Extremely clean and accomodating. Wonderful location, close to Charles Bridge and Old Town, within 5 minutes of every site. The breakfast buffet is a little simple but quite satisfying. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I would stay at the Cloister Inn again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cloister Inn. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is in the perfect location...we were walking distance from everything we wanted to see. We often returned to the Hotel during the afternoons for a break from sightseeing - we enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea in the comfortable lobby. The hotel is convenient, clean and very reasonably priced! When greeted, we were very happy with how courteous the staff were! There were a few of small issues - 1) breakfast was very basic 2) the beds were very hard and pillows so soft they ended up as thin as pancakes the moment you put your head on it! 3) the complimentary mini bar was not stocked […] when we arrived and didn't get stocked even after informing reception! These were minor things and things we were happy to overlook due to how priced the hotel was! Would recommend to others, but be warned about the beds! 더 보기

We choose the Cloister Inn after reading the reviews on Trip Adviser and we were not disappointed. The Hotel is in a perfect location a few minutes walk to the old town square and Charles Bridge and also close to a metro station for transfer from the airport. It took us a bit of walking around to find the hotel as me being a man i refused to consult […] the map thinking i knew best!!! The hotel itself was well maintained the room that we had was in the old part of the hotel, which although a little walk from reception is well sign posted so no difficulty in finding the room. The room Itself was a bit basic but was very clean spacious and comfortable, which in my opinion is all you need from a hotel (especially at this price) the bathroom was good and the shower was warm and powerful!! The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fairly simple but nice. My only complaint was that the room, at times, did get a little cold at night. However it was about -15 outside and so is probably to be expected and was soon solved by getting into the large comfortable bed under the warm covers! The hotel is very central and yet in a very quiet road. We arrived before midday and were very pleased to find our room available for our use straight away. The room was thankfully very warm despite the temperature outside being minus 18C. The single beds were comfortable, if rather narrow at 2ft 6ins wide. My roome was correct for 2 peoples and the personnel is very kind. The bathroom : nice clean,... Wifi but the quality is not good. A great stay - the room was clean, the staff were so friendly and helpful and it was really good value for money! The buffet breakfast was included in the price and it had a great selection of hot and cold food. There was free wireless and actual computers avaliable to use in the lobby throughout the day, and there was free tea and coffee facilities […] in the lobby which was great! All the staff were really friendly and greeted you everytime you were there, they helped out with anything (stamps, places to go, money, directions). The hotel was in a great location (right near the centre of old town). However the beds were a little hard and the pillows just a little too soft but that's the only complaint we have from the stay. Our stay at the Cloister Inn Hotel was well above our expectations. When we arrived we were made to feel very welcome on our arrival late at night. Our room was very spacious, warm, very clean and quiet. Breakfast was lovely, serving fresh breads, cerials, fresh fruit and meats. Always felt secure knowing that there was a security guard on site. Although […] there was no drinks making facilities in the room, we felt that there was no need as they have a cosy reception area with sofa's, access to computers and unlimited tea & coffee which was a nice welcome after a cold day out in Prague. The Cloister Inn in Prague is so convenient to all of the main attractions. Wencelas Square and the Old Square and the Old Jewish Quarter less than 15 minute walk away . Charles Bridge 5 minutes away and if you want to continue up to the castle from there allow another 20 minutes(lots of steps). The staff are very friendly and helpful and rooms spotless […] although a bit basic. I would recommend this hotel for value and convenience. A short stroll from the hotel in either direction you will find lots of bars and restaurants, the Pilsner Urquell (lovely beer and cheap) bars also have a good menu. 더 보기

Clean and spartan but close to the Old Town, this hotel is in a strange little nook of its own. Rooms are quiet. Close to the tram, the river and the National Theater. This is a great place to stay at the right price.

Great location, within 5-10 mins walk for all the major sites. I would defo stay again on this aspect alone. Hotel room, although dated was cleaned each day & towels replaced. Hotel facilities were nice, chill out zones in lobby & free access to the internet, with coffee on tap. Breakfast, was aimed to the continental market so don't expect bacon etc, […] but not bad for the price. Staff were very friendly, we landed at 10am & although checkout wasn't till 2pm, the hotel allowed us access to our room early. Excellent central location, friendly staff, English language and signage throughout the hotel (almost wished there could have been some Czech!) Spacious breakfast room with good (largely cold) breakfast buffet. Rooms neither spacious nor cramped, clean and comfortable. Only minor downside was the slightly strangely shaped pillows!

I really recomend this hotel! it has wonderful staff; pleasant and relaxation atmosphere, an excellent breakfast and very comfortable rooms!!!

This hotel is located in the center in a very quite street. A friendly staff, a speedy free wi-fi in lobby and room, cheap taxi to the airport (22 Euro). Definetely a good place to stay. In case I will visit Prague for the second time I would choose this hotel!

Quite nice place but might be difficult to find at the first time. However, it is always hard to find way in old towns of europe even with GPS.

