bagels was blowing on top of them to get rid of the crumbles. Staff was friendly and helpful. location is convenient for getting to Boston. complimentary Breakfast was typical and always well stocked. we would stay there again. Cable choices were poor for kids.

This was a very nice hotel. Clean room, small veranda. It was very comfortable for the price. I would recommend this hotel!

I would definatly recommand this hotel to all my family and friends i give it a thumbs up :-) very clean and great customer service at the front desk...very welcoming

Service was not great. We had asked for a crib for the room and it was not provided. When we asked, the front desk attendant handed us a pack-n-play. Had to carry it ourselves to our room at 1 AM with two sleeping kids and loads of luggage. Thanks a lot. bathroom was not clean. The shower curtain had visible dirt and grease smudges. The "free" included […] breakfast was spotty. It did sport a waffle iron that didn't cook the waffles all the way through. At end of breakfast time, an employee walked in and started pulling the breakfast line down in front of people waiting to get some food. Could have been handled a bit more gracefully and with more tact. I chose this property because it was the least expensive in the area. For that, I accept the shortcomings and see this as a "fair" value. Don't stay here unless the rate is significantly less than other hotels. 더 보기

location is excellent especially if you want to visit Bentley University because of family reunion. Room is small. Queen sized bed is small. Facilities are old. Breakfast is so simple. Only bread and coffee.

Very convenient, the hotel staff were friendly, attentive and helpful, the room was pleasantly spacious - no complaints

We made a reservation for a room with two double beds for a family of four back in July for our October trip. Upon arrival, we were given a room with one bed and a pull out sofa. We promptly returned to the front desk and informed them that the room was not suitable and definitely not what we had requested. They were able to accommodate us in two rooms […] but on different floors-not the best set up when traveling as a family. 더 보기

The staff is very friendly, and accomodating. But I think the hotel should be able to offer more services. I had friends at the Holiday Inn next door and they had a shuttle service that gives their guests a free ride with a few mile radius. In this case, I was attending a conference at Bentley University. The Holiday Inn provides this service at a cheaper […] hotel rate. Got booked into a "smoking" room without any warning or any option to select a "non-smoking" room. Hotel said they had no other rooms avaliable after I arrived and checked in. The savings of staying at this cheaper hotel were more than offset by gagging on the stench of cigarette smoke. I suggest all travelers who are sensitive to the smell of cigarettes […] check with the hotel for a "non-smoking" room option BEFORE booking. I am very familiar with Waltham so this wasn't a terrible inconvenience, but this hotel does not offer room service or an on site restaurant. There are plenty of great local options and the complimentary breakfast will make up for it! It was a great place to stay but research the area for great dinner options before you get there.

Great location and easy access to the sites in Boston or Concord areas. Rooms are clean and fairly comfortable. Our room was faceing away from the interstate so sound from the freeway was not an issue. Staff was friendly and helpful.

TLC Waltham is a short drive to the T, which we used to spend a day in Boston. We enjoyed the bus tour from the hotel. Rob, the driver, was curteous, fun and informative. The continental breakfast suited our needs just fine and the staff was curteous and helpful. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Check in was done very quickly and easily and had no problems for the two nights we stayed.

Overall this is a nice motel and the staff was helpful. The rooms are good-sized. Their bathrooms need fans. The bathroom door was warped and hard to shut probably because there's no fan to remove the steam from the shower.

Hotel is old an needs updating. Compared to the Marriott across the street the hotel is run down. The bed was okay. The Hallway smelled. The wall paper in room was falling down and both the sink and tub facets did not really work properly. The hotel compared to the others in the area needs a real make over.

Awesome stay all around and would definitely stay there again!!! :)

Had doubts it could be so good for such a reasonable price where everthing was at least double - but it was great! Nothing more you could want - helpful, courteous and cheerful desk service - nice room - the window opened!!! was fresh and clean - even had a refrigerator. Wireless service included! Breakfast was just enough - I'm not looking for a 7 […] course meal - just some choices for breakfast. I don't understand why anyone would complain about this place. It had everthing and was half the price. It's even on the Mbta bus line! I only wish there was a small restaurant nearby - but I'm not complaining. 더 보기

excellent hotel , staff are wonderful, first choice for hotel in boston area.

We requested two double beds and got one double bed. The pool area was closed and that is one of the reasons we selected that hotel. One of the fire alarms was missing the cover and the wires were exposed. The continental breakfast was ok, but very limited in types of food.

When we arrived close to midnight at the hotel even though we had requested two double beds the hotel desk person indicated they do not guarantee beds through Hotels.Com only the room. They gave us a choice of a smoking room or a nonsmoking room with a queen and a sleep sofa. we took the queen nonsmoking with the sleep sofa. so it worked out ok but […] it was not what we had expected. 더 보기

Breakfast was ok...just enough to get you thru the day. Did not go in the pool...everything else was excellent!..Staff friendly, clean hotel, etc. Would definitely recommend this to someone else...as a matter of fact I am recommending this hotel to my dad who is traveling to Boston in a few weeks.

don't advertize broad internet access. You don't have it. I waited 18 minutes for a boarding pass to load in your lobby before i gave up. i got kicked off line trying to get email in my room. i told Justin that it's not difficult or expensive as I own an 81 site RV park on ten acres in Florida where there are lots of trees and people live in aluminum […] homes it works fine, and cheap. Justine said it wasn't his dept and slammed the door to eat his dinner. This a stupid way to run a hospitality business in the day of Yelp etc. 더 보기

We had booked two doubles & got a double & a pull out couch which was ok for us, but might want to confirm your accommodations if you really need what you asked for. For visiting Boston, it was a perfect location as quick & easy to get into the city but not as pricey as hotels right in Boston proper. Very good breakfast selection, clean all around...just […] beware the shower temp as hot is hot but slightly less is tepid, and the tub sloped backwards toward the shower head so be careful not to fall. 더 보기

The staff is hardworking and needs help to accomodate their visitors