We stayed 5 nights at the Cloister Inn after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor and taking into account the nightly rate. It was a great choice! We were in room 424 which had a separate bedroom and sitting area. It was roomy, clean and comfortable and included Wi-Fi access and a small bar fridge. The hotel is really secure with entry into the lobby […] monitored, resident only access to room elevators and the rooms have a small safe. We used the hotel transfer service to and from the airport which was really convenient for the cost of 550k. A typical European breakfast is included with plenty of selection in a nice breakfast room. There is a nice sitting area in the lobby with a coffee machine that is available 24 hours and a couple of computers with internet access that guests can use free of charge. The hotel is in a great location in the old town area with numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance. The main square of the old town, the Charles Bridge and other tourist attractions are only a short walk away. We found the center compact and walked everywhere so did not use the tram. 더 보기

Just got back from a 5 night stay at the Cloister Inn and what can I say, apart from this place far exceeded my expectations. Despite the excellent reviews on trip advisor, I had my reservations due to the excellent rate I got on my room, but these were put to rest the second I walked through the door, where I was greeted by an extremely polite gentleman […] working on the door, and reception staff who are friendly and speak more than adequate English. The rooms are spotless, bathrooms immaculate, and the maids do an excellent cleaning job each day. The secure safe added piece of mind, and the complementary mini bar ( 1x beer, 2x water) was a lovely touch. The buffet style breakfast offers plenty of selection (despite some unjustified critical comments I have read on here) and the location is incredible, 5 mins to Charles Bridge, Wencelas Square, and plenty of local bars, cafes and restaurants within 2 minutes. 100% recommend Cloister, will 100% be back next year : ) 더 보기

We can highly recommend the Cloister Inn. As others have written, it is on a quiet street but in a good location for seeing the Old Town but also for walking to Malastrana, Wenceslas Square, etc. The room was large, clean and comfortable (we ordered a double room). Staff didn't go out of their way to be extra helpful but professionally answered our […] questions and met our needs. Quality of reception desk English was high. Breakfast was okay for the price - good size breakfast room though layout not the best (too many things in the corners). My only major complaint was that the hotel had two wings and our room was in the far wing (A). To get to the room (with luggage), we had to walk up stairs to the reception level, go up a lift, go down two long halls (including a couple steps), go up another SLOW lift big enough for only two people or one person and a suitcase. This lift actually let out between two floors so we then had to carry our luggage down the stairs to get to the floor with our room on it. It was a bit of a project as we aren't light travellers - easier without luggage but still tedious doing it a few times a day as the only operating exit was through the reception area. Stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed it. Really nice looking hotel and very polite and service-minded staff. Flat screen with 30 channels in the room, room and bathroom looking very good. The most comfortable beds!!!

The Hotel is in the center of Prag. All the tourist attractions are close by. The Rooms are big and there is internet in the rooms. Must be the best 3,5 stars hotel I have ever stayed at.

Great Hotel, Little hard to find but nice place to eat and staff was very helpful when we got our passport stolen. Front staff spoke very good english!

This was conveniently located to Old Town Square and St. Charles bridge. The full breakfast every day was an unexpected treat.

We really liked this place, it was cool and unusual. The room was large and very clean. It was the quietest hotel of the 5 we stayed at in our journey. The layout is very different. It was a long way from the front door to our room and involved several elevators. The parking was a bit of problem. If you need parking, you need to let them know in advance. […] The only have a few spaces and none we available when we arrived. I had to park in the streee about a mile from the hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent - near Karl bridge and other attraction sites of old city. A very kind staff, an excellent service. We took the triple room and it is very big and comfortable. We enjoy our stay in the hotel in every way. a good value for cost!!!

All of the reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Ideally placed and quiet. Would recommend.

The Cloister Inn is located in a quiet part of Prague but, at the same time, close to most attractions. The people who work in the hotel were helpful and friendly and responsive. The room included two twin beds in one area and a living room in another. There are computers with internet access in the common areas, a small refrigerator, air conditioning […] and a great breakfast. What more could you ask for? 더 보기

The hotel is clean, friendly and close to all the sights

The hotel was slightly off the beaten path which made the neighborhood quiet and away from the maddening crowds. But it was still only a few minute walk to everywhere that we wanted to go. The hotel is new and well thought out with lots of small and pleasant amenities. There are computers available in the common areas, a great breakfast, air conditioning […] and a small refrigerator. The hotel will arrange for transportation from the airport for a charge but it was nice to know before we arrived that this had been taken care of. Our room consisted of two single beds together and an adjoining room with a desk and couch. On top of it all, the price was right. We highly recommend the Cloister Inn. 더 보기

This is a basic 3 star hotel in a great location for all the main sites. The hotel was well maintained and our room was comfortable albeit a bit small (we booked a standard room) however we had everything we needed. The reception staff spoke very good English and were very helpful; the lobby has free tea and coffee available until 10pm which was really […] good. The free mini bar was 2 bottles of water and 1 can of beer, other drink were available to purchase from reception. Breakfast was adequate and plentiful, and couldn’t really fault anything. I definitely recomend the Cloister Inn. It's an easy, 10 minute walk to the main plaza of the old part of Prague or to the Charles Bridge.
